Where can I found a file that have vehicles servicing in the airport

Hello,I know this is a little premature, but since these are the only forums I haunt, I wanted to know if anyone was planning on attending from the Chicago area. It sounds like a fun time, sitting around talking sims all day, beats work!Just wondering, because I received the 1st email and responded last night. Let me know if your a Chicago area simmer and plan on going...if asked...and where your from. Im guessing it will be held near Ohare, I love going downtown but try to avoid it because of the traffic.Ill be coming from the West side.

What are you guys finding as the best Sky settings/combinations? How about the best sky color? I'm excited as tonight I have no girlfriend or daughter and plan on having a few beers and spending the night playing with it for the first time!steve

Hi there,I have installed the Lufthansa variant of the 747-400 together with the aircraft.cfg for the pss-panel and I am using the airfile as copied from the pss folder. I alias the panel, sound and the line of sim= in the cfg to that of the pss and off I go.However the problem is this. As soon as I hit the FD and A/Throttle switch then TOGA the aircraft rolls and at the proper Vr I start rotation with the aircraft lifting off at say 172knots. As soon as it just leaves the ground the aircraft slams itself into the ground again and then no matter how much I pull on the yoke it will only then rotate at about 218 knots. What in the world is going on here! I know a 330 is now being worked on and discussion is to whether include a VC or wing views. What am I going to do with wing views. Im into Flightsim to fly from up front! The views are better from there any who. Developers would much rather include wings views as they are much easier than building a Virtual Cockpit, but please, wing views? What is the big deal lately with wing views?Cas

Several months ago I saw a cool new display for Procontroller that essentially recreated the look and feel of a real ATC scope. It was compelling enough to make me want to do some time on VATSIM from the other end of the line. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any more on this. Anyone know?David

Just out of curiosity, what is the general consensus in the simming community regarding "drinking and simming"? For those of legal age, are you adamant about "eight hours from bottle to throttle" or do you allow yourself the occasional brew (or wine, or hardball, or whatever) while relaxing watching your AI move about or even taking to the skies? On the one hand, I would expect the purists to proclaim that alcohol has no place around any airplane - be it a PC simulator or the real McCoy. Hi there,Anyone has this scenery which is bought from CR software through simmarket?If so can you please advise what frame rates are you getting and how is the scenery density set overall. Hey all, I know there are some of you out there who use dual monitors and I'd like to do the same with my Ti4600. I've been told that there is an adapter that will allow me to connect my second monitor to the DVI port on the card using a converter.Problem is, where the heck do you find this hot commodity??? No stores in my area have them, as a matter of fact they usually look at me like i'm crazy. I thought I found one online, but it looks like it has the wrong end (Male) coming out of the device that plugs into the DVI port...Anyone out there that can recommend a store to find this thing at?thanks!lando

I have heard that you should install Air France and Olympic before you install any of the other auto-installers. Is this true? I have been using other auto-installers and they seem to work fine. Am I missing something by not installing those two first?Thanks, Adam

When there is low visibility like lets say half a mile to 2 miles, or to the point you cant see anything. How do you land? Do you let the auto pilot take control? Is there heads up display? or does atc send you to another airport? I tried many times landing in low visibilty in FS with the 734, and so far no success. I either over shoot or miss the runway or land before the treshold!Thanks in advance and take care!

hello i have downloaded quite a few 727s for fs2002 .however when i want to change fuel settings ,or mid flight open a submenu , a fatal error message with a blue screen comes up ,and the application is termintaed .actually the reason i have a few liveries of 727s is because i am searching for one that does not casue the programme to crash.any suggestions !!??i do install the plane as per the readme file .thnx very muchkunal

hii try to fly the concorde. but i can't climb to high flightlevels. at FL 400 i get a stall with full power. fpm 1'000.does anybody know how to fly concorde?

Dear All,I fly very frequently online using Vatsim, since I first downloaded some real-weather in FS2002, A very annoying occurance has happended:-If I am on online but not downloaded any weather, FS2002 will automatically download and update my weather settings every 5 mins or so, I now use FS SKY SE and this has some tuely amazing cloud effects, which is all well and good if FS2002 does not keep altering them speriodically ? :-eekThis also takes a great deal of memory to keep updating, this then slows down PC speed and is annoying if on final approach into EGLL (Gary Summons scenery) and you only getting 2 maybe 3 fps !!!Is there any way I can stop FS2002 updating my we…

A friend of mine has a strange sound problem in FS2002.The sounds for the Cessna, Beech etc. are working absolutely perfectly. However, all the other Aircraft sounds(Boeings,Lear,Bell,) are at such a low volume that even when turned up fully can barely be heard.All sounds in his other apps are working fine.A fresh install with latest drivers and DX8.1 did nothing to solve.You would have imagined that, with FS sounds, either they'd ALL be working or none would be working - no in between.Has anyone got any suggestions or maybe have had and overcome this problem.Soundcard: Hercules Fortissimo IIThanks for any input,Pat

it's GMT+8 all year long, no daylight savings. However, they have Taipei as GMT+8... and there is definitely no time difference between TPE and HKG.

I realize PAI and FS Painter groups are seperate organizations. But links to each others' web sites seem to indicate FS Painter is designing AI aircraft for PAI. Is this so?I'm looking for textures for the Fokker 50 and Fokker 100. I need to know if the textures on each web site are, in fact, interchangeable and the same.Thanks for any guidance!Rick
