Any reviews from the forum members on this package? Thinking about buying it (actually TRYING to buy it but the bloody server is offline) - figured I'd get some opinions on it in the meantime ;-)

Hi all,Does anyone know if anyone is working on a good version of the 777 or other heavy jets for FS02? It seems that the design focus for FS02 has been on medium jets. The only good heavies I have seen are the Tristar, DC-10, and a 747 in the works at PFG. If there are good versions of the 777, 767, 747, MD11 or some Airbus heavies, I would love a point in the right direction. Thanks,DAVEContinental VA

Hello all,Does anyone get this similar problem that I am getting in MelJet's Wing view - you can see the fan blades intersecting with the casing of the engines. I love this aircraft and want to get the best out of it .. Anyone know of a great (freeware ofcourse) panel for the 744. I am currently using the default one. The aircraft sometimes keeps bobbing up and down (autothrottle can't seem to make up its mind and either overshoots or undershoots on the speed and keeps oscillating back and forth).

Would anyone using this weather generation software confirm that if you select the "approaching cold front" option the surface temperature increases and for "approaching warm front" it decreases as time passes. Appears to be opposite of what I expected.Thank you.

Milton et al, Let me first thank you for doing what most around here believed impossible: improving on the Dash 7! This has become one of my all time favorites, and this forum is testimony to the fact that I'm not alone.I love the new overhead panel - it adds even more immersion to the cockpit. My question is the correct procedure for starting the engines from this panel. It looks like you need to set the start selector to the engine you want to start, turn on the ignition for that engine, set the start switch to "ignition" and then press the starter. My problem is that I can't get the engine selector to move. If I start the engines with Ctrl-E and then turn off the fuel …

Hi,Should the default Cessna 172SP (with Ron F's improvement) attitude indicator (AI) pitch indicator show something other than zero while on the ground (and level)? It always comes up showing about 5 degrees up. Am I messing things up by adjusting it to zero while on the ground (pre-taxi)?Thanks,Robert Tiffany

Is there a program out there that puts downloaded aircraft at airports as AI aircraft? Seeing the standard MS lines (Orbit etc.) is getting a little boring. I've checked the file libraries, but have'nt found anything that does this. Perhaps I'm not looking the right file? Any help appreciated.Thanks-Ken

Hi,Is it possible to get any jet stream information in fs2002. I was wondering because it is important when planning you altitude(above or below a head wind). I know it changes from places, but how do real pilots or virtual pilots get that info.Thanks,Al

I was making (well, trying to) a flight plan from New York to London today and FS2002 gave me this weird route, basically New York -> Tunisia (yes in Africa!), Tunisia -> London. What's that??? What the reason for this weird leg in my trip???Any changes in airports or the other way round (London to New York) gave me the same results...It happens if I go from New York to Paris also.Any ideas?

Hi,I wondered if anyone knew of any 757s in development? I'm looking for something like the PA A320 or Posky's CRJ with regard to detail. It's quite saddening to see the 757 go lacking for so long in Flightsim. It's an amazing in aircraft in all respects.Does anyone know of a any groups/persons desgining a 757? Those of you who have downloaded KCVGpcV2.zip and have a black border around the trees are recommended to turn off your mip mapping in Options/settings/display. I forgot to mention this in the text file.

Hi Fellow SimmersI have a problem that I hope some experts can help me with. I am not getting a pop up window that prompt's me where to save my download file. it just starts automatically and saves it in a file without asking me! Also if I change websites the download stops! Just recently, I can't get my ATC window to show up upon selection of the "Scroll Lock" key OR ' key. I HAVE indicated selected Auto Open ATC Window in preferences. Never had any problems before.Right now, if I want to communication via ATC, I have to go to "Views" and open the ATC window. Very annoying...Any ideas??Thanks!!Steve
