Something in my NVIDIA inspector settings is creating a conflict with EZDOK camera Need to trouble shoot but first I need to know if it possible to change your NVIDIA inspector settings once FSX is running. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Stephen Luebbert

Will be looking forward to any comments of the first to buy this plane. I have been following it for a long time, but would appreciate some first hand reviews of how it flys, etc.

Having a problem with FSX/Ac with textures not loading. This happens in all locations. I added a few lines in the fsx.cfg as advised in the AVSIM forums and now get a message "Failed to load texture: TILDA-KOSAN-lm.bmp". Don't know what to do from here. Any help will be welcome.

I sometimes load a 3rd party purchased airport into AFX to check the quality of the AFCAD. I don't ever recall seeing no problems found when running the checker option. The most common issue is broken links which surely affects how Ai aircraft move around the airport. For freeware I don't really mind but for purchased airports is it not reasonable to expect a clean AFCAD. Are they created by some automated process or by human hand?

The taxiways are all a little higher than the runways, causing aircraft to bounce and such. Turning off the AFX_KEWR_ALT.bgl doesn't do anything. Is there a work around? I don't use custom mesh nor do I have New York City X. To my knowlege KTEB and KLGA work fine.

I finally assigned all my controls etc in FSUIPC.Unchecked enable controllers is FSX.I assigned my hat switch button to pan view and it works in some planes but not others.I go to buttons and switches assignments for each plane(not airplane specific) hit the hat switch and everything is checked and pan view is in the box exactly as in the planes that it is working in.I still have it assigned in FSX controls and when I enable controllers it works for all planes.Has to be something simple I am missing?Nothing is ever simple for me here.Thanks,Ron

It has earlier been a simple decision about buying or not. But with their latest planes things are a little bit more complicated, As I see it we have three options to decide between and that is, 1) Buy only the FSX version 2) Buy only the P3D version 3) Buy the FSX+P3D combo What alternative do you choose and why ? For my C172 I stayed with FSX but for the Cherkee I decided to take the combo. I really didn't wan't to close the P3D door. But i wonder is the P3D plane more than dedicated installer for P3D. I'm wrestling with this decisions regarding the new A2A C182

Folks, I'm looking for some advice on finding a decent flight planning software package that would include High/Low IFR/VFR mapping that is printable as part of the brieifing package for the specific flight I'm flying in say PMDG or Airbus X. Does anything like this exisit? I see that PFPX shows the waypoints along with enroute winds, but looking for the charts as well. Thanks in advance!

With all of the talk of UTX v2, A2A C182, etc. I wanted to mention VAC from DWVAC, although there are similar products from other vendors. One of my goals has been to minimize usage of the keyboard. Mostly I've been able to do that with the Saitek panels, yoke, trim wheel, etc. However, responding to ATC is somewhat linked to the keyboard because of the numeric menu. For the past year or so I've been using voice commands to select to options in the ATC windows. It's not quite like speaking the whole phrase, but it beats pushing button 1, 2, etc. I can also verball issue a "Call GSX", to bring up the GSX menu, or "Show GPS" for the GPS or "Pushback On/Off",…

Hello All, I recently edited a scenery in ADE, adding ramps and hangars to Chatham Airport (KCQX) and I also extended the runway to 4000 feet. The only problem is that when I start flying, part of one of the ramps I added seems to be under the ground textures, resulting in a very strange looking ramp; as half is grass and half is pavement. Is there any way to raise the elevation of the ramp by a couple of feet?? Thanks!! ~John M.

Hi! I've experienced some very wierd textures on FSX lately, they are blue and ugly and its mostly lakes that looks like that. Im using DX10 and REX. Hi, I'm using OpusFSX 3.36.1 with win7 and P3D V2.4. My problem is that when I switch between Opus VC cameras via my assigned JS buttons or even with the "Change View" arrows in the Opus Camera Control screen the view will sometimes first flash to a x/y/z/p/b/Y view of (guessing) 0/0/0/0/0/0 which I guess is the default FSX/P3D default VC view. It also happens if I pan away from an Opus view and then hit the JS button to go back to that view. Seems to be camera independent too since it will happen going from any Opus camera to any other Opus camera. It happens so fast that it took me awhile to recognise what was going on. I installed the 64-bit driver for the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke (Win 8.1). The product has (3) modes, i.e., each button can have (3) functions. When installing the driver, I tested the (3) modes as part of the installation process, all (3) modes work well. When I go to FSX | Settings | Controls | Calibrate | Properties, the display does not show the (3) modes (no multi Modes display). It's as if the hardware only has (1) mode so this causes a problem between the Saitek Profiles and FSX. I know the (3) modes are supposed to displayin FSX from my prior configuration of FSX (Vista 32-bit). Has anyone seen this before ? The installed drivers are from the Saitek site do…

I am about to compare a few different programs and I would liike to ask if OpusFSI ever goes on sale?

I have the Jetmax 737 throttle console hardware on order. Reading the manual says I need the FDS Glare Application installed as well so it works with the NGX. I am thinking I can bypass it and just use fsuipc for assignments, axis's and calibrations. I don't have their MCP thus don't need that functionally from the FDS Glare Application.
