Hi to all! First i really have to say that i enjoy flyiing with the POSKY Planes, it is a pleasure to use this performance on my sim. But now i have a small problem. My landinglights are working very well and i am happy that there are now some, but during cockpitpreparation but at least at engine start i hear the sound of pushing a button and i cannot operate any lightswitch anymore. Also my secondary engine announciaterpanel is blank. Further the switched landinglight are off too. This last until takeoff and posetiv climb. Then there ist this pushbutton sound again and i can operate normaly. So whats wrong? Maybe somebody could help me. I am using FS2002 PRO, winXP Pro …

I am using Opensky's 767-300 with the 767PIC panel and I followed the instructions for the merge how-to provided in a post I found recently. The problem I am having is that the control surfaces are tempermental. The elevator jams one way or the other at times usually resulting in a 90 degree nose up angle and deep stall or nose dive. The rudder does the same thing but usually happens near or on the ground. This has made flying it impossible. I've had more rudder reversals in this one 767 than all 737s combined :-lol . Does anyone know how to correct this?

We are featuring a Video gallery in our site offering aviation and flight simulation videos via real-time streaming. I've been thinking on adding some fresh new material and the following idea came to mind...What if, someone, using a Digital Video recorder captured the output of a flight session in VATSIM with PIC (including all the audio and controller interaction) and publish it in a website for others to learn from it? I could only imagine that such video will DEFINITELY hook new people to both PIC and Vatsim flying, so I'll more than happy to host this kind of videos for free for others to see... even as a training tool this could be VERY useful don't you think?Anyway…

HiA quick query about entering 2 SIDs off the same runway. Here is my example, the ANDIK 1R and the ANDIK 1T out of runway 06 at EHAM.The basic SID is ANDIK, and I have created all it's transitions. Now comes the runway transition to the SID. So for the ANDIK 1R, it would be fixes EH014,EH068, and EH071, then it passes to ANDIK. So those 3 fixes are created in the ANDIK.06.rwy file, which is fine, but I want to add the ANDIK 1T transition to the runway. Which is EH014, EH021 and SPY. If I was to comply with convention, then this would be saved in the ANDIK.06.rwy file, thereby wiping out the details of the the first SID in this file.Is there a way around this guys? Can 2 …

I have no idea how this has happened - but when I loaded PIC767 today (in FS2002), my panel has developed a black triangle in the left corner. It looks like the drawing order has been modified and the lower panel has priority over the upper. Can any one assist? I have tried to attach an image. Hope it works. Thanks,Graeme

I thought I would drop in and share with our fellow 767 fans the updates we have made to our homebuilt flight simulator. http://www.avsim.com/project757/pics/transition3.htmlFor those who were familiar with our project in the past year, our simulator was modeling the 767-400. However our love for the 757/767-300 over came us and a huge transition was undertaken. We are very close to being "flyable" again and look forward to taking to the skies in FS2004. Happy Holidays to all,Michaelwww.deltaflight.com

Ever notice on the "second" landing, the sounds on final (Minimus, 50, 40, 30, 20, ...) will sometimes not play?Ever get those black boxes around the clock dials (usually when going from night to day / vice versa)?Ever notice on the rare occasion your TCAS/VSI gauge gets stuck? One day I resized my main forward panel by mistake and the gauges completely refreshed & re-drew themselves, including the sounds associated with those gauges, and the black boxes went away. I then re-sized the panel back to where it was, and presto...all was working normally. As a procedure now, after the first flight I either re-size and reset the panel, or I save the situation, switch back to…

Hello all,What programs do you use for SID and STAR info? I am not speaking of the navdata for our databases, I am thinking along the lines of the Jeppesen type format. I also recall seeing one that was interactive with the sim so you could see how well it was flown. Does anyone recall which one it was? Thanks Sinbad

Just wondering if forum support from the developers will be included when 767V2 (I can't bring myself to call it PIC, hopefully the WELP team won't either) is released. I know this is WAY WAY early, but it was just something I was curious about.

I have just installed FS2K2 on my new AMD FX 51 system to fly the superb PIC B767.Unfortunately it tells me that when I activate AI at 100% that there is a scenery object missing, whuich turns out to the default Mooney Bravo. When I change to that A/C although it is listed FS tells me that it cannot be found, but guess what folks ! I can still select it and fly it !All the other AI traffic Cessna's etc appear OK.Any idea's it's beginning to annoy me ! Many thanksBest Wishes,Chris

At the weekend, I helped to take part in a RW Charity Flight.http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/lo/news/5021757.htmlAll of the companies associated with this flight waived the normal fees that they would charge to the airline. The crew who operated the flight were all volunteers. As well as the normal crew compliment, 3 of the airline's office staff, 3 staff of the airport operator and 3 staff from the handling agent (including me) tagged along for the flight. Saturday was a pretty clear day in Scotland, so good views could be had of Loch Lomond, Ben Nevis and the mountain ranges.A la NASA, the crew did a countdown as they spooled up the engines and released the brakes bang on…

Hello everyone - I've got a question for the folks out there. I have made many Atlantic crossing using 767PIC (great isn't it?). Under the PIC menu, Realism and Carrier Options I have selected: IRU Will Drift (On) I understand the basics behind the IRUs, drift, and updating via DME/DME fixes. After I leave ground based navaids and get the "IRS NAV ONLY" message on the FMC, the FMC reverts to the IRS fix. Now, after I cross the Atlanic, the IRS navigation fix has drifted (as I imagine it does in real life). When I come up to the coast of Ireland, I reenter the range of the DME stations. The Radio fix comes alive, and the FMC takes this to be the better fix. Of cour…

I'm fortunate enough to have my good friend who is a B752 captain for Royal Nepal Airlines here in Denver at the UA Flight Training Center for his recurrent training. Actually, he's Chief Pilot for the small airline that runs 2 B752's (one is the only combi ever made) and several Twin Otters, and gets to fly to places like Gatwick, Kansai, Singapore, Frankfurt, etc from Kathmandu.I'm taking him flying in my club's C172 this weekend, and it promises to be a real blast. He's not flown a 172 now for many many years since his CPL (I think I might let him take the controls :) ), and we are planning 4 hours of real fun out of Jeffco (KBJC) on Sunday. Are there any questions th…
