I've seen some pics with some fantastic looking clouds and enhanced sun and moon textures. Where is the site that I can get these enhancements from? I believe it's www.FS??? something or another.Thanks!

Newbie needs help. I recently downloaded Leeds/Bradford airport scenery by Paul Baines, now when I load fs2k2 I get the error message "Scenery.cfg file error. Local scenery directory (Addon ScenerySCENERY)in scenery area 121 not found". When trying to start a flight from LBA I get the error message (about 20 times) "scenery library object not found" and when I eventually get into the air the prog stops about 6 times during the course of a circuit and I get the same error message. I have removed and reinstalled the scenery several times and have even downloaded 'Addit Pro' and used that to install the scenery but I still get the same error messages. Any ideas please. Many…

I love the old short 72. I was messing around with some old files last night cleaning my aircraft folder and came across a Pan Am 727-95 that was for FS2K. I got an itch to do Piedmont and Northwest in thier old livery. I found the virtual airlines site for Piedmont and they had the same model there! I used the Pan Am one to do the NW scheme, I really like the old one! Looking forward to the 727 from Captain Sim as these have messed up night and window textures with the lights on. I did only daytime textures and wont be posting these. If someone would like them just e-mail me and I'll fire them out. Enjoy!

I ordered FSMETEO 5.1 last night and am waiting for my confirmation email so I can download the product. I already have FSUIPC installed (latest version 2.8.5 I think). What changes, if any, do I have to make to my settings in FSUIPC to work with FSMETEO?Thanks,-MurfPS: Anyone know how long it usually takes to get the confirmation email when ordering FSMETEO? I've been really enjoying the several derivativesof Greg Peppers CV580 now in the lib. However, Iwant to turn up the reflectivity of the skinsto make the birds shiny.I thought this was a GMAX airplane? I've donemy usual photoshop alpha channel bit to make theskins reflect, but doesnt seem to work.Is this a Gmax bird, or is there some widget withinthe mdl file that needs to get turned on to makereflectivity?I managed to make the skins transparent...but notreflective. Maybe its a problem on my end?I sometimes get this reflectivity part to work andsometimes not. I forget the steps. Any helpthere would be appreciated as well.Eric

I posted last weekend that i was going to do a RTW with a PIC/POSKY 767, in the past week I have resolve to more acceptable levels problems with the PSS Airbus so I have decided that I would go ahead with the Airbus320 with the NWA livery.Well this morning I started up out of KSEA @ 7:35pst and was in the process of rolling down the runway and a construction crew down the street cut the phone line thus ending my use of FSMETRO and the disconect caused my FS to lock up. Got phone service back by 8:30 and commenced flight planning and departed nice climb and a nice CRZ speed @ 495kts with a nice Twind , well I just had past HLN VOR on the J36 jetway and guess what happen..…

Since upgrading to XP I am having problems firing up Squawkbox. SB seems unable to locate my multi-user session and, hence, does not work properly. I load FS, start Multi-user session, load SB host screen, then load SB... and thats where it stays (unless I cancel).Any suggestions?

Do these programs physically "add the gates" or do they soley make a spot for the aircraft to be located at?? Is there one that is preferred over the other?? Thanks!Chris

My email to fs meteo are not getting through so can someone help with a queryI am still on dialup connection,it seems that fs meteo gets the latest weather data every six minutes using default config-does this mean i am being charged for a call every six minutes,hope this is not to silly a questionI do know that i can use download weather and use of lineThanks for any repliesDon

I'm sort of new to this sim stuff, but their are a couple of places I love and some of the things are missing or new things have been added that don't exist on fs2002.Thanks for any help!Matt

I just got a new 80 gig hard drive which I plan to install and back my FS2002 files to. I also want to install a double boot system, leave XP on my current drive and install 98 on the new drive. Will this work or does 98 have to be on the primary drive? ie. "C" drive? Also are there any pitfalls to a dual boot system I should be aware of?? Thanks for your help..ps the reason for the dual boot is to program my CH Products Joystick

Based on your experience, which enhances FS2002/CFS2 more? A descent set of speakers with subwoofer, or CH Pro pedals (used with a Sidewinder joystick).Please don't say "gotta get the yoke" or anything...this is a lmited choice :).Just know someone out there has a good opinion on this.THANKSmichael

everything has always been good lately i reinstalled windows after i got everything back together and i decided to do a SB flight i did it like normal connect the multiplayer in FS2002 open up the SB host and then the program itself tried to connect the multiplayer and it says loking for games it's pretty ubnormal when usually it picks up the multiplayer right away. please read this and try help with any inputs.Thanks.

Hi all,Here's a copy of an email I sent to MS support. Hopefully between them and y'all I can get this resolved. The problem started recently and happen freqently (definately repetable):==The simulator 'jumps' in time. This looks almost similar to a low FPS stutter, but it is not. It usually happens when near the ground (eg landing).If the time jump happens during a turn my heading will go like... 45...46...47...(jump)...52...53.If i'm landing, my altitude will decrease like so: 300...250...200...150...(Jump)...0It seems as if the simulator is speeding up during these jumps, then dropping me off a second or two in the future.What's interesting is that it also happens …

Hello All!!:-( I downloaded AI shuffler and wanted to upgrade it but the link is dead.. (what's up with that). So I have been hearing alot of talk about TTools and wanted to see if this is better than shuffler or works in conjunction with it.Also, I see alot of AI flight plans for use with TTools, but how do I use them??Any help would be appreciated!!JC:-wave
