	Hello,

	I made a KML file and put it into google erth - im using version 7.3.2.5776 becuse i understand it makes better kml files.

	I dropped mine into the app and made a white state block border of the area i wanted. I did a save place thing to kml.
</p>

	I watched a you tube vid thing and followed what he said. I dropped the file onto the tiles .exe, and it opened, but went to another country. My area had no borders.
</p>

	I made a wrking folder and put it in there but the fset app didnt read it in there. so i put it into the main thing and it didnt work there or did pressing the kml icon in the fset app.
</p>

	the file was renamed AreaKML.KML and i have got the Fset set to my folder tree to working folder.
</p>

	can you help me get this working?

The main advantage over FSEarthTiles is that water masks are created dynamically and accurately from OpenStreetMap data at extremely high detail (no more slaving over creating accurate water masks). I will try to add creation of night and seasonal masks in the future (no ETA as I'm very busy).</span></span>

	I am trying to find a list of all the FSX stock library objects with their accompanying GUID and a description (preferably even a picture of the object). I realise there are utilities around that can read the files and produce XML outputs and reference any given BGL file and the objects within it, etc but I am trying to find a comprehensive database of all the objects in one place. Otherwise if I come across some random GUID in an XML file I have no idea of what it relates to. Trawling through random BGL files trying to find it is obviously like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
</p>

	I've done a fair bit of searching on the net and found a few references to such databases however they either no longer exist, the links are long dead or the file (if found to begin with) cannot be downloaded (there was supposedly one on Google but I was unable to download it).

	If anyone knows where there is an online or downloadable resource (and the links to it and the resource still works) I would greatly appreciate it.

	Is it possible to change XP scenery objects to P3D?  Is there anyone here that has the skills and interest to do it?  If so, there is potential, for the right person with the relevant skills, to receive ongoing paid work.

	OK, so I'm a little late coming to the party...better late than never I suppose.

	So after MANY years away from FSX, I decided to dust off the box and install on my (new-ish) PC. I also decided I'd like to try my hand at making my own missions and also try designing some scenery objects. I had purchased FS design studios and I got it installed and running but the problem I am running into is when I try to 'Create FS object file/Scenery object file', it runs for a couple of seconds and then hangs at the window 'generating scenery drawing code'.
</p>

<p>
	I searched on the web but couldn't find a single thing. I guess it's a long shot, but I'm hoping someone out there might be able to help me with this issue.

	Not quite sure where to ask this, so here goes.

	Some of the bundled object libraries include objects that are already contained in other bundled libraries (exp; Shez Ansari Library Objects).  Other than wasted disc space is there any issue with object libraries existing multiple times?  
</p>

<p>
	Do both duplicates get referenced in memory, etc.  If I delete the duplicates, would that impact anything?  I would assume the flight simulator software is looking for an object ID and it would find the object regardless if it existed in the bundled library or in a library by itself.

	FSX_SE was issued with the old KSEA layout with only two runways.  I've added a bgl from the AVSIM library that has the current three runways with their associated ILSs  Every ILS works as advertised except the ILS for RW 34R.  I've tried approaches with two different aircraft, neither of which recognizes the ILS on 110.3.  All the other ILSs are seen.  I've tried two replacement bgls with the same result.  ADE shows that the bgls contain the RW 34R ILS but it's not seen by the aircraft on approach.  Any ideas?

	Hi everyone, I've been in the market for orthographic sceneries, and seeing how easy it is to make ortho scenery using Ortho4XP, i wanted to try it myself as well.

	I am aware of Ortho4P3D, however Ortho4P3D takes quite a long time for one tile, about 15 minutes per tile on ZL16. FSET has been around for FS9/FSX/P3D for quite a while, and in my experience it has been a lot faster than Ortho4P3D, but it's only lacking water masks for islands and shorelines.
</p>

<p>
	The issue I'm currently having is how to setup the ArcGIS service on FSET. Ortho4XP has the option to use ArcGIS. (which is this link by the way: <a href="https://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer?f=jsapi" rel="external nofollow">https://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer?f=jsapi</a> )<br />
	I prefer to use ArcGIS as the quality is pretty good throughout the entire world and there is no need for major color correction, apart for the occasional clouds that I have to photoshop out.
</p>

	However, I'm a bit confused on how to properly setup and use ArcGIS on FSET. Something about referrer links and service coding? As far as I know, Ortho4XP uses the above link for Arc, however FSET works a bit differently, so I would like some help on how to use the ArcGIS service with FSET, if anybody knows how.

	As currently there is no commercial P3D scenery available for Brindisi LIBR I have installed the freeware scenery from the AVSIM library; 2012 by Stefano Tessore. I have also installed the update and pasted the LIBR_elev_correction.bgl into P3Dv5 scenery/world/scenery.

	Unfortunately I get both airport signs on the ground and floating in the air. I have searched my P3D installation folder for any other LIBR afcad file but it doesn't give any results.

	I was hoping someone could give me any advice how to get rid of the floating signs or, if required, all of the signs. I found an email address in the ReadMe file in the installation folder but it appears that it is no longer in use.

	I am not using ORBX vectors, I am using FreeMesh with freeware photoreal scenery for Italy.
