I think I deleted it to save space. anywhere else it's available?

Running FS Meteo, and on two separate finals, one in Ghana, the other in Hong Kong, FS Meteo was calling for a wind of around 9-12 knots in both places. Hoever, in Ghana I was getting a wind of 51 knots and in Hong Kong, 41 knots. I'm running 2.85 FSUIPC. Talk about not being ready for crazy cross winds. Had to go around in Ghana, but I was able to just barely keep the left wheels on the runway in Hong Kong. Anyone know a solution to my problem with this crazy wind?Joe

Okay, I have really screwed my FS2k2 files up. I have installed MANY new A/C and chose to overwrite existing guages with the new ones and now it's completely unstable. So should I not overwrite guage files? I just assumed that the new guages would be compatible. How are you guys getting past this? I have atleast 100 AC installed and will now have to reinstall everything form scratch to get it back to a stable condition. This reinstalling is not fun so I want to get it right this time. Thanks for your time.

I noticed that when I use my mouse to activate a switch on the panel of ANY plane, (DF, PSS, Default) they make their click sound only once. After that, I NEVER hear cockpit environment sounds again. I still have engines, gears, flaps and ATC, but no more cockpit enviro sounds! I have the latest version of FSSound.dll and FSUIPC, and the latest drivers for my sound card. I am running Win98SE, DX8.1, SB Audigy Gamer, FS2002. Can anyone please please please help?thx!-drew

Hi everybody,Switching to the left cockpit view, the engine sound disapears....Turning "my head" to the left in virtual cockpit, the engine sound disapears progressively...Same behaviour with all AC (except some where the sound disapears when I'm looking to the right).My sound card seems to be OK, playing music on my PC is OK.Where should I look for the bug???Thank You for any hint.Best regardsJean-Claude LSZH

I just installed kdtwv30.zip Size: By Paul J. Mainvilleand have double centerlines on the runways, and noticed the new runway has no markings on it (just a slab of cement). Prior to installing this today, I also installed Michigan 2002 by BozAirJim Bosworth . Could this be conflicting? How do I resolve this?

Hi.I have seen in the screenshots forum, that one of the most common ways to improve screenshots is to change the color curve, gamma, contrast etc.The results can be pretty good if you know what you're doing. You can make it look like a 70s film, or you can make it look more realistic.IMO, the colors in FS2002 are not very realistic. It's too colorful and dark.But most modern graphics cards allow you to change the gamma, contrast, color balance etc in the game itself. Has anyone tried changing the values there? Today at Malmi airport (Helsinki) was some sort of Christian fellowship open day, they were offering quick 10-15 minute flights over Helsinki. The aircraft was a C172 Skyhawk and lucky me got the Co Pilots seat My first time in a Cessna and I loved it, and plan to return soon.Cheers!

Hi,What is required to get the spoilers in a 737 or A320, for example, to deploy automatically during landing? They show armed on the panel, but they do not deploy. I've made very sure to retard the throttles on the joystick and even pushed the F1 key, but to no avail.Thank you,Kurt

I have not RTFM on Geofa's B33 but when I click on step to the left on the autopilot heading round knob to make a a/p turn, the plane starts to loose altitude even with the a/p Alt button "on".Does the B33 a/p Alt mode desengage on turs?Thank you

Hi, I have just built a PC with an Asus A7N266-C motherboard and a GeForce2 Mx400 64Mb graphics card. My problem is when I exit MS2002 my whole computer locks up and the screen rolls and flickers and shakes, only the top half appears and their are white lines running through it. This ONLY happens when exiting MS2002. Please help!Thanks ric

Ok..simmers..I need a little assistance. I am just getting started with all of the features...FS2K2When I download a specific flightplans for lets say AmericanAirlines.Do I copy and paste the individual entries into the TTools flightplans.txt and "Tcompile" etc. OR just copy and paste thecover of the notepad with all of the entries in it...then Tcompile.Any help appreciated,thanks in advance,travelonestar

Construction began yesterday at Denver International Airport (DIA/KDEN) for the 6th and final runway. The runway, 16R-34L, is 16000x150, and was part of the original DIA plan, but with extreme delays and cost overruns the runway was declared unnecessary at the time the airport opened.The original argument was that the runway could be used as an alternate landing site for the Space Shuttle. Although true, it was a poor justification for the cost of the runway.Now, with the coming of the A380, and international flights needing a good central location in the US, the Feds have approved the final construction of the runway.
