Hi all,I was wondering if there is a way to change the default zoom level to the most zoom-out one somewhere so it's zoomed out in all of my planes by default. I have found it more realistic that way rather than the normal cockpit zoom mode.Try flying in the most zoomed out level for a whole flight and change back to normal zoom on short final. Hi, does anyone know of any plans by a developer to do a real high quality 744 panel? I have the PSS 747, but it lacks certain functionality and realism like being unable to put in airways to the ROUTE page on the FMC. Just wondering if a 747 is coming out similar to 767 PIC quality...Tim

Hi gang.I'm in the process of making all the planes I have downloaded into AI traffic using the ecellent AI Shuffler and TToolsHowever, it's known that many non-GMax aircraft look wrong when used as AI traffic. For example, the landing gear is missing when the plane's on the ground, causing it to float above the ground.The problem is that many addon planes that I have, were downloaded a long time ago. I don't remember the author or from where I downloaded some aircraft, and I don't know if they were made in GMax or not.Is there some way to find out if those aircraft were made in Gmax?

Hello!I have a quite a big problem and I hope someone can help me. I won some videos for the old FS2000 and II want to watch them in FS2002, but this is not possible, because the Videoformat is different. Can anyone help me? I'm searching for a tool or something, that I can convert a flightvideo form the FS2000 into the new FS2002 videofromat.Thanks...Josef

hi,Anyone else having this problem?Flying the fouga magister I cannot see the runway lights when in the VC. Also the landscape textures look somehow washed out in the VC.Inside the 2D-Panel everything is ok. I also do not have this problem with any other plane. This is a shame as I enjoy the fouga very much, it's fantastic.cheersmmmol

Hello,First, I want to say that I know that solutions to this problem have been posted, but none of them seem to work for me.I have made some AI traffic for the St Petersburg, Russia (ULLI) airport using the standard programs AFCAD, Traffic tools, etc. The problem is that the most widely used aircraft, TU-154b2 by Dmitry Kolesnik, FS2002 Visual model by Roman Skorykh, (made in GMAX) takes off OK, but on touchdown simply disappears. I know this can be caused by absence of parking spaces, but this is not the case as there are at least 10 free ones capable of accomodating the aircraft. In addition, aircraft of other types (such as POSKY A330) land without any problems.Is is …

Could someone please suggest a good alternative to the default trees in fs2002,as in my part of the globe (UK) there are no conifers around airports and towns,as there are no doubt in other parts of the world............Thanks.......Ross

Congratulations and my thanks to Geof, James, Michael, and Realty XP for their work on the Debonair. It is the finest GA airplane I have "flown" in my 5 years experience with flight sims. The panel and views are extroadinary, the visual aircraft impressive, flight characteristics smooth, and the Stec 50 autopilot inovative and fun to use. Of course I have really high expectations for the upcoming virtual cockpit (Sorry to put you on the spot about that). Again, thanks to all of you!

Just wanted to share a fun little flight a took last night with you.....I downloaded and installed Lee Steffensen's Sierra Nevada upgrade (w121n39.zip) and Matt Fox's California Land Class (lc_cav2.zip). I booted up the old Flight Simulator and set up a departure from Lone Pine.Knowing this area pretty well I was amazed at the improvement these two additions made! On my left was the eastern side of the High Sierra (the profile wasn't quite right - I couldn't make out Mt. Whitney for example) and to my right were the Alabama Hills, majestic and rolling with with a dry and desolate appearance. There's a rather good DC-9 package in the library with quite a few 9's in great liveries...and it includes excellent sound and a multi-view panel. However, the 3rd Party software warning comes up 8 times before the plane is loaded. There are, it seems, 8 gauges (hsi2, oilpress 1&2, oiltemp1&2, oilqty1&2, rmi) that aren't fs2002 types. I tried inserting their names in the OLDMODULES section of the 2002 config, but it doesn't seem to work. Is there a trick on how I should exactly "list" these gauge names in the config.? Please help me get rid of these 8 messages. Appreciate it! Stan

In my opinion a major miss in FSMaintenance - an excellent add-on by the way - is its inability to take sticking to a set time schedule into account. As any pilot will tell you, whether he be private recreational or airline captain, time awareness is crucial to the success of the flight.It should be a simple matter to add another parameter to the blackbox settings enabling schduled departure (takeoff) and arrival (landing) times.Failure to meet these times (say 10 minutes off departure and 15 minutes off arrival) should be penalised on a sliding scale.Any other opinions?Mathijs?Airdog

Hi, I am working hard even if my time is limited to finish them, cloud still in progress and those are only 3 pack and few others so here clouds in progress. You can and you should make them higher in feet with the weather option. I like to set up any given aircraft with resized and repositioned radio stack, GPS, clocks and such and have it stay that way so when I reload FS2002 and bring up a flight plan all these windows remain in their adjusted positions/sizes. Is there a way to do this with FS2K2? I prefer not to load a selected saved flight because then if you want to change flight plans you have to erase and load all the texture files associated with your new flight plan. I think that can end up affecting performance.Noel

Is it just me? Am I missing something? I flew low over Pearl Harbor yesterday and I wasn't able to see the Arizona Memorial site. I was even a bit surprised to see Ford Island barren. Over the past several weeks,I have gotten aproximately 20-30 failures (reboots) while flying FS2002.I have checked the temps on my AMD XP 1800+ and all is well there. I have reloaded FS2002 and PIC 767 several times from scratch. I have updated from the Nvidia 23.11s to the 28.32s (GF-3 Ti500 video card). I even turned off the Norton Anti-virus and it still happens. My Windows XP Home has generated error reports back to Microsoft on all except for the last several today and of course I have heard nothing back from them.This same computer/system has run just great for the past 3-4 month and now I get failures taxiing out or most often while on final after a flight, long or…

Whenever I have downloaded the yeodesigns 737-200, i'll select the aircraft and it is black, nothing but black. i have downloaded different liveries but that does'nt seem to help can anyone help me??
