The next time your routing on a USA flight takes you over Missouri, plug SGF into your FMC and deviate off course for a real MS bug-a-boo treat in FS9. I call it the Stockton Gorge. It is just 30 miles Northwest of SGF. You can't miss it because it is 12,000 feet deep.http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho..._id=73836&page=

M: Ah, thank you, my good man.W: What can I do for you, sir?M: Well, I was sitting in the public library on Thurmond Street just now, skimming through `Rogue Herries' by Horace Walpole, and I suddenly came over all peckish.W: Peckish, sir?M: Esurient.W: Eh?M: (broad Yorkshire) Eee I wor all 'ungry-loike!W: Ah, hungry!M: In a nutshell. Hi,Warning:Since I have upgraded from KPF 4.0.0. beta5 to RC3 I have the following problems, with my two PC set up using WideFS:When looking for multi player session in SB I have to give the name of my host PC, otherwise it will not find a session, while sofar I could leave that entry empty. The same holds for AIBridge. But more annoying is the fact that after a minute or so AIBridge leaves the multi player session (always) and even so does Squawkbox (sometimes).Anybody else experiencing this?I think I'll revert to beta 5...Regards,Nicowww.nicokaan.nl

Hi All,Has anyone ever tried to bring the compatibility issue of 767 PIC in FS2004 to the MSFS Aircraft and Panel Design Forum http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=show_topics&forum=122 ?I have been following this forum for several days for other purposes and I was most impressed by the profesionalism of the active members of this forum. If at all possible I am sure they can solve the compatibility problems they are magicians! If it has not been done already can one of those of you who tried to install 767 PIC in FS2004 make a detailed list of the problems and post a request there?Michael

Hi PIC'ers,I've a problem with saving PIC panel settings to flights. Whenever I fly, after shut down checks complete I save flight and I reload it next time when I want to fly. I used to fly PIC with starting from cold and leaving it dark. There was no problem until a few days ago but something happened and I can't save it correctly as I'm used to be. I tried everything I know, no chance so far.. May be the 737NG thing messed up something but I can't find it out..Please help me before I go nuts!

ITs been quite some time since i last posted. After reactivating my account, I see that lots have changed. But one thing remains and thats the enthusiasm of of this forum. Having said that, I come back to ask all of the 767 fanatics just what the 2004 century of flight has in store for us PIC's. Is this software compatible and is there a workaround the CD4 authentication issue for networked pc's. If anybody has tested the waters, please fill me in. There's nothing more I would like than to change my views to that of FS 2004's. To see a link of my sim please feel free to visit. Thank you for any feedbacks.http://home.covad.net/~abiyberehe/files/default.htm

Hi gang,I just got ###### about the fact that I haven't been able to save my panel status anymore with the v1.3 patch (the external HW patch, that has something else as well...).I found a solution to the problem. It isn't that beautiful but at least it works. You have to use the older APS.DLL from the ORIGINAL FS2002 patch when saving flights. With the older module it WILL save the flight correctly with the panel status as well! After you have saved all the flights you need, just put the newer version back in again, and you are set!Step by step (if you have v1.3 patch installed!):1. Take a back-up from your current APS.DLL inside the FS2002MODULES (file is 560kB, date Jul …

The little bugger up and disappeared he did. Were missing you little brother.I will tell you there is one guy from the "old days" that I really still miss around here. He save the day for me when I first came on board with 767PIC, remember Ron Ackerley (sp)? Anyone know where he is these days?Mike

The Nav info located under the folder FMCWP. I understand that the PMDG NG shares this data (which I also have installed). However, I note that I'm not getting airport data in PIC (EHSI), nor do I appear to have STAR data. I'm sure I had all this before. Where do I get the data to replace this folder- and does it affect the NG?Thanks,Bruce.PS. This is in FS2004, with the interim "patch" for PIC.

Hi folks,I just downloaded the August cycle for PIC from Navdata. It seems that the PIC database is identical to the PMDG database. Would it be hazardous to draw a conclusion from this? Are the PIC developers the same guys who created PMDG? or am I on the wrong track?Michael

My PIC767 has started to go out of control. If I dont watch it, it will suddenly start to climb.A really steep climb which shortly causes a stall. Usually, nothing I do will get it out of this climb. This happens on every trip and irrespective of whether or not I`m using the FMC. I`ve even tried un-installing and re-installing and nothing seems to work.I`d be grateful if someone could advise as to the possible cause.Cheers, crashproof

The following was recently seen in the MSFS forum regarding FS2004 scenery being utilized in FS2002. Since I'm not a guru in computers, does anybody care to comment if this would work since I mostly fly the PIC767 in FS2002.."Subject: "FS2002/FS2004 hybrid: best of both worlds!" If you've got FS2004 but are planning to keep FS2002 on your hard drive, consider this:I love FS2004 (especially the new scenery textures), but because for now I have a GF2 MX card I've had to give up a few things that I really miss …

After installing PIC in FS2K2 (with patch applied), I encountered the following problems.1.FMC does not import flightplans from FS flighplanner.2.The K function that enables keyboard entries into fmc panel is no longer available?3. I always get the dreaded 'incomplete' message at the V-speeds page.PIC ran so well on FS2K... I miss it.Eytan
