I know this is not really the correct forum for this but it seems that the aerosoft forum is down I've seen on youtube a couple of video's that show when clicking to print the flightplan that it does not go to a printer but is saved as a pdf file on the computer anyone no how to do this or how to set it up as mine seems to always want to look for my printer thanks

Hello, I bought ProFlight Emulator and I am having "Run time 6 error overflow error" all the time. I know how to fixed since FAQ says to change the parameters of the pf2000.cfg to CruiseSpeedIAS=238 CruiseSpeedMACH=0.74 CruiseSpeedTAS=420 However, even after doing this I still have this annoying error and the pf2000.cfg back to messed up this parameters again. Is there a definitive fix for this annoying problem? Thank you.

I guess I'm a little late coming across this one. Recently ran into it while browsing texture add ons. I really like what I'm seeing, especially the bright green forest areas. I'm currently using GEX. Do the natural zones WaWW cover look better than GEX?

Wondering how it will interact with the advanced addon aircraft like the NGX, 777X, MJC Dash8 and AS A320. Also interaction with TrackIR is interesting to know, since I never could get a good setting to work with it in OpusFSX and EzDok. Any first impressions to justify the purchase?

Hello, I have this simple question: How do I line up my Baron that uses G1000 perfectly with the runway using autopilot? I know where to get the ILS and Heading of the runway, I just need some simple step by step guide on how to set up the plane so that it automatically lines itself up with the runway perfectly, so that all I have to do is control the descent and then turn off the autopilot and land the plane. Thank you.

If anyone has Traffic 360 and knows how to lower the volume of AI aircraft departing and landing with this I would appreciate any help. I have contacted Just Flight Support and the reply was that it had been fixed with the latest patch. I installed the patch as soon as it was released but the sound volume is unchanged , still far too loud.

Hello, I just bought Fly The Maddog 3.3 and I'm kinda hooked on the MD-80. So now I'm thinking about getting the Coolsky Super 80 as well. But which version do I get? Is it the Super 80 - Ultimate Airliner Edition from Fligh1? Or is it the Super 80 Pro from Coolsky? BTW, I have the DC-9 Classic and it's awesome!! I love these McD planes! You've flown the virtual airliner 100 times now, is the checklist burned into your brain now? I'm finding I tend to ignore the checks and go right to the things in the VC that actually need manipulating.

Having recently moved from FS9 to FSX I am not burdened down with a lot of older, addon payware aircraft that are outdated when compared with the current offernings from Milviz, A2A, RealAir and PMDG. I now have a fleet that includes the Milviz B55 Baron and Cessna 310, the PMDG J41, the Aerosoft Extended Twotter. All excellent. I am not interested in large aircraft, so am now waiting for the Milviz KingAir, the updated RealAir Duke and perhaps the Razbam Metroliner. But I have become impatient for these new models, and started reviewing older but recent FSX aircraft. Decided to take a chance on the Aerosoft DA Piper Cheyenne. Must say am not disappointed. Seems the weather outside is staying the same... FSX keeps downloading the same real time weather; has been for about a week now. Any ideas?

A couple of days ago uninstalled FSX and all addons. Then, I re-installed FSX on my D drive. So, I have a C: drive and a D: drive specifically for FSX. Howeverr, after installing FSX (with no addons), I fired-up my sim, I am now getting about 6 different error messages indicating that sceneries are misssing. I went the scenery tab, pressed delete and it goes away. However, when restart FSX I get the same missing scenery error messages, and within the Scenery Library tab (move, move down, delte, edit....etc) once again show the missing scenery and they are all "checked." Can someone please tell me how to get rid of these errors or how to fix this?

Is it possible to alter an AFX afcad using ADE9X. Am only interested in altering gate sizes and airlines assignments for the gates. If yes can it be applies in FSX and FS9.

It's time for a poll on this I think. It's a chunk of $$ to spend and I can live with that unless it's really come up against the inherent memory limits in 32-bit applications. It's sad we don't have a 64-bit simulator that can use this wonderful handiwork! Even so, I can't tell how many users are experiencing this.

The scenery settings in FSX has the option to tick or untick 'Empty cache on exit'. I've tried both and have noticed no difference in any performance aspect though admittedly I have not conducted any rigorous experiments. Does this option still serve any purpose? I can imagine that when FS was first launched and memory was a costly item it could have been useful. But with most systems now having several GBs of RAM and TBs of HDD and SSD space, is there any advantage to ticking or not ticking it?

Bought Traffic 360 on the $8 sale. Night time is a bit of an issue now. Is this norm and how they are suppose to look?

Hi everyone I have a problem with FTX AU SP4 and a new AFCAD from Ray Smith. I had his old YPPH AFCAD installed with no issues however the new one is giving me trees growing out of the tarmac. I have the afcad installed in my add on scenery folder at the top of my scenery listings (above my FTX products) but have also tried it below but there is no difference. I contacted Ray to see if any others reported issues but according to him that is not the case. I have not had any response on the FTX forums Can anyone help me please? Cheers Barra

I installed AICarrier addon using the .exe That came with it. it worked just right. I also manually installed FSX Nimitz Aircraft Carrier v2 which involved placing the downloaded Effect, Simobjects, and Sounds folder to the FSX folder and placing another item in the AICarrier Addon directory. I copied the item intended for the AICarriers directory and pasted it in the appropriate folder (this is outside FSX) Then using Ctrl Alt I selected the 3 folders from the download and copy and paste into the FSX directory. Got the usual "this folder already exist, do you want to merge?" and merged all three folders. I immediately noticed that I had also inadvertentl…

Do you know if there's any chance we're seeing more ground servicing (traffic cones, chocks, rear stairs, baggage drop-off carts, etc...) in the pro version or in a future pilot version update? GSX can only go so far, and with the great looking GPU and door animations, it would be interesting to see more happening while parked at the gate. Just suggestions/discussion.

I, and several others, have a Scansim Piper PA-28. Some of us with Acceleration cannot open and close the engine cowling doors. Several others, including the author, have the doors working with SP2 and no Acceleration. My question is what is the difference between SP2 and Acceleration with regards to the tailhook command (Shift-Q). Is there a way to emulate the SP2 tailhook command with Acceleration installed? I have the latest FSUIPC registered version installed.I can use Shift-Q and operate the tailhook on all my planes. Thanks, Bob.
