Hi !I was doing some tests in FS2002.When I turn water reflections ON with multi-textures OFF, I get some blocky reflection in the water, if I turn multi-texture ON it's ok, but the simulation isn't so smooth as multi-textures OFF.I don't know why in my system multi-textures kill the smoothness of the flight. I took off from KLAX to the sea, and even over the sea with multi-texture ON, quick maneuvers have stutters and turning it OFF it's very smooth, but I can only use water detail.Any idea ?Any nice water textures add-on ?Thanks,ulisses

It appears that somebody is attempting to obtain permission to use other people's hard work (which was donated to the community) on a CD or DVD package for "no profit".I do not understand why someone representing a Website (implying that their users have Web access) would need to make CDs of stuff available for free on the Web! Has anyone noticed a problem with the sound in fs2002 when installing the PSS 747 and 777. The ATC sounds like they are talking from a tunnel.

as i realy like chilling out in an aircraft sear looking out the window over the wing :D, i love planes like meljets 747. now, could i change all my existing aircraft that i can see over the wings like that too?? or is it a gmax question???

I have version 1.3. My problem is an understanding of the functionality of the grid and its relationship to the main page. The documentation (.doc) is from 5/20 and does not reference the grid page and its functions. Is there a more updated set of docs available or is there a post somewhere that explains this??Thanks,Dick

Can someone tell me how to extact a single file from the FS CD?My facilities.dll file seems corrupted and I'd like to extract this file from a copy of my CDs.Alternately, can someone send me a copy of their facilities.dll?

I see that Eurowings Professional's English version is now available.Some people have said that they think it's worth it; others seem to have deleted it from their hard drive already. Given yesterday's squawk about overpriced payware, what's the consensus. Do I give it a try? I've been waiting for really good commercial commuter craft so i'm really tempted.

OK, I'm gonna kill my computer! FS ain't working again :-8 When I start FS, it starts loading new scenery files and when it comes to 7% it just crashes :-fume Can someone tell me what's wrong? I installed UK2000 p5 yesterday, but I removed it now, and it still isn't working :-( Help me please!!!!

Hi, has anyone else downloaded Roberto Tomasoni`s 747 panel, includingoverhead recently. I am unable to find any toggle to switch on theoverhead and have to use the normal menu to get to show. Has anybodyfound the toggle switch, is there one, and if not how can one providethis please. Thanks for any assistance you can render. I have FS2002 Pro and fly for a virtual airline (Gateway). I've wanted to add panelsto some of the turboprops like the ATR42, J31, Dornier 328; the smaller jetssuch as the ERJ145, F28, Bae146, as well as some of the larger planes737-700, 737-800, A310-300, 757, 767, B717, MD-90, and the MD-11.But, every non-FS2002 panel that I've tried has been disappointing comparedto the ones that come with FS2002 in terms of readability (everything isvery small) and functionality. all right i have finally been able to get my hand on a copy. i got the store to check their delivery boxes to get it out.first impression is very poor why,well first let me tell you what system i have P4 1,500 MHZ 768MB RDRAM PC800Nvidia Getforce3. 64MB40Gh hard drive. i have FS running on max, i get good frame rates. i can get up to 70FPS in not so heavy areas, and i average about 8-12 PFS with Simflyers's dulles airport, so with airport 20002 i am getting about 3-6 FPS this is without running FS on max.i am not a happy camper, i can go on on with this, but i am upset just to talk about it. i will give some more feedbacks when i get some food in my stomach, considering b…

For some reason I don't have any landing light splash on the sides of my fuselage during dusk. I distinctly remember having this but for some reason i don't have this now. Not all the models had it but none of the ones that did have it now..puzzling. Anyone got any ideas about why??I DO have this at night but not during the dusk hour or so.Hornit

I was reading a magazine today saying that Varig still uses their MD-11s in international flights over 11 hours because since they are trijets they don't don't have ETOPS problems.I remember reading once that 767-300s were ETOPS compatible...What the heck is ETOPS???????????Cheers!

Is it possible to disable the streophonic sound in FS2002? I've blown out an inner ear and use a headset for FS (my wife insists on it). I can only hear the engines from one side of a twin and its a problem when starting the engines -- I can't tell when number 1 fires off.I remember from a previous version that there was a line that could be inserted into the config file to turn off stereo. In that case it was to improve frame rates so it must have been FS2000 :-) Does anyone remember how to do it and will it work with FS2002? Thanks. R-
