The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Shalom and greetings all my pals, Flight from KMIA Miami International Airport located eight miles northwest of Downtown Miami, in metropolitan Miami flying through Key Weat area to MMUN Cancún International Airport located in Cancún, Quintana Roo on the Caribbean coast of Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula is considered one of most beautiful and gorgeous flights!!!! Still loving flying the BD-5 but for much heavier metal am really enjoying the Posky 777 with the JB Panel mod. Freeware LNAV/VNAV/FMC/TCAS (of sorts) and a nice external model. Hand flies nicely too!

Well, the learning continues. Decided to spend some quality time in the RA Legacy first doing some pattern work and then testing out hand flying an LPV approach coming back in to KBVS. Lovely... just lovely. But as the picture shows... I had to some work cut out to slow down a bit! Then again, I am sure controllers would love to see GA birds coming in fast like that. Gotta love those speed brakes. Thanks to: RealAir, ORBX, REX, RXP and AS2012 for this shot.

Two screenies from IL2 Cliffs of Dover, with me playing a filthy ######, having just shot down a Hawker Hurricane in my Messerschmitt bf 110 Zerstörer, one of three aircraft I destroyed on that mission; two Hurricanes and a Spitfire, one being strafed as he landed (see? told you I was being an evil ######). If you are wondering about the thread title incidentally, Horrido! was a common victory cry among Luftwaffe pilots, derived from Saint Horridus, the patron saint of hunters, later adopted as the patron saint of fighter pilots. A GO-KART WITH WINGS I was reading an old issue of Pilot Magazine last night and came across a great flight review of the Bede BD-5 by Bob Grimstead. This amazing little aeroplane was first produced as a kit in the early 1970's. It is probably most famous (after the accident stastistics..) for it's appearance in the James Bond movie "Octopussy" when a BD-5J jet-powered version flies knife edge through one side of a hanger and out the other side. I then remembered that I had an FSX version of this little bird on my system but hadn't reinstalled it after the last big FSX "Crash". So I spent a good half an hour going through my program installation files trying t…

Both, actually... UK2000's latest offering at Glasgow, a great destination for the Whisper jet. I do like Gary Summons' business model: spending time with the demo will sell it. I bought EGLC of course, maybe this one is the ideal complement for my favourite passenger aircraft.

AMX/v9 Default Shuttle /v10 Hello Avsim , Firstly I wanted to say what a fantastic place for sim pilots and aviation folks Avsim is .I look forward to exploring this giant site further Secondly, apart from the x-plane screen shot comp this is my first post here ( visiting from the X-pane org ) so I hope its the right place to start. If there is a more general location i.e. what plane did you fly today then please point the way. I have many images ( some here) and I would ultimately like to get a gallery going at Avsim .In order to get my post and image count up it is my intention to post up a couple of images up every day or so at this location.I hope…
