I noticed i really wonderful thing:pressing "Q" thus disabling sound, gives between 4 and 10 fps!And this even with sound quality to minimum!Now i have a Creative SB Live! Player.I thought about DirectSound Debug, but couldn't find it anymore.Anyone has info about this?Is this sound-card related?

Hi: Does anyone know if it is possible to undock the instrument cluster from the main screen in the DREAMFLEET 737-400 PROGRAM? I use 2 monitors. One on top of the other. Hello..As a frequent poster to Usenet sim groups and other web-based forums.. I was shocked to find posts deleted and / or locked on the Opensky Dynamics forum. Posky has a number of technical problems such as engine power and especially landing gear breaking.Posts addressing these issues are deflected by the administrators such that NO tuning discussion can take place. It's as if Posky considers editing the CFG file as `unauthorized FDE editing' or even `hacking'.This is very bad to have such an attitude.I will continue to download, configure, and enjoy the Opensky models, but don't bother posting there unless you want to say: ouuu .. ahhh .. kewl .. excellent .. !!

This is a short tribute to the Mosher brothers (I hope I am right and they are brothers and not say father/son team) who just gave us their 3-rd GMAX airport - St.John. Their work is so complete, so well researched - they are in the league of their own even considering the payware airports. From what I understand they actually make trips to airports they are working on.During the recent Avsim Tahoe conference someone from Avsim staff stated that LAGO made the first GMAX airport. I think this information is incorrect and it was actually Mosher's Halifax that holds this distinction.Thank you guys for your talent and effort. Michael J.

Also an analysis of runways, taxiways and parking-positions with AFCAD came to nothing. The flights take place indeed, but don't land and take-off there however. Do I arrange flights between Delhi-India and Kathmandu-Nepal for example, they take-off and land in Delhi but not in Kathmandu however. They fly high and close to Kathmandu and then vanish behind the mount…

[H3]Flaps get `stuck'[/H3]Some of the bigger models have flap deploy times as much or more than 30-seconds. Sometimes when setting flaps to the first `notch'.. like 1-degree .. the sound get's `stuck' and never shuts off. Some sound packs have really annoying flap sounds and when the two combine .. it's really aggravating.Why do the flap sounds that should play for 3 - 5 seconds get `stuck' and not shut off..!! Isn't this annoying??Please advise...

hi , i got rid of NV MAX and a couple of days ago i downloaded the riva turner from n vidia and at my surprise it looks like it is showing that i have the 21.85 detonator XP? and i do run 98 SE... strange! is this possible?i do use the 21.85 since quite a bit time and i haven't experienced any problems before... iam sure i got the good one installed..Henry. Hi friends,finally i've reached (i hope) last trouble after i've upgraded my PC from Athlon 1.4 GB to P4 2.53 MB (ASUS P4PE MoBo); i've also upgraded my video card from GeForce 2MX to ASUS GeForce 4 TI4200.After installed an Ethernet Fast PCI D-Link DFE-500TX card (i have two networked PC's, they were linked also before), after Win98 loaded i get an RPCSS error (red cross) and from time to time same error reappears and i'm unable to run several programs.So i had to remove my network card waiting for helps in solving this trouble. Can anyone experienced help me? or maybe suggest a link to a forum specialized in this kind of troubles?Thanks in advanceLuigi ;-)

Hi friends,recently upgraded my system.My old PC: ATHLON 1.4GB (ASUS A7V133 MoBo), GeForce2 MX, 768 MB ram.My new PC: P4 2.53GB (ASUS P4PE MoBo), GeForce4 ASUS TI4200 (Detonator 29.42), 768 MB ram.1)FS2002 loads slower than before at the beginning and also after when loading the flight, and performance increase in term of fps is very low!!!2)i need a detailed list of Riva Tuner settings for best performance and image quality.I also tried new Det's 40.72 but nothing changed :-(Can any kind soul out there help me?Thanks in advancecheersLuigi ;-)

jerrycwo4I just tried to get the Kneeboard Data Installer, vr 1.0, by Graham Sumner to work, but I couldn't. I know when it first came out there was a problem but it said "FIXED" on the download, but I stll cann't make it work. Anybody else figgered it out? I can CUT / Paste the data to the kneeboard the old fasion way "CTRL/ C CTRL/V," but not with his program. I downloaded it a couple of says ago.

Hi,The autopilot function doesn't work very well at all for staying on a VOR radial for a couple of the add-on aircraft I downloaded, but there are others where it works reasonably well. That leads me to believe there should be a way to adjust the autopilot for better tracking (in the cfg file, maybe?). Does anyone know how to do this?Thanks,
