Bill has just released another update to the ERJ panel. This one will add a DME hold capability. The DME hold will use the Nav2 frequency. A problem in the VS mode of the autopilot that reseted the VS to -600fpm when continuing a descent has been fixed. The panel's nav light switch has been coded back to the nav lights. If you had changed the lights section of the aircraft.cfg to show "4" for the nav lights as a workaround for the error, you should change it back to "3". It is available at [http://www.fsnordic.net]

I know I posted a month ago about runways with the same ILS frequencies for both ends of the same runway not working for me and several folks posted replies. This has become a significant issue for me and I wonder if MS will fix it in the next edition of FS.After a lovely 5 hour test flight in a POSKY 777-200ER with PSS panel, I decided to land at KDEN. But just as I'd found at KPDX and then KSEA in recent weeks, to my annoyance, when I tuned the ILS for the arrival runway, it indicated the reciprocal runway heading on the ND of the PSS panel. Does anyone know where to get som GMax or Regular choppers for fs2002, and some panels.

I've been looking around, and every post I see about ActiveCamera, they say that it's the best tool ever for MFS2K2, but I'm kind of sceptical...not because I don't believe them, but I don't wanna mess up the simulator. Is it safe to install? Will I have to reset the camera angles?

I found an absolutely stunning panel with a burlwood dash for the Beech Staggerwing that was originally designed for FS2000.I just downloaded the FS2K2 Staggerwing as repainted by Heather, and I noted that the VC shows a burlwood dash as well. So I figure this FS2000 panel would be perfect. But it's over 5 mgs in size and with a 56K dial up modem, I thought I'd ask before spending the time.Thanks in advance.-Lindy :-wave

I have recently lost sound in ATC and flying lessons.All other sound,planes etc is OK.A fresh install of 2002 does not take away this problem. Would appreciate some help. Thanks. Pete

There is no e-mail that I could find for you in the docs, I have one small suggestion. There is a good bit of what I call "sand" textures that are strewn about, not many mind you, but those textures just don't seem to fit. Flightsimmers is not allowing me to post a screenshot to show you either :( Is there a way to get rid of that?? Just make them a different texture all together if its possible. FSMeteo has been working great for me lately. However, last night I took a flight from CYYZ to CYWG. I was using the offline downloaded weather. I had set the destination airport and have it set so the weather doesn't change within 80 miles of the airport. This has always worked for me. Strangely this time as I descended the winds did not change in speed but they turned almost 180 degrees. I was cleared to land on my arrival runway with a 66Kt tailwind. Before I had learned about the set destination airport option it was common to get to final and then be told to fly downwind for the reciprocal runway which I can understand as the winds changed, but last night's approach/…

I heard Gary Smith was having huge amounts of people asking for him to make textures for their virtual airlines, so I decided I would start taking requests and make texture for VA's to. Hi guys,Just wondering if there are any codes that can be added into anywhere to make it possible to disengage the autobrake during landing roll by pressing " . " once? In reality piots disengage autobrakes this way, so I'm wondering if it can be done in FS. Would really prefer this rather than to go to the panel and disarm myself.. just want to concentrate on the landing roll better.. and sometimes I need to roll... :)Thanks!

I really hope that someone can help me with this since I really like what Joshua has done to keep Fs2k2 in coorect time.I uninstalled the previous version to install the one uploaded yesterday, and when prompted to delete any unused common files I pressed yes. Now when I try to install the new version I get an error message "uninstaller cannot find ...systemcore.dll". Has anyone noticed this one before and if so what should i do to fix this. I even located a copy of core.dll in a temp folder and pasted it in the system folder but I got the same error message.I would be grateful if someone could provide me with an answer because I fear that this might affect other installa…

Hi I have been having a problem with bleedthrough for awhile in the virtual cockpit and not to sure how to get rid of it or if you even can. It happens at all the airports i've been to and wanted to know if anybody else has this problem. Other then that everything works good. Just wondering if anyone's bought the 737-200 analog panel from Ariane. How's the quality? How is it compared to the DF 737? I know the DF doesn't simulate the -200, but the quality should be evident between the two. Just wondering if I should just get the DF 737 or wait for the Ariane -400 with the FMC.Need a 737 to round out my payware stable.Lobaeux

I have some trouble to fly choppers. Even with nice calibrations of my joysticks (CHProducts Yoke and Pedals), all my choppers have the idea to turn left and I'm always obliged to correct that with the right pedal !Anybody has a good idea why ?:-rotor

Sometimes, to see more clearly, I hit Shift + Enter to raise my seat. However after using left or right views the seat has reverted to the default height. Can I keep it at my chosen level?

I was testing some scenery I just finished I was going to call Michigan Aerials. I was flying from KPTK to KGRR to test it. I went upstairs to pickup Dog Poop in the yard and when I came back my computer is off. I tried another Power supply and didn;t make a difference. Im guessing the Motherboard is TOAST!! Should I go with a new...Asus?MSI?ABIT?NFORCE?ALI?or VIA chipset?I have a 1400XP AMD and 2100 DDR if that makes a difference.
