Can someone let me know if they have a texture problem with this aircraft. All is fine until Im flying at night and then some of the wing becomes transparent, it must be a texture issue. Anyone else noticed this?ThanksCraig Kiltie

Thinking about purchasing FSMeteo and wondering one thing. Is it compatible with FSUIPC? I like FSUIPC for it's taxi wind disable feature which cuts wind to 1 knot on touchdown so that the winds don't push you sideways when taxiing in light aircraft (so you can't crab down the runway on landing roll).Will FSMeteo do something similar? If not, will it work in conjuction with FSUIPC? FSUIPC has lots of weather options as well and I don't want the two to interfear with each other.Any tips?Thanks for the help!

Any help please -- for some reason, I seem to have lost functionality in the Nav1 and Nav2 radio switches. This is only in some aircraft,freeware panels for example. Switch is present, but doesn't work. I've also lost GPS -- doesn't display when icon is clicked. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.

I see constant references to overlays and AFCAD. It appears as if overlays are used to make AI planes go to specific gates in the airport and use specific runways. I also guess that this has nothing to do with visuals, only with traffic routing around the airport.Can someone explain this a little for me? I haven't had much luck figuring it out. For example KLAX is my home airport but there seem to be many "overlays" and they all seem to be using different approaches to it.How does it all work, and what are the benefits? Is it hard to implement? How does it affect the way you create flights, land, taxi, etc.?Thanks for any assistance

I enjoy flying 757's, and really like Mike Stone's work. However, it seems that whenever I am flying his 757 at altitudes like FL310, the aircraft appears in spot view to be flying with a slight nose down attitude. Any way to fix this?

please help me...i need an AFCAD for NL2000...i saw some at avsim/flightsim... but these use RW 06 for take off and they dont do that, so i dont find that realistic... can any give me or tell me where i can donwload an AFCAD where the aircraft take off from i.e rw 09 and then land RW 06 onli. In avsmin there is one that has 19L takeoff...but it doesnt seem to work!ok thank you and please respond!Nick

Hi all! I'm using the PIC/POSKY merger and this "glitch" is sort of bothering me... I use ILS to align with the runway and then I turn all the autopilots off to land (gives me the sensation I still command the plane!). After I turn everything off, the smallest pull in my joystick to lift the aircraft nose makes it go up and up and up and up till a stall condition! Any ideas with it happens???Cheers!

When the Failures By Level adventure is run in FS2002, the thing loads up all right (with all the menu choices and such), but the adventure doesn't load any actual failures. The result, flying around in an adventure doing nothing. I have installed the patch for FS2002, do I need another program to convert the adventures?Thanks

I feel I have gotten a big solution to my instability of fs (never loading) and still getting blurry textures despite a 128 meg video card.Activesync!Yes-I have a pda-and generally I leave it connected to the computer. Microsoft in its' wisdom makes active sync always lurk in the background-it seems to be a system resources/memory hog!I found a freeware utility which disable/enables it (Microsoft should simply have this as part of activesync).Anyway-so far by disabling activesync my fs loads every time and no blurred textures-turn active sync on-and bingo!-textures blurr and trying to reload another scenery area causes fs to never get loaded.If you have similar troubles g…

Well, just downgraded my Detonator, but I do have some problems... My FS doesn't run anymore, really don't know why. I can launch it, create some flight. BUT then. Sitting at the airport, the panel is stuck. The aircraft is stuck. The panel is not working anymore. I can switch views, pan around outside or in the VC. But I cannot move. The engine is always off, but no, definately NO movement of anything is possible. *:-*WHAT THE HECK!?! :-mad

...or knew somebody willing to do ONE airplane you always wanted to see done for FS 2002 - preferably in GMax with the full range of details - what would your choice be?Me, I'd be torn between the Tu-104, Il-62, Il-96M or An-22 Antey, since all of those are pretty unique planes in the light of all Airbuses, Boeings and Douglases available to us today.Out of this selection I would probably pick either the Il-62 or the Tu-104...*sigh* ...do you have an idea of how hard it is to make a decision here?

Hello,I've already read few interesting posts on that subject, but I can't find them now !So what I want to know is how to optimize radius lines in fs2002.cfg to get less blurry texture with my PC(XP1800+, 512 SDRAM, GF4TI 4200 with 64 Mo).In that moment I only have problems with texture on ground and autogen. My card works well but Landclass slows texture refreshment. So I'm trying to find the best tune possible.Thank you.Thierry :-)

Has anyone assigned the PSS panel to another aircraft? I'm wondering what (other then the alias statement in panel.cfg) I need to do to, and am guessing that the PSS panel most likely requires at least the .air file it was designed to work with, maybe the aircraft.cfg too? I'd apprecaie any advice from nayone who's done this already.Thanks,Bruce.

I am trying to learn how to fly the helicopter in FS2002. Do they have trim controls to make it easier to hover and stand still when the joystick is centered?Thanks
