Hi Im wondering what some peoples opinions are regarding the flight1 b200 vs the majestic q400. I know that fsx has many limitations as far as simulating turboprop engines, thats why I stopped flying them a while back, no addon was realistic enough. I generally like the idea of the b200 because I would like something to fly ga flights, I exclusively have been flying the pmdg 737 and 777, but systems accuracy and realism is most important. Is the flight 1 b200 up to par with the majestic q400 in this regard? Is it as accurate of a turboprop simulation? Help please, i have set BP=0 and Poolsize=100000 under [bufferpools] in my CFG and my fsx is making my graphics card run at 99% load and this makes my sim stutter, tear and get frame spikes. Is there any settings I can mess around with to fix this? GTX 750ti 2gb,8gb ram, i7 4790k @ 4.0ghz

Hi guys, I bought the Wilco A380 and I am finding some problems regarding the autopilot. Once I set the FMC with all the data and I take off, the plane does not even reach the altitude I insert in the main panel (let's say 12000 feet), but stops at 10000 about and then it starts descending (very slow, 500 feet/min), despite having both the autopilot and the autothrottle correctly inserted. Does anyone of you guys know why it doesn't reach the set altitude or maybe have you had the same problem? Thank you very much in advance to all of you guys, keep enjoying FSX! Mirko

Just curious, for me the VC panel is really important. In my hanger I have a pretty good assortment of addon aircraft, but the A2A Piper Cub, Carenado Seneca II, A2A Cherokee 180, RealAIr Lancair and the PMDG NGX 737 are my top choices (I'm mainly a GA guy) but I'm sure there are many more so what are your favorites.... I have the Taxi2gate KSTL scenery for FSX and really like it. However, I notice that AI aircraft coming in to land all touch down many miles from the airport and then drive at taxi speed till they actually get there. I have no idea if this is a scenery problem or an AI problem, but thought I'd mention it here and see if anyone has seen this problem before and perhaps knows how to fix it. Thanks! Ken

I would like to add A1 Gates to Intl and Domestic Terminals within Add-on Airports. I suspect that this could be done by making selections from a list of Gate Coordinates relative to each airport. I have txt files that show a selection of Gates and their coordinates and I have been able to modify such files. However, such modifications have not been accepted by the FSX system. I can't find a relevant CFG. file that may assist with such a process. It will probably clear by now that I am not a tech. savvy person. Can anyone help please?

I've been using the UTX USA/Canada/Alaska landclass (with updates) and GEX NA textures in FSX since day 1 and I wouldn't fly without them. I've read that Scenery Tech (ST) landclass for N.America is also very good. My understanding is that ST landclass greatly improves rural areas where UTX focuses more on urban areas. If that's the case, can I utilize both ST and UTX together or would they conflict with each other, and I would have to choose one or the other? Thanks much for any information.

All of a sudden my track ir isn't running smooth anymore and becomes stuttery when looking left or right when taxing, this happens every 10-20 seconds when looking about in all directions it seems to come and go when it pleases. very annoying anyone have any tips or help will be appreciated. I have tried a new fsx.cfg affinitymask=14 set priority to high and set it to run on core 0 tried various settings within track ir i'm using the seth profile using the latest GTX780 DRIVER 344.75 running fsx, with pmdg 737 ngx, ezdok camera, ASN, REX4D and OS7

This has been bugging me for a long time. You guys that fly the Twotter, do you all have TrackIR? I bought it and have flown it twice. I have (but don't use) TrackIR...never have been able to get the yoke out of the way of the gauges. Gregg

New 737 NG's equipped with Split Scimitar Winglets, the first release in the 747 line with the -8/-8F and updates to all previous FSX models to make them compatible with P3D V2 during night. I used the coupon and saved the 50 percent. Ok.. I set up the program and went flying. I had uninstalled all my UTX products when I decided to seek continuity with all my FSX goodies, and purchase FTX Vector. I had always missed the much greater detail (like road shoulders, and encasements, etc) that the UTX products gave to the sim...but thought that Vector would be generally the better all-round solution. I'm sure this question has been asked and answered a couple thousand times, so I apologize for what I know is some redundancy. I wanted to reach out for some advice as to whether I should purchase FSX or P3D. I'm indulging myself and building a new rig for Christmas that I'd imagine would be able to handle either sim adequately. Hi, I was looking for a good A330/a340 for FSX but can't seem to find anything...the payware models don't seem to be good at all. I'm wondering if it's possible to merge some VC's to a freeware A330/340, such as Thomas Ruth. I currently have the Aerosoft Airbus X A320/321...is it possible to merge that VC to the TR A330/340? Hello, I recently got FSX and configured my yoke and my throttle quadrent etc. I then closed fsx for the day came back the next day and everything got erased. I know this is not supposed to happen. Anyone know how to make night flying on FSX more realistic as far as how dark it is outside. The cockpit lighting is okay, but I feel like outside should be a lot more dark, almost to the point of not being able to see clouds. I do have a ENB, not sure if that has something to do with it.
