Hey, is there any way to get imagetool if you don't have FS2K2Pro? The one in the FS2000 scenery SDK just doesn't have all the options...I really want to repaint some AI planes but I can't...argh :-boom...is there another way or something!? Any help appreciatedThanks a lot,Ben :)

Could someone having this mesh be willing to post a picture of boeing field at an altitue high enough to capture the whole field but close enough to see the terrain in detail surrounding the field and also the details of the mesh scenery. I would really appreciate.I have another post concerning the mesh that I have used. It was free and I no longer know the source. I still have it but wanted to see if other offerings rendered the same elevations.TksBobG

Hi; I was wondering if anyone has found (or is re-painting) a 777-200 or 777-300 in Cpair; Canadian or Air Canada liveries for FS2002. I downloaded an fs2000 version from CP virtual, u the aft textures are missing when using this aircaft in Fs2002. Thanks

Dear flightsimmers,I am going to buy a new pc. The current pc I have is suffering from strange ATC pauses (stutters) everytime the ATC interacts since I bought FS2002 last year in November. The pauses are very evident at low altitudes. Well, I have done literally everything (newest BIOS, removing SB-Live, new Harddisc, changed a lot of BIOS and Windows settings without any succes etc....) and now I am so fed up... :-newburn .... that I am going to buy a new Mobo, Proc and Videocard. I configured a number of A/C and I get the same results in every plane. Take a look at the picture. When it first comes up it's in this tiny little window. The second picture is after I have expanded it somewhat and you can see the image. Wazzup?Anyone else having this problemRegardsBobG

Hi all. OK...Here's the deal. I have been wondering why in the world I was getting low FPS with my system (P4 2.0, 1 gig RAM, GeForce 3 ti 500, Windows XP Home). With about 80% of my settings maxed (and checked), I was getting about 12-14 FPS sitting at Meigs during the default loadup. This was very acceptable obviously, but once I went to SFO or ORD, etc. my FPS were always around 8-9. At the Simflyers DFW scenery I would get around 6. My London Airports scenery pack (God I love that scenery) had to be disabled because of me getting around 5 FPS at Heathrow. I was using the NVidia 28.xx drivers, and I read that the lower ones were better, so I got the 23.11's and …

Hi ThereI'm having trouble with AI traffic, i don't know how to add the traffic and use flightplans with afcad.Can someone please tell me how i can get a really busy airspace in my fs2002 scenery.Also i am having trouble with textures.I have an Athlon 900 ,256sdram,64asus geforce 2MXG400,40gb7200rpm hdd and i have framerates about 4-15. I was told that would cause me scenery to dissapear if i had the target framerate up to high.My scenery textures dissapear when i get up high and the autogen goes, all i am left with is some hills and land with very little textures.The textures are big and not detailed.Any info on these 2 problems would be good.Paul Harwoodp.a.harwood@par…

Read over at the gateway that eco found a pretty cool panel for the F16 equipped with hud and working "radar" that tracks AI and useful for intercepting. I'm thinking that'll work in any jet aircraft panel. I recently stumbled upon some evidence that seems to contradict the long-standing belief that FS2002 does not take advantage of dual processor systems. It is quite possible I am misinterpreting the data, but here are screenshots of the Windows Task Manager that I brought up while Flight Simulator was running. It should be noted that I set FS to NOT pause upon minimizing, so that it would still be operating behind the scenes. I also closed down all unnecessary programs that were running in the task bar. First, thanks to Timbo of POSKY for doing this repaint - it's a really nice one that makes a pleasant change from the default repaints.Now, the problem. OK, it's only a small one, but it's one I'd like to solve :-). When I switch to VC mode when this repaint is selected, I get the VC for the red version :-(. It's very odd to look out the side windows and see a red wing when you know it should be white!!! Does anyone know how to give it the correct one?Thanks,Dave.

I am trying to get my CH Products USB Yoke and Pedals configured via the CH Products USB Device Control Manager. I have added the Yoke and Pedals and Mapped them as per the Control Manager instructions.In my control panel under game controllers I have:CH Control Manager Device 1 (Which is my yoke)CH Control Manager Device 2 (Rudder Pedals)So far so good?? When I launch FS 2002, I have lost my toe brakes, and things just don't seem to be configured properly.What am I doing wrong?Do I need to use the CH Delete utility to wipe everything out and start from scratch?Any ideas?Thanks!Barry
