The SHIFT + E + 1234 does not work. When I installed EZDOC , I went into FSX > CONTROLS > Keys , I deleted every key command in FSX. Some went to EZDOC, the rest were custom keys . I checked FSUIPC and there were no commands for doors.I'm not using SHIFT + E for other commands. How can I make this work? Even if I use other keys. You would think it would be in the FMS, but it's not. Please help, thanks

I fired up FSX this afternoon in hopes of getting in a quick flight from KSAV to KATL using an addon CRJ from my virtual airline that I've used multiple times without issue. I ran FSX last yesterday for another short flight with no issues whatsoever and have done nothing to change/adjust FSX since then. When the aircraft loaded at KSAV all of the gauges were blank, MFD, GPS, everything. In addition the ATC did not work. Tuning ATIS produces no audio response and no ATIS info banner. It allows me to switch ATC menus and switch frequencies such as tuning clearance and requesting clearance, but when I click request clearance I get no voice audio and the text clearance …

So I'm at a loss as to why I cannot take screenshots within FSX any more. From my research, it appears a handful of people have had the same problem with Acceleration installed on Windows 8. I think this may also be my problem. I used to have just Deluxe with SP2 installed (which took screenshots fine), but I recently reinstalled FSX with Acceleration so I could use the Alabeo R66. Since then it hasn't worked. Anyone know a solution? Or perhaps a 3rd party program that will work? The thing I liked about the in-game one was that it removed red text from the screenshot. Still, anything has to be better than using Print Screen.

I just noticed while browsing their site (to make sure it's still operational when I format my FSX drive for downloading) and I noticed the price of the RV7 has dropped quite a bit. He's asking only 25 USD now for the plane - I'd highly recommend it at that price! Very very good RV - the best for FSX out of the two other offerings - RXP 530W integration if you have it. I am doing a reinstall of FSX on a new machine, and want to upgrade my AIRAC cycle to 1405. Is the order below the correct way? 1) Install FSX + Acceleration 2) Go to http://www.gbmitch.net/ to download and install airac1401 (to update FSX database) 3) Go to http://www.aero.sors.fr/navint.html and download and install the WorldFixes (AIRAC1405 and fix magnetic variation issues) 4) Using my subscription at http://www.navigraph.com/ download and install AIRAC 1405 for my planes and flight planners Is that what I should do, and the proper order? Since February 9th, 2014 I have sent numerous emails to the admin at SimRoutes. In the past they have always responded, I may have had to resend the email, but someone always responded. Since 2/9 I have sent four emails and a fifth email from work in case my home emails were not getting through. I am asking them to add KEDC to there data base. I am getting no response and KEDC has not been added. In the past they have always responded to requests like this. I have no idea if my emails are getting through or not. Does anyone have another way to contact them rather than the contact email on their website?

Hi I am working with IMM right now to create accurate missions that will challenge reasonable pilots to fly accurately. I can save my full missions from inside IMM with no problems, but when I use ";" key to save a mision part way through, it alsways seems to end up as a free flight, NOT a mission. It is not listed in the missions list, despite checking the "show saved missions" option. There are some old ones listed for other missions, mostly those provided by Mickey ? Does anyone know how I can find my saved missions and get them to list in the misisons list ? Thanks in advance

Hello, After loading OPUS weather, the weather loads (cloud, visibility etc), but after a couple of seconds, the weather disappears and return to CAVOK (back to what I started with). I am using FSInn (VATSIM), I have 'Disabled weather by default', I have tried running in CAVOK condition with FSInn, and running the program without touching the weather config settings. I have to my knowledge disabled the FSInn weather. It seems to me something is stopping OPUS weather from staying 'loaded'?? Also, I am seeing the OPUS software updating the weather, but again, something seems to knock it out after a couple of seconds. Any help, much appreciated!

Hey guys. Just flew in to JFK successfully which is cool as I am fairly new. However, the ground was so tedius! Halt, go, halt, go. However I am still having a LOT of fun. The throwback thing is we were on tour and I am sort of going through all what we did. Off to LA next. Thanks to all who have helped me so far, and the paint forum was excellant. Hi guys I notice that the default B737-800 soundai folder (to which I alias my own ai sound effects) does not include a reverse thrust sound - odd to have that missing - what do you guys tend to add there - or can't this be done? Cheers Jont

Have the FranceVFR Martinique & other islands official FSX patch but have now an issue with the Afcads. They are all AF2_XXXX, which are also in the FS9 version. I have practically no traffic and the few AI aircraft are not parked properly. It looks like the default afcad is active. Using the Airport scanner I found the FranceVFR afcad and afcads from TAC. Also have UTX Tropical America & Caribbean (TAC), using the set-up I disabled TFFF. Used ADEX to copy the AF2 afcad, placed it in the Martinique scenery file, also tried the ADDON scenery file but it did not make any difference. Any suggestions how to get my AI traffic to complim…

Hello Everybody, I just got a new gaming rig and have installed fsx fresh onto it. However, when I try to save the flight in the PMDG NGX, fsx will freeze, not respond for a few seconds, and then (if I'm lucky) resume. I have deleted and reset the cfg, and logbook file. All the video card drivers are up to date. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance!

I am looking for scenery for Reunion's main airport, FMEE. Simmarket has some photo scenery of the area, 2 products, but the screenshots show only a default FMEE airport. Is there scenery just for FMEE?

I am having a lot of trouble with fspassengersx. When fsx loads it tells me that there is a problem with a third party software-fspassengersx, and if i allow fspassengers FSX crashes. Is there any other addon that adds passengers (and their weight)? Thanks, Gustav Mahler

I'm going back through the lessons for fun, and in the Slow Flight lesson, I'm asked to adjust the throttle to 75% - but then Rod can't slow the plane down...So I adjust the throttle down and he does his thing - but then can't speed it up...So I adjust the throttle up, and it's my turn - But I have zero trouble keeping the aircraft straight and level at 1800 RPM; he continually insists on 2000 RPM... Then I "fail" the lesson.Is my AOA just not high enough? Every time I shoot for 2000 RPM I lose my goals.Thanks,Andrew

Hey forum, So after completing several beautiful flights in payware airplanes into payware airports...The buildings always disappear on the arrival end of things (the Terminals and stuff are still standing. This happens with FlyTampa, Flight Beam, etc. Is this a memory issue? I try and reset the sliders but that doesn't help. Please see attached picture. I'm hoping there is an easy fix as I finally have the sim the way I like it. Thanks again for helping me with this.

To start off, I'd like to apologize for all my threads lately, its just that I have so many questions and can't seem to find the answers. Okay, I'd like to buy Airbus x extended. I know that this plane can handle SID/STARS in the flight plan, and I know you have to have radar contact 4 or something along those lines to be able to fly these procedures with atc. My question is if you have RC4 does it come with a flight planner to be able to set the sid/star's in your flight plan or do you need something like flight commander to be able to do these procedures with RC4. If you do need Flight commander or some other fs flight planner, how do you put these flight plans …

Based on the locked sticky on the P3D forum, I think its only fair to point out some innacuracies in the list posted here. My aim is not to bash P3D and I support its continued development, and there are some stellar features, but let's be honest. Biggest P3D peeves as it currently stands, imo. -Spinning clouds of death need revisiting, much less an issue in FSX. -Config screen is much more polished and complete in FSX (allow adjustment of settings without loading a flight) Really LM? -EZDOK, in cockpit movement remains glitchy in P3D, and may never be fixed. -Performance advantage of P3D, inconclusive data at this point.
