Hi guys, I've had the Leonardo Maddog for years now however have never successfully updated the NavData. Now I understand that the navdata uses the PMDG update but I'm unable to fly a number of routes because it never works. Does anyone have any ideas- I'd be extremely grateful. Thanks, James

I've expanded hardware to include Saitek annunciator panel (BIP)and VRInsight Toggle and Tact. Using LINDA, I've got the Twin Otter Extended all set up. One of my favorite planes. Startup and engine management requires a little more than default planes and many if not most payware so the hardware comes in handy and makes the experience all the more fun and interesting. I'm looking for another plane I can set up that is similar to the Twin Otter or maybe a little bit more involved. I'm not interested in extremely complex aircraft. Also, I like piston or turbo, not so interested in jets. I've looked at the Aerosoft Catalina but can't get very interested. D…

I believe there are at least a couple of fairly recent releases for EGLL. Was it ever agreed which is easiest on frames or general performance. Can't really be doing with 6-8 fps in the T7;-)

I set up a flight plan from Narita to Heathrow in the 787-8, but the plane has to do a dangerous pitch to climb and maintain altitude. Right now, it is holding altitude but losing speed, even with throttle 100%.

All my A/C have lost their outer skin textures, they appear as skeletons. Only interiors are visible :( See jay

Hello folks I had no Ai traffic strobe light in my FSX in DX9 mode with my traffic 2013. Does anyone face this problem. Any ideas will be strogly helpful. Thanks a lot.

I installed MTX 5.4C. Went on to delete the "trafficAircraft.bgl" & "trafficAircraft.bgl.passive" and I still see them. I see regular default traffic, and MTX traffic. Any help on how I can remove the default traffic?

Hi guys, I´ve just got myselfe a plane I wanted for ages, the A2A P-51D Mustangs with Accu-sim. It flies quite nice (although I have to admit they´re very light on the elevator) and the systems make no problem at all. But takin off is another Story. If I´m in the air, I´ve got no problem whatsoever (albeit the military WWII version need special attention with no autopilot and limited navigation systems.). But getting ethere is a whole other story. The engine torque on low speed and high RPM is killing me. The ingame notes say 6° of right rudder trim for take off and then you shouldn´t really notice the torque that much. The plane jerks left and right as I try to compensa…

Hi all, My search is not finding this information so I'm asking here, if anyone knows the lines to add to the fsx.cfg or p3d.cfg that displays the longitude/latitude readout on the screen when you use Shift + z I'd like to be able to see either decimal readout or degrees readout by having both in the cfg and commenting out the one I'm not using. Hi all, I have appreciated autostart the FSXServer in the past but after a number of 'upgrades' am now trying to autostart FSI in P3D, but with no success so far. I couldn't even find an exe.xml in P3D AppData path as one FSX solution quoted. What's made it a bit more irritating is that when you search for a solution for FSI you only find FSX answers with oblique references to change-outs for P3D, one of which even included the FSXServer path! Room for error there of course and I couldn't get anything to work, short of a definitive guide for the FSI/P3D user. Shame really. Perhaps there aren't many FSI users, I don't know. Hey, i'm trying to learn VOR to VOR navigation, like.. for the good old planes i have that have no GPS/INS/FMC onboard. I'm having a hard time finding a tutorial that also covers how to get to the airfield. Now, taking of and following my route isn't a problem. But when i passed my last waypoint, how do i get to the destination airfield? I've been searching for a couple of days now but i can't seem to find anything :mellow:. Regards, Dominique ^_^

First of all let me say I am not really an Airbus guy (mostly due to lack of high level sim), and have been patiently waiting for the FSLabs A320 to appear....but have to say I am lose hope in this one showing up any time soon. I see now that Aerosoft have the A320/321 out (an older version I think) and a new A318/319. I think they also plan to upgrade the A321/320 to the A319 standard. So my question is this: How good of an addon is the Aerosoft Airbus? How close to the real thing? and what if anything is missing? thanks,

On approach to an airport, about 10-20 miles out, I sometimes get black boxes on the ground either land or sea. These black boxes just appear for a few seconds then disappear, like the ground scenery takes longer to load. It looks like a chess board in small areas. But my fps is high and my computer is fast and tweaked well. Why do these black boxes appear, and what can I tweak to remove them? Do I raise my texture bandwidth multiplier? Thanks

Hi, Has any PRO-ATC/X user ever added ILS to a runway using ADE (my version is 1.6 but I'm sure that doesn't matter)? I have which all works fine other than one strange problem. The PRO-ATC/X moving map shows the green direction arrow of the new ILS always at 360° despite the actual runway heading. The FSX default map shows the new ILS green arrow pointing in the correct direction (runway heading) but I've tried everything to find out where the PRO-ATC/X moving map gets that information from so I finally decided to email Mourad and I did get a prompt response but sadly he doesn't know either. Have anyone ever encounter almost or close to a mid air collision about 35,000 feet an FSX ATC never warn you about it? For me it happen today two 737 was heading right at me an the only thing that warn me about it was TCAS.
