Hi All.I have been waiting oooohhhhhh sssssoooo long for this plane. The Lear 35A is my all time favourite plane, period.:-jumpy :-jumpy :-jumpyThe panel I am using is from David Durst's Lear 35A plane/panel package that is availible on his web site http://www.fspanels.com/.I still have David's plane installed as I have been flying it since I started using FS 2002 (I was a FLY!II guy and still am).I had to switch some gauges and change the panel to suit myself (sorry David).Anyway here is a pic of my version of the panel, a pic of the real panel from the plane in the next pic of my son and youngest daughter standing beside a Lear that comes in and out of my local airport (…

I would like to obtain the best landscape scenery available for the UK. This requires a decent mesh, and realistic textures. I am considering adding the following:-FScene EuropeLandClass UK Country PackVisual Flight Terrain MeshCan anyone advise me if this is what I need ? In addition, if anyone has any screenshots of this combination, I would be very interested to see them.Best Wishes,Chris Low,ENGLAND.PS. Low level screenshots would be required, since I rarely fly above 5000 feet.

Is there a way to run FS2000 without having to insert the CD each time? I think it is fully installed but I still get the prompt to insert the cd to verify something or other. Also, as I will be buying FS2002 this Summer is it possible to fully install the program and eliminate the need to use a cd each time? Thanks.

Dear Fokker fans,With all this whining political claptrap we have to wade through in poor Tom's battered forum these days it's sometimes hard to find any news about aeroplanes. I, for one, had missed some important updates to one of my favourite FS2000 birds, the Fokker F100. Those of you who have visited the F100 site linked below will know just what a work of art it is, and the way they have it packaged now certainly gives some of the payware boys a run for their money! OK, no virtual cockpit (personally, I'm quite happy with that "open" view occasionally) but everything else is there for you. You'll find:1. A very neat Air France F100 fully updated for FS2002. 2. …

1)As far as I can tell, the checklist indicates that you leave the condition levers in low idle for take off. This seems odd. Is it right, or have I missed something?2)What is the correct cruise setting? Is it 98%N1 and 1540? And does anyone have a good list of power settings for various flight segments? The checklist for descent just says "AS REQUIRED to remain within operating limits".It's such a great bird that I'd like to fly it properly. Thanks in advance.

Hi All,For anyone contemplating installing this (when they are up again), I thought I would share my experience. I'll start by saying that I have a virgin copy of FS2002, meaning I haven't mucked with the traffic.bgl or AFCAD. I usually shy away from an autoinstaller, especially without any read me file, but this sounded so interesting I couldn't help myself. The download went fine, with just one hick-up saying the base didn't completely download, but was able to retry without a problem. I guess it took about an hour on my 56k.Everything installed fine but I had to wait until the next day to fire up FS2002. Since I had never modified any of my airports with AFCAD, I wasn'…

Ok so this is not a flight simulator, but hey there is an airport with planes that you can fly so maybe it sort of is. :) I went through about 50 or so missions, spanning three islands and more then 30 cities and more then 20 cars, trucks, planes, helios, tanks, etc....If you haven't had the chance to check it out, its worth every cent. :) http://www.rockstargames.com/grandtheftauto3/You need a good video card...at least 32mbs of video ram and at least a P3 or better AMD to run the game. (I have a GForce3 Ti500 and it still ran a bit slow at times) but its loads of fun and something to take you away from the everyday stuff.I give it (4.5 points out of 5) a near perfec…

Hi, For Those Still don't know the Release Date of MsfsFs5.1= aug 1995 6 Generation FSW95 = aug 1996FS98= aug 1997 fs2000= sep 1999 fs2002= oct 2001 fs2004= oct 2003 :-beerchugI think Since cfs series came Up after fs98, They have "worked less" on Msfs but still they use the engine of Cfs also for other Msfs version, If cfs was not here, we will probably have each years an MsFs update like before!! http://simflight.com/~fshistory/fsh/timeline.htmThanksChris Willis[link:fsw.simflight.com/FSWMenuFsSim.html]Clouds And Addons For MsFshttp://fsw.simflight.com/fsw.jpg

I have seen many screenshots of airplanes falling apart and breaking up in FS2002, but i have not seen any options to make this happen. When i crash a plane in FS2002 the plane just resets. Is there an option to make crashes more realistic?

Hi Chris, when are those new clouds of your going to be done? I think I'm finally going to "jump in" and give them a try. My biggest question is with some of the other things that you release with the clouds such as the weather maker, etc. Can you provide a detailed readme about what your products do -- I'm a bit unsure about installing something I won't use or need. I'd like to just take the new clouds files and replace the defaults. What would be your reason for not recommending I do this and install the weather program, etc?

Recently I asked in this forum if anybody experienced "oscillations" of the default 737 when using autopilot and didn't get much responseNow, over in the Fsim.com forum (which I can read but not post to for some reason!) , this was posted with the reply below"Since a short time most in my non original aircrafts, the elevator starts to oscillate around the designated altitude, when flying the autopilot. Anyone knows how to prevent this??" REPLY --"Use Notepad to add this to the aircraft cfg.file on the Planes giving you trouble. Anywhere under {general} will work. [pitot_static]vertical_speed_time_constant=30"Now I notice that the default 737 has the number 1 as the time c…
