I installed everything per Geofa's instuctions. Main install file, CAB from first Patch, Panel.cfg (XP version) from second Patch, copy and rename RealityXP_FlightLine.gau to RealityXP_FlightLine2.gau.In the main pilot's panel, clicking on the radio icon brings up the stack with the Reality XP boxes. However, the NAVCOMs do not accept any inputs or mouse-clicking changes. In order to change a frequency, I have to bring up the copilot's panel and use the stack on that panel (which works). However, back to the main panel and the pop-up radio stack, the freqs displayed are not the ones placed in the radios from the copilot's side.Has anyone else reported this? Is there a fi…

Perhaps someone using XP can share with me how they did it or maybe reference a tutorial. Thanks for your help!;)Airbus

first of all, many thanks to Cas for a job well done. for those of you using Cas's replacement textures for the default fs2k2 747 and 777 textures here's something you might not know. in fs2k2 if atc does not recognize the "full" call sign for the Lufthansa 747 here's why. to make a long story short, look in the 747 aircraft config. file and you will find these 2 lines... atc_airline=Lufsthansa ui_variation=Lufsthansa"hint" Lufthansa is mispelled. correct spelling is - Lufthansanow atc will id you as Lufthansa 1123 "Heavy" instead of - 1123 "Heavy" and now for the British Airways 777...in the 777 aircraft config. file, you will find the following line... atc_airline=Spee…

Hello folks,Back in my old FS2K days...FS Traffic posted your location in the upper left hand corner of your screen as you approached airfields and airports during your flight..What tool, if any, is available for FS2K2 that would do the same thing?I guess I am spoiled here...as I flew between points it was a handy thing to have, so I wouldn't have to calculate hours/minutes and keep looking at my "map view". I am learing all of the new features in FS2K2, but haven't located any tips with the above.Any help appreciated, travelonestar

Geofa:Just to report that with your latest patch (new config file) and the advice by Clyde regarding adding a new line to the aircraft.cfg file in the autopilot section (use_no_default_pitch=1), the HSI instrument now shows up and my trim problems solved too.I also like to thanks to Kurt about his advice regarding the flap warning ( the double colon after the 37 in the [flaps.0] section. So far I have logged about 8 hours and I am having a ball. Great plane and thanks for your prompt actions to solve our problems.I am sure all of us appreciate your and Eden

Could someone describe exactly what "terrain quality" is vs what is "terrain texture size" and whether mesh complexity effects the elevation data displayed or simply when it is displayed, and in order, what has the most effect of fps -- terrain quality, texture size, or mesh complexity?Or...just tell me I'm lazy and go load it up and change it around and compare the FPS for myself!michael

Hi Guys... I'm having difficulty unzipping the DEB ZIP file for my gauge file. It continues to show 3 files that say Livetri update and another saying Livetri. sig and I forget the other, it shows no guage files. Would it be possible that someone could send the the unzipped gauge files to: [email protected] PS..Or a fix as to why I'm not receiving the gauges in the DEB ZIP file. Might have something to do with WINZIP,not sure. Appreciate your help... Cec
