I use FSCommander 9 to plan my routes and I can use them in PMDG 737 and add SID/STAR according to the ATC commands. I don't have any problem while approach or landing. I have created a flight plan from OMDB to EGLL using the same program and it can export in FSX version so CS 777 can read it. It also includes SID/STAR for landing to 09L ILS Approach. I tried many times but the plan doesn't go directly to the airport and I can't make a good approach. I didn't do any mistake cause ILS frequency is automatically selected and I armed APP mode. There seems to be a problem with the route but I even tried to select the approach from the FMC but still the same. I don't know what…

Well it's been quite a number of years since the release of the popular Level D 767 and I was just wondering why no one else has taken up the task of developing a newer version of the 767 that meets todays standard (more so visually) ?

I've started getting throttle spikes since upgrading to the latest version of FSUIPC on my CH throttle quad. Sitting on the ground with the throttles at idle, suddenly one of them goes full throttle. Filter is on. Anybody else seeing that?

I am thinking of buying Opus as the weather engine looks so much better than anything else that I have used and I currently use the demonstration model. However,I currently have Ezdok cameras installed which are assigned to various keyboard keys. In order to now use the Opus cameras do I need to unistall Ezdok and just start again with Opus as obviously I will need to assign certain keys for this operation. I apologise in advance if the answer is obvious but I just want to get it straight in my own mind. I thank you in anticipation. Michael

After a multi month absence from FSX, I decided to fly a nice long cross country trip in an Alaska Air NGX - 800 from KSEA to KPHL. Like riding a bike, I remembered most all of my workflows and such, and had a nice relaxing approach at the tail end of the 5 hour trip. But in the back of my mind, I was a little worried about one thing I had started to encounter around last summer/fall, the dramatic return of the dreaded OOM at the end of a flight. I do remember something new about these OOM errors, as I would now get a beep about every 20 seconds, and without fail, it would happen during the most important and stressful part of the flight, the final approach. Flying from KBUF to KPHL yesterday, using UT2, was getting some strange TCAS RA's. Traffic showing +900ft on the display, and TCAS giving a climb command. Also getting RA's against traffic a constant 1700ft below. Anyone else getting this? Eugene

Good afternoon folks. I have pretty much all the aircraft I want at this time..with the exception of a certain 777 that will be out sometime in the future, so I am looking to upgrade my scenery a bit and I need some help. I have Ultimate Terrain (USA) which was a huge landclass upgrade for me and looks great. I am aware of ORBX (limited areas) and items such as Blueprint and FSDreamteam. Am I missing any others? Are there any other suggestions of good upgrades? Thanks for your help. Brian A. Neuman

The third major problem within four days.. :rolleyes: I am having trouble with the menu in-flight. Also, I cannot operate some keyboard buttons such as the one which I've selected to open the ATC window, nothing happens if I press it... Do I have to enter passengers and baggage every time I load the aircraft. Do the control manager save that info to the cfg file? I understand I must vary the fuel in order to get zfw. Is there a way to save passenger and baggage so I don't have to do every time I start FSX? Bill M

I have had my TrackIR4 since around 2006 and it just gave up the ghost. I had to order a new TrackIR 5 from Amazon. I went ahead and ordered a spare TrackClip Pro too. I was just wondering what the normal life for a TrackIR unit is?

Hi all Just noticed from going back into the NGX for a few flights that there's absolutely no turbulence or head movement injected by either Ezdok or Accufeel when flying the Q400, something I'd not really noticed as I was so busy trying to fly the thing! Is this to do with the external FDE etc?

Greetings! I have been having problems with models developed by Project OpenSky. The issue is that when I select the plane and start flying, there are no exterior textures on the plane, despite they are displayed correctly in the main menu. There are no problems with interior/VC textures or sound. This occurs with all POSKY planes I have downloaded (747-4, 777-2, 737-9). I have checked the aircraft.cfg and texture folders and it is all normal. What can I do. When Shade was recommended as a replacement for or an addition to the EnbSeries mod I was more than happy because Enb had never been totally stable on my machine (probably due to the FSX.CFG highmem switch). However, even with the Ambient cloud lighting tweak (http://aussiex.org/f...lighting-tweak/) Shade had never been able to fully reproduce similar effects...at least until the FXAA tool was released. I have been fiddling around with the FXAA settings for quite some time now and this is a collection of screenshots above FTX EU ENG/Aerosoft London for comparison. hey everyone i have a question regarding water in FSX my water looks great i have nice wave animations however for some reason there are all these static white wave looking lines that dont move and look terrible see picture anyone have any idea how to turn these off or get rid of them ? i have REX GEX UTX and also running FS water any help would be great Thanks JHo

I know that a one point in history 737-200 operated to and from PADU. Is that equivalent to the 737-600 NGX? And what should my load restrictions be? And other suggestions for larger planes to fly around the Aleutians?

Hello everyone, I have a big framerate issue in fsx. I have a pretty good system but can barely run at 30 FPS with all the sliders near zero. Can someone avise me if my system has a nottleneck somewhere that is causing this? After installing all of ORBX western sceneries (Pacific northwest,Central Rockies,etc.) , all my lakes and rivers in eastern Canada and US have disappeared. Even when selecting FSX in ORBX control panel I have only land where water used to be. I have reset textures in UT Canada and US also in GEX Canada and US and still no changes . I have registered in ORBX forum but find it impossible to get access. I am about to remove all of my FSX and sceneries and aircrafts because of this awful mess. I have work for a week reloading all of this. If anybody can help before I erase everything I thank you in advance ...

Ahh, a typical day in the cockpit of a Boeing 707, circa 1961. I was watching one of my favorite "Twilight Zone" episodes, "The Odyssey of Flight 33," about a jet that gets catapulted back in time, and I couldn't help but laugh at some of the situations. Not to mention control wheels that looked as if they came out of a B-17. Here's a screenshot of the first one that hit me. They were at cruise altitude and the captain had kicked back and lighted up. I'm sure some of you are already aware but this combination is awesome. I decided to finally plunk down the change to get Track IR 5. I had my doubts about buying it after fiddling around with the freeware versions and never getting them to work quite exactly the way I wanted. I would wonder how much better can Naturalpoint be? I also remember guys crying about Flight not having TrackIR support at first and thought "come on guys, it can't be that bad". Well I found out why today.
