Hi, i have a big problem with Fs2002, when i start it it runs fine but either when i start a Multiplayer session,in the middle of when i loading, or the middle of the flight,,,,it just crashes(closes)..pls help me out,, i really odnt wanna reinstall it cuse i got a lor of files running with fs2002..pls help

If you are contemplating a home cockpit and like to fly jets, you might want to take a look on e-bay. I bought my Baron throttle quadrant that way and I can tell you - add a few sliding potentiometers from Mouser.com, link them with RC push rods, and connect it to the computer with a USB adapter and you will have something far better than the PFC controllers that are so expensive. I check e-bay frequently and this is the first jet unit I've seen. I can't make out all the controls on this thing but it looks like a good start. Too bad it doesn't have the handle though. Hi friends,ASUS GeForce4 TI4200 here running with Det's 30.82 (i tried also 40.71 and 40.72 but in both cases Paint Shop Pro crashed :-( ).Can anyone experienced explain to me why, from time to time, especially after running batch files, my Riva Tuner Digital Vibrance setting revert back to default and i have to open again program and reload my preference?What is wrong with Riva Tuner v.2? Well in my opinion these words are not entirely true ( some would say not at all!!!). Hey gang,I'm seriously considering purchasing FSMeteo and have a couple of questions before I take the plunge:1) One of the main reasons I might buy FSMeteo is to take advantage of the VATSIM compatability. From my understanding, the default SquawkBox weather will *not* generate precip, but the FSMeteo engine will. Is this correct? Do those of you who use FSMeteo in conjunction with VATSIM feel as if you benefit from using FSMeteo (more realistic, better weather generation, that sort of thing).2) Where does FSMeteo get its weather from? Here's one for the guru's. I can no longer run FS2K2. Everytime I start it it locks up and I get an error "Can not connect/find Roger Wilco" Here's the twister. I don't have Roger Wilco, and have never had it. So why all of the sudden is MSFS looking for it? Hello fellow simmers,I'm always flying the B744 and B777 with the PSS panel. However I want to try some other planes like the B767, A330, B737... etc.I am wondering what panels out there allow navigation like the PSS panels? I want to fly from waypoint to waypoint and not direct using GPS. Any idea how do I go about it?Thanks!alvin

I have installed Thunder Bay scenery. And it seems to work OK. However, every time I start up FS2002, I get this message:"Completing Setup - Generating scenery files indices".This message appears every time I start up FS2002. I would think I should see it only once? Any ideas?Thanks,jibrady

I have a PIII 450 running Win98 and am trying to wring the last bit of performance out of this computer before upgrading to a new P IV rig. I want to see if I can maximize the amount of system resources available on this PC before I do, so that this one can become a peripheral computer in a multi-pc, multi monitor set-up.I've already been into MSCONFIG and use a selective start-up. Hi Gang, I have FS2002 and am having the wierdest problem. Via XP Control Panel my speakers are setup for 5.1 speakers; (Klipsch Pro Media). After a few minutes in FS2002, my speaker setting gets kicked to the "Deasktop" setting, i.e. 2 speaker. I then have to go back into the control panel and reset them back to 5.1. I tried the "Surround" setting but the same thing happens. Seems FS-2002 won't hold the 5.1 setting. This doesn't occur in any other app or sim.Any ideas on what might be causing this? Can somebody tell me why in my fs2002 pro by aircrafts from POSKY (b747,b757,b767) and from Meljet's b737_800 (ryanair and HappagLLoyd) autopilot is not functioning.By all other aircrafts (default and from third parties) autopilot is working just fine. Thanks.Rivle
