hi all,does anybody have the new airport 2002? if so, how do you like the 737???

Just curious. I have learned to be careful with screenshots posted by the developer as you sometimes can be fooled as to what it really looks like once it's on your monitor. I love the plane and I hope the VC is as good as the 260 and DF Archer. I was really disappointed with the Seneca and have tried to get a refund but still no response. I never used to be a VC fan but after using a good one for a while, you dont go back. The 260 and archer have the low-profile 2d which I like to use on final, but thats the only time I will utilize it. Just keeping my fingers crossed. Their email said the VC is excellent. I just hope they were comparing theirs to the two mentioned above…

hi there i no that these panels are similar and i was wondering if anyone has succesfully merged the A320 panel with posky's A330. i have searched the pss forum and was unable to find anything that was of any help.

I just installed the panel modification for Greg Pepper's Beechcraft Super G18 by Jorge Salas (aka Eko). Now when I go to create a flight with the G18, the sim crashes back to the desktop. I tried looking in the archive for a solution, but came up empty handed. Has anyone else encountered this problem? And better yet, do you have the solution (or can you point me to the thread I must have missed)? I did follow all of Eko's instructions, including modifying the radio settings in the aircraft.cfg file. I like the looks of the panel in the attached GIF file, and would really like to use it.

I like to fly aerobatics in a Pitts S2B with my friend Ron Dobbs and I have the Pitts S1S and S2S I want to design a Pitts S2B and S2C or evan a modified version of the Pitts S2A which one should I design?

I reformatted my hard drive FS2K2 runs very smooth, but I have forgotten or unable to locate the patch for 'snow in southern california'Also can any of you think of critical updates or files I need ? I rebuilt my PIC/POSKY and much scenery add-ons from the file library....but any other ideas would be great.Thank You

A previous post concerning the Dash 7 Altimeter settings reminded me of a problem I have been experiencing with FS Nav. I honestly can't remember if I had this problem under WIN 98SE or not. At any rate, I now have XP Home.Problem: After setting flight parameters in FS NAV for any turbo prop AC, when I engage the Autopilot, the AC will commence to fly the flight plan of FS Navigator with one exception; the throttles begin a slow and continuous backoff to where there is a complete shutdown of engine power...not conducive to remaining aloft!Again, this is with ONLY turbo prop AC. Anyone else experience this situation?Thanks,Chris

Well it appears as though the final nail has been hammered into National Airlines Coffin.Another sign that there are just to many TINBIRDS up in the sky and not enough of us to fill them.Maybe repealing Deregulation to a case by case basis wouldnt be such a bad idea....my thoughts are if a airline isnt making $$$$ after a certian period of time they should discontinue flying it. http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/dcforum/Us...9d503cc53ab.jpg

hey guys,I think I am having problems with fs locking up because of overheating. while playing i hear the computer fan getting louder and louder and then my whole computer will suddenly restart or the game will freeze causing me to have to reset the computer. I also recently installed 256 mb ram so that could be the problem but i bought the ram from the compaq website and it specifically said the ram was for my computer.anyways with all that said is there a way to prevent overheating or any other suggestions would be appreciated.thanx in advance,geoff

I have a problem. I love FS2002 but my machine is slow! I live life on the go so I have a laptop to keep me company; no desktop to talk about. My system is as follows:-Dell Latitude C600Processor: PIII (750MHz)Memory: 256MBHard Drive: 20GBGraphics Card: ATI Mobility M3 (33MHz) with max. res. at 1024x768 at 32bitsI cannot trade in my machine so I'm thinking of upgrading the graphics card and/or memory. Which ATI card is top of the line for notebook computers....and will it improve my performance on FS2002???

Hi everyone...I really like the deb, as most everyone else, but I have shyed away from flying it more often because when I switch to the external view, my frame rate plummets, making the sim a little too pokey to enjoy. Does anyone else have this problem, if so, is there a remedy. I could continue flying just from the cockpit, but I am addicted to the eye candy...:-)thanks...sherm

I saw the program on the AVSIM main page and I D/L it. When I run the setup, everything works fine then I get errors on the second part of the setup. I'm installing it on my none FS2002 machine because this is where I do all my flight planing. Does it work if you install it on the FS2002 machine?

I own CFS3 but can not bring myself to install it until I know if it works with TrackIR or not. Anyone?David

i upgraded to the above and its a beautifull thing, i now get 15fps (which i set as my upper limit, just about everwhere i go, even when it does drop below it is still very smooth) im very happy with the upgrade, however i have the GA 7DX ver4 mobo with version F1 bios, and there is a version f7 bios available, but the guy at gigabyte says it might crash my system and that win xp home wont know how to deal with it?? anyone on this?? i just cant quite believe. itciao!Brian S

Has anyone considered making simple AI aircraft with GMAX or something to replace the repetitious c172s and c208s?just curious if someone has done anything, and if maybe that would be a good frame rate fixers with simple AI planes and air files?
