Can someone help me with this problem. I been trying to save some downloaded airport layouts in afcad. After everthing has been saved and when I start FS2002 Pro. FS2002 automatically exits after indexing all the scenaries. Why does it do that ? and does any have a solution to this ?Please help

Ive been siming under fs2002 for a while now and come across some fine planes with virtual cockpits. Unfortunately im yet to find a good Boeing 737/747/777 with a cool dynamic 3d cockpit. I mean I havent found any whatsoever, freeware or payware. Getting bit tired of the default Boeing cockpits which come with FS2002, besides i know they could of been done alot better. Like for instance the upcoming Wilco Airport 2002 Boeing 737. Now thats what im talking about - thats even got active panel VC, the next step in the evolution of computer generated cockpits me thinks. Just wondering if someone is compiling midwest express ai flight plans.

I mean...this is so god darned cool...You've heard/downloaded those flyable "formation squadrons" right? I mean they are so darn cool, but how do they link the planes? I have downloaded a flyable quadron of 9(!!!) planes from Simviation, and I've looked and looked and I don't see ANYTHING that would connect each induvidual "plane" to the model file. Not even a little "string" of polygonal whatever that is. Hmmm...

It's a shame to see that www fs-select ca is no longer, but on this site their was a canadian online store to buy FS add-ons. Anyone have the link for this site? I've tried searching with google, but can't find it....Thanks

I can't use my FS2K2 because I just did a hardware upgrade on my computer and Windows ME won't boot! I installed a new MSI 648 Max motherboard/w P4 2.40, new power supply, GeForce 4 TI 4200, 512 DDR Ram. It starts up but will not boot to windows. It says cannot find boot record. It searches the HD, floppy, cd...but cannot find. I find this strange as it always booted from the hd. I used my boot disk...still no go. I downloaded a new boot record for ME - no go.Under the help menu on the boot disk it says that the HD does not have a FAT or FAT32 partition (or something similar). How can this be? It was working fine just moments before in the other computer. Also, a scandisk…

I have seen a few programs come and go but Im not sure what they are all about. Is there an add on program that improves the ATC system in MSFS2002. It would be really nifty if you could get vectors for vor & ndb approaches. I fly the full approaches now, but it would be better practice to be vectored even if the instructions were not true to life.

Just wondering if Garuda indonesia Airlines still uses the 747-200 model for regular routes? I saw alot of repaints for the FSP 747-200 model for AI of Garuda Airlines in about 4 Diffrent livery's, so i am wondering if any of you out there know if they still use the 747-200's along with their 747-400's! Would apprecite the info on this! Since Airliners.net only has one recent picture of a 747-200 in serivce on Sept,11,2002, and no other listing before or after that other than the begging of the 2002 year! thank's for the help guy's! HELP! Today I downloaded and installed Simflyers' great looking KMCO scenery, but when I try to start up FS2002, it crashes to the desktop with this error message:"Ddhelp has caused an error in GDI.EXE. Ddhelp will now close."Does anyone know how to fix this? Is this an FS2k2 compatibility problem? Thanks!

Hi i have downloaded the Patches for the B767PIC to be compatible with the fs2002 it works it goe's to the Menu and etc but when i use it t ogo fly there's a error the Guages say Error 3rd party add-on now can someone please tell me what's going on? i have done this before and nothing has happened. is there a specific patch i have to use only can some one tell me which one

guys, lately i can't fly anymore because my plane simply falls through the groudn every time i start a flight, but really everytime, addon scenery or not, this is really frustrating. it appears asif though FS's ground is just not there.Yet once in a while it is all okay.Another note: my multiplayer isn't doing what it should, external progs can't find my hosted sessions(AI bridge and Squawkbox)any help, people who've experienced this, i allready reinstalled but kept my original CFG's to not lose all information.

hi does anyone know where i can get some nice PSS747 flight plans which i can just load in my 747 FMC which will also have the speed and altitude settings in as well for each waypoint, it would save me alot of time to keep doing this manually,thanks!

I am using Nav 4.5 with fs2k2. On those rare occassions where I want to move my aircraft from point A to point B via the FSNav, I find myself in slew mode when I come back into the FS screen. When I hit the Y key to get out of slew, it releases for a moment, but then goes write back into slew mode. There is no way out, except to reboot. Has anyone else had this experience, and if so, what have you done to eliminate it... thankssherm

Could someone please tell me where the N1 gauge is in the King Air? In the manual it refers to N1 power along with engine rpm, prop rpm, and ITT. I see those gauges but not a N1 gauge. Thanks. :-)
