    How do I edit "tower view" to view from my add on scenery airport enhancement? The FS2002 default position for the tower view is quite a bit off the real location? (I am using Architect 2002).

    Thks Stringer52 for your reply.unfortunatly, ive done as you advised prior to your reply but im still pulling out my hair.all i can now think of , is a reformat of the partition and or set up a new HDD with a fresh install and see if that solves the issue on a clean system with just FS2K2 and FSDS and AS&D.again, thks for your help :0)

    Hi All,I have a question. I'm currently working on a small bushscenery called the "hunting trail" which features the live and doings of a poacher. It's meant as a couple of cabins and campsites with a story and situation files. I'm not great at 3d design/macrodesign ..just learning. My question is if you have or know if there are macro's of fishing rods, snowshoes, rifle's?If so would you please give me some help..such little objects in my opinion really adds to a realistic but also fun atmosphere.Many thanks in advanceRob

    Hey dudes, I made a bridge in gMax and for some stuff I used the line tool. It shows up great in gMax, but it doesn't show up in FS2002. Is there a special way to export? Any in-gMax command that must be executed? Thanks, Leandro.

    I have moved the shorelines and roads in my scenery, but I'm getting some not so good results.The LWM makes squares and when I try to place roads where I have moved the land it looks very bumpy :-(Is there any way around this or do I need to move the roads ?

    Hi,I have used the splendid utility DefArea to remove the grass area (terrain layer 4) completely from my airport. However, the airport grass area's autogen exclusion still exists, so where the grass area once was I have a wooden area without autogen! Is there any way to add autogen to this area by removing the exclusion information? Does anyone know where this exlude-info is (probably in a bg-file?)?/Sebastian

    Downloaded this from Flightsim.com and I highly recommend it for those flying in the New England area of the US. For Micheal Oullete.... There is no e-mail that I could find for you in the docs, I have one small suggestion. There is a good bit of what I call "sand" textures that are strewn about, not many mind you, but those textures just don't seem to fit. Flightsimmers is not allowing me to post a screenshot to show you either :( Is there a way to get rid of that?? Just make them a different texture all together if its possible. That is the only thing I can see, otherwise its a great addition and now there are tons of smaller towns showing up in pretty much the correct …

    Hi all This must be such a common problem, I feel!!!I have several ground polygons in the scenery I have designed, and it seems that those where I used the 'Texpoly' command don't suffer from the strange behavior.Using the 'Loadbitmap' and 'points' command, when I get low and close to the polygon, it starts moving forward revealing the seed tile underneath, or somestyimes, non-existant, but fine from altitude.I wonder whether this is to do with either, v1 & v2 settings, or even the 'Flatten' command (altitude setting).Hope someone can point me in the right direction.any help appreiciatedRegards Dave

    Okay, so I am getting desperate here :-(I have NEVER used a scenery program before. I am not an advanced programmer nor CAD designer, and I do not have experience in compouter-aided-design on these levels, so I guess I shall have to post here for a plea . . . . .Doth any soul out there have ANY familiarity with Pueblo, CO, and if so can you PLEASE write some sort of scenery for it?     Is there a way to make the autogen trees smaller, maybe by creating a new set of texture files for them ? I've always felt the trees are way too big, but after seeing Scott Bolster's comparison video (Real Life vs. FS2002 Movie) as posted on flightsim.com, I am convinced they should be at least 50% smaller.Any suggestions / opinions on this ?thks, Dr.J.

    Hi AllIn following Richard's LWM tutorial I was finally successfull to cut a hole into the default terrain textures leaving default water without a shoreline. The most time consuming part of the process for me was finding the LWMPoints and typing them into the source .asm or .txt file so I developed this small tool that loads a 256x256 (LOD13)image. Then I just click on the image to define the LWMPoints and with each mouse click the LWMPoint data is printed into the multiline textbox. From there I just copy then I paste it into my source file.     Hi all,I'm progressing quickly in constructing my former hometown with a (virtual) regional airport on a nearby plain. I need to modify the surrounding countryside (but not necessarily the mesh) as well. Since ground polys exclude the autogen, it is just my favourite option to get rid of some buildings and trees. I also recreate some city structures, so changing the landclass is to no real avail for me.Okay, at least my question: I would like to include seasonal changes as well. Does anyone know of a FREE seasonal texture set for (corn/wheat etc) fields and generic city textures? OR, can someone tell me where to find the MS default textures so I could use them?Thanks for …
