    how do u startup with a cold n dark cockpit?I slewed to gate, shut off everything to get cold n dark cockpit, then saved as default flight, didnt work.But everytime i load up fs2002 (btw i have fs2002 menus skipped) i get the apu running, IRS aligned...all switches in working positions.

    I seem to be having a slight problem in FS2K2, as some of the keyboard commands don't work. The only thing that I have done recently is to install the superb POSKY Gmax BA B744, and I have modified the panel.cfg for that aircraft only. gaugeXX=Opensky!Opensky_condens, 0,01 - Example: gauge18=Opensky!Opensky_condens, 0,01 By way of example, when I enter the cockpit view I cannot change cockpit view to show the pilots view from a different perspective i.e. left or right by pressing numbers 2,3,4,5,6,7 on the keypad. This applies to all aircraft such as the PIC B767, and default Cessna. Also Ctrl + C, and ALt + Z don't work either? I have checked the keyboard in other game…

    Hi all!I have been questioning myself about the accuracy of the fuel burn gauge in the lower EICAS. I have been doing numerous long haul flights with PIC, and have noted an average fuel burn readout of 1.7T per engine per hour.I have looked on airliners.net, and my videos and have noticed that on the same length flights, it has been around 2.7/2.5T per engine per hour.Is the gauge accurate?

    I've been using PIC 767 for over six months now in FS2002 with the 1.2 patch. It has worked very well with no problems whatsoever. It has been great fun learning the FMC, exporting and loading flight plans created in Nav 3.1, and flying all over the placeYesterday, I was loading a flight plan into the FMC, and all of a sudden, a bunch of garbage alphanumeric characters went across the FMC RTE screen, and the application hung. I restarted FS2002, and selected the Wilco 767 in Aircraft. Upon clicking OK to load the plane, my system seemed to lock up, and looking at the processes, FS2002 was using 97-99% CPU.     Hello everyone!One question came to my mind the other day about route 2,as I almost never use it...I m sure it depends on each airlines SOP, but what do you most usually store in this secondary route: during cockpit preparation, do you store an immediate return to the departure airport (or takeoff alternate!),or the possible departure from an other runway,when applicable?And then later,let's say when passing FL100, do you "copy the routes" as a back-up?Then when preparing the descent,do you store an other possible approach? or the diverting plan to the alternate?Or do you simply store the elements of the next leg?Thanks a lot...catIIIdual (LFPG)

    Hello again, I noticed the PIC Non Normal Procedures manual does not mention if every emergency requires diversion except for maybe Engine Failure and Cabin Decompression. Does every failure result in a diversion? Or are there some failures that a pilot can accept in flight with which a flight can continue to its destination? If so which ones? Thank You. :-)

    In real world operations I seem to interpret that reverse thrust is normally cancelled when the aircraft decelerates through about 70kts on rollout. I also remember reading this is because of FOD potential at and below this airspeed. Is this correct?If so, why are the engines more susceptible to FOD under these conditions? Thanks!

    Is it not possible to save completed plans from the FMC?I can load plans into it, but then have to complete some details.After having entered these details and saving the plan, I find that on re-loading the plan, I have to again put in imformation already entered before saving.Can you tell me if there`s a way around this, please?Cheers

    Hi,my PIC 767 is rocking and can hardly hold altitude when I switch time warp factor up to 2x or even 4x it gets realy bad. It is the only one payware aircraft with which I cannot fly long hauls, 'cause I cannot push up the time factor to 2x or 4x.
