Hi,I've been flying PIC since it first came out with generally no problems. Just recently, I've encountered a very weird problem, maybe related to the FMC...but I don't know. Below is a synopsys of the problem:1) Using FSBuild 2, I planned a flight from RJOO to PHNL and exported the plan to the PIC FMC.2) I set up the flight in FS2002, program the FMC and all is well.....take off etc. The aircraft is performing beautifully as it usually does.3) The legs page show the waypoints with distance and heading in an easterly direction ie; HDG 101, 098, etc. All looks fine.4) After flying the SID out of RJOO, and reaching the first waypoint, where I should be flying a heading 101,…

Does anybody know if the new PIC767 will have a choice of model type? e.g. - 767 with 2D panel + virtual cockpit + wing views, - 767 with 2D panel + 2D side views + wing views, - 767 with 2D panel + 2D side views, like the PMDG 737NGs, as this is better for framerates on slower computers.

Hi,I'm thinking of hooking up a second 17 inch monitor, since I have one lying around. My current monitor is a 19 inch. I want to move Squawkbox, FSMeteo, Servinfo, and maybe the PIC FMC to the second 17 inch monitor. 1) If I do this, can I then fly in full screen mode in my main monitor?2) How much of a performance hit do you think I would take. I have a P4 2.8 PC, 1 GB RAM, 128 MB ATI 9200 video card. I know it would be better to network a second computer and use WideFS, but I don't want to do that right now. Thanks in advance,Lawrie

Hi All,Just wanted to point to an interesting series of articles about a real 767 flight from KJFK to LIRF on American. It was written by the captain and includes a lot of good info and photos.Might be worth checking out. Can be found at flightsim.com.Cheers from Lima,Paul

  6. You'll need Macromedia Flash 7 http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/downlo...=ShockwaveFlashClik play, then the red area at the engine's intake. You can rewind, replay, ect....Really cool!http://www.rolls-royce.com/education/schoo...rney/flash.html

Hi,some questions for the developers of 767PIC V2 (or however you have to call this peace of art now).As MS patched his FS from version 9.0 to version 9.1:1. Do we need a patched FS (9.1) for the new 767 or is it also working on an unpatched one?2. Do you also change some original modules of FS (DLLs) or do you keep them alone? Background: I was shocked, when I read how many addon-developers are modifying the original FS modules. Please don't misunderstand me, I know that the FS is a "limited engine" for enthusiastic developers. But on the other hand I think that editing original DLLs is a dirty and selfish workaround. Best regards,Roger

Just installed the posky a/c and added the PIC panel and sounds and noticed for one thing that beautifull whine once the N1 gets into the 90's+ was missing. Then reverted back to the Wilco model and noticed when power was added the a/c turned hard left. As did all the other a/c in my collection. What gives? I only copied and pasted the sounds and panel into the posky file. I removed its sound and panel file. Weird.

Some of us are using PIC in their homebuilt cockpits. At least I do. Until now I was able to use the keyboard commands to operate switches and so on. A few have to be done via Key2Mouse, since there is no keyboardcommand attached to them. Many moons ago Wade told me in theis forum that the next version would have the possibility to read the intenr variable via FSUIPC. This would make it possible to have the leds in my cockpit working in sync with the panel.Much has been said about the new version, but these two subjects are still a bit in the shadow. So, what's the deal in the new version?Kind regards,Stephan Haaswww.lemont.nl/b767flightdeckhttp://www.pic767flyingclub.com/i…

Hi Guys, I don't usually visit this B767PIC fourm... Until I had a friend who recommend me to buy B767PIC to get an Idea how all of those panels ie: overhead, center pedestal, FMC and etc work which can applies to me for my home build cockpit simulation. So, after previewing at B767PIC's website, I find that the interior is all for B767-200's and 300's aren't there any of 400's Let me know so I can decide to buy this software... should I?

Hey,Is it possible that the LD767 may simulate ACARS via the MCDU?This is primarily to facilitate uploading of things such as ZFW from the aircraft cfg file instead of having to close the sim to get the information. My wish for PIC is to make it as realistic as possible, and i know that ACARS is how many major airlines communicate vital perfoemance info to the crews.

Well, I thought that I could borow the title since that's what the LevelD 767 is for me.A new hope to be able to have a great aircraft and fly it with my custom FS hardware. It may be a bit late, it may have been discussed a lot, but still the matter is not perfectly clear. The replies are rather diplomatic and I'm so confused.I only have two (2) wishes that I'd really like to see in LevelD 767.1. Option for an a/c without Virtual Cockpit. Personally I hate it due to the very pure instrument updating and display. I think that the VC concept will mature over the next two versions of FS. It's still in infantry.2. Ability to READ and WRITE to the appropriate variables to …

Do the designers plan to implement a refuelling panel for the 767, like one found on the Ready for Pushback 747-200? That would be real neat!!

I just watched the great video that the team has put together for us, thank you very much gents. My disapointment is about the refresh rate of the ND in the VC (I had posted once before about this). I know that the video capture software makes things worse, but if you look at the difference in FPS between the 2d panel and the VC, there is clearly a big lag in the VC. I wish there was a solution for this, perhaps it is a FS limitation, or may be hardware, not sure.. I will still purchase level D :) I just wanted to voice my opinion. Thanks to the PIC team for this great add-on. Have a great day!John

Hi,I'd like to know if the new 767 will simulate hot or hung starts during engine start? I know that these problems are not usually encountered on any given day, but it certainly would be a nice break from the "always perfectly working" systems. Also, any chance we will se a fuel LOAD panel (similar to the Ready for Pushback 747) on this plane?...that would really make it independent of flightsim limitations. Thanks in advance for the response.

Hello mattesToday I am really happy. I watched the new video of PIC 2 LVL D.I would say it is fantastic. With this video I could remember the first version of PIC on FS2000. It is real. It will happen.I am a retired crew member and I flew many years Boeing 767 at VARIG, so for me there is nothing to describe how I am feelling. Of course, there are many others good aircrafts for fs 2004 such as PMDG 737 NG, PSS airbus, etc , but I am speaking about the ROLLS ROYCE of aircrafts for flight simulator. PIC seems like the first bike you got when you were a child. On FS 2000 you could fly as a real pilot with almost everything that Boeing 767 could offer you.For the people …
