Does someone know of a tool/utility/gauge that will allow you to play wave files during flight?

Hi all, I have purchased an aircraft that has, as far as I've been able to ascertain, almost exactly zero support for hardware. I have several hardware panels and, from what I can tell, the aircraft does support FSUIPC Mouse Macros. I've never had to do Mouse Macros for any other aircraft but I thought, okay...I'll do that. Here's what I did... Create a profile for the aircraft and set Profile Specific. Switch to the Buttons tab and select "Create Mouse Macro". Gave it a name, read the instructions. Clicked OK twice to get back to FSX. I had logging turned on and when I went to a switch and clicked it with a mouse I got a message from FSUIPC showing that it recog…

Hi, I am having problems where i export a livery to FSX AND the paint is silver unless i go up really close. -Thanks

When Livery manager loads it then says ' File access denied' . So therefore I cannot get any 747 200 liveries. Help !!!! Carm :huh:

KEWR - Newark Liberty International Airport This is an update of the stock KEWR airport from P3D that corrects taxiway designations and intersection locations. I used Google Earth to validate the location of taxiway intersections and manually inputted the lat/long locations. I also updated taxiway designators to the current scheme. Also added was signage to designate the WILBUR, AMELIA, LINDY and BALL PARK areas. I was unable to reconcile the current FAA airport diagram with Google Earth as the imagery date is 6/17/2010. Hi Folks, Just wanted to ask if anyone else has the above title from Aerosoft. Have to say I purchased the other day and the textures are just terrible! Does anyone else see the runways and grass sparkling like with static!! Further when I to land there the runways textures just dissappear...odd ..not out of memory. Shame as I have a lot of AS airports but this seems like twenty quid down the drain... be interested to hear if anuyone eslse has this issue All the best

I'd like to make some detailed notes on how to manually calculate a Dash 8 Q400 fuel load. I've spent about a week searching around the internet for information on how to manually calculate the fuel load for a given flight, but I have not found much. How are you Dash 8 folks figuring out your fuel loads? Thanks...

Hi I recently removed FSX Acceleration and installed service packs 1 & 2. Now, every time I lauch the game it prompts for activation. I enter my key, and it always activates succesfully. How can I get rid of it? This is a genuine, licensed copy of FSX Deluxe.

This is the biggest gap in FSX in terms of good quality, complex system aircraft addons, in my opinion of course. There is a nice freeware DC-3 available in the web but it is modern avionics only. While there are many addons of the same airplane developed by different developers, these two are being constantly forgotten. Anybody heard any rummors if its going to change?

Hi, I am pretty new to simming and cant figure out where my airport static aircraft have gone. I took off from LFPG Paris and landed at EGKK Gatwick and there were not even default static aircraft at either airport. I have my FSX setting (TRAFFIC) set to (Aviation traffic) Airline traffic density (%) 61, General aviation traffic density (%) 61 and Airport vehicle density: Medium. I am sure I must be doing something wrong but dont know what. Just wanted to get some static aircraft on airports to enhance my airport experience. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have been playing with this new shader injector and it seems to work great with FSX! http://forums.guru3d...ad.php?t=368880 It allows you to inject a suite of post processing effects into any DX9, 10, or 11 game. (32 bit only) I am using it with FSX DX10 preview and it really sharpens things up along with offering a host of post processing type effects like HDR and Bloom. Seems to have a pretty negligible effect on frames. Best of all, it is completely and easily configurable via text file. Very easy to do, too. You don't have to keep restarting FSX every time you make an adjustment. You can do it "on the fly." Run FSX in a window. Open the text sett…

Has anyone tried the KC Pilot Shop Evektor SportStar? I wanted a nice LSA. The SportStar has a good flight model and excellent graphics. The only problem I have is that the attitude indicator appears to be reversed. In a climb the horizontal line is below the horizon. In a descent, it is above the horizon. Is there a bug in my install?Do Czech aircraft use a different attitude indicator than the US standard?Thanks.

When looking at an airport from a distance, they often "Shimmer", close in they are fine. Good example take off from heathrow in default Learjet, spot view looking back to runway all looks fine, get to about 4,000 feet slight shimmering and by 5,000 looks like a strobe light at a nightclub. I like the idea FSEconomy has in that you can rent planes and fly pax/cargo for money, but it's too much like Air Hauler in my opinion and doesn't lend well to those of us who fly PMDG planes almost exclusively. Short of joining a VA, are there any portals similar to FSEconomy that are tailored to commercial aviation (i.e. you're not renting AC but piloting for a commercial airliner using real world routes and what not.) Thoughts?

It was fine a couple of days ago, but today it won't start. I am normally starting it via FSUIPC but that's not working. Starting manually also does not help, it just flashes in the Task Manager and goes away. I don't see any event in Windows event log also. How do I get to work? I have P3D 2.4 on Win7 64-bit with OPUS FSI 4.10.

everytime i click flynow it sets me in the vc. I want to start in spot mode. Is there anyway i can do that? Im running fsx gold with ezdok 1.17 Thanks

Hi i just got the LPMA afcad and it mentions it fixes the elevation. but infact it changes alot more than the elevation. also they have placed big hills on the right hand side of the airport on the coast. it looks terrible, the runway doesn't line up like the actual real airport. can anyone confirm this?

Guys, I have the above mentioned problem on my FSX. I am running on DX10 with with water set to 2x High on FSX. Is there anything i should do to eliminate those effects please? Regards

Hi guys, So I just installed the CJ1 on FSX (the older version, but still for FSX) and once I hit "Fly Now" the siren noise sounds and I cannot get rid of it. Anyone else have this problem? Hopefully the ESDG guys are still here...

What's everyone's favourite FSX plane right now or even your all time favourite one that you can't stop flying? Mine are the latter carenado releases (esp the Caravan EX) and the PMDG 737/Aerosoft Airbus.
