I find the Ariane website a bit confusing and a tad lacking in information - I believe they are under construction so this is understandable. I did buy a 5.00 pound (non GMAX) version of United Airlines and frankly the DreamFleet model/textures are superior IMHO. So now I'm looking at a GMAX one. I intend to do the DF/Ariane merge.I saw some screen shots of one with really nice wing views looking back over the engines posted in the screen forum. I can't find that post any more.The Ariane website does not describe what exterior views of the wings you see from outside other than a basic passenger over wing view.Also, if I do the merge, must I have a 737-400 or will it work …

Does anyone have a working afcad file for LOWW for use with the Austrian Airports package? http://www.austrianairports.com/index2.htmI found one here in the library, but when I loaded it up, I got zero traffic at all. I loaded up different afcad files for other sceneries, and they worked fine (except not lined up properly for the scenery). The scenery is great, but my traffic is not working well at all there.

Hi guys,I just downlaoded the little proggie "reliability factor" and have to say that I really like the idea of what it does.Now did anyone ever stumble over material or statistics regarding the probability of failure of different aircraft systems? I'm looking for links to pics of Led Zeppelin's 707. It was called the "Dreamship", I believe. If I can find some pics I may ask an expert for a repaint...or may even give it a shot myself. Has anyone done an AFCAD for LAGO's Milan Airports? THey provide a bgl file, but a) all that does on my system is to create a second LIMC and :( it only has few gates.Any hints?THanksChris

I have recently installed the ELLX scenery for fs2002 and I seem to be missing an exclude, as all of my default buildings are still there.I also noticed that the scenery installs to my scenery folder and not ot it's own folder.Tim

Does anyone have any experience with the CD version of Jeppesen SimCharts V2. I was looking at their Website and reading their pitch and was looking for some user's opinion.I understand that you can "unlock" various areas, but how does this unlocking really work. Once you unlock the number of areas you purchased, if you have to reinstall it, can you unlock those same areas again? I was considering getting the 3 for the US. Does it also have enroute charts (Victor and Jet airways) or just Departure/Arrival/SIDS/STARS apprach plates? Can you use the "moving" map portion on a second network computer using Wide FS, or just on the primary FltSim computer? Any other opini…

I'm a very little complainer, but will someone please tell me there's a way to remove the x permanely when you go to view options -spot view and on gradual transitions you check the x so you don't have that never ending swirl effect before the spot view settles down, man that's irritating. How do you make fs2002 scroll smoothly when looking left and right within the cockpit? I saw that effect in some of MS's demo clips, but can't find any documentation on how to do that. I don't mind the toggled views, but the scrolling effect was very impressive.Are there special keystrokes that you use? Do you have to be in Virtual Cockpit view? I don't have a joystick, I just use the keyboard. Thanks all!Doug

I use nVidia 30.82s on my Ti-4600 and they work great.Should I download the newer nVidia 40.72 drivers? If they are better, in what way so ? Appreciate advice, thanks!JS

Hello everyoneI am having a problem with Flight Sim where the angles are not smooth on aircraft and scenery. The best way to descibe this is when you are looking at the aircraft from the exterior the wing does not appear as a straight smooth line, but is instead broken into many sections. I do not know if this is normal. It happened on my old pc but I just built a new system and hoped that with the upgrade it would go away but it hasnt. I have Athlon 2600+, ATI Radeon 9500 Pro, and 512 MB Corsair DDR400. I have all scenery options turned and put to the max. I thought that Amti-liasing was supposed to help smooth angles. Please help if you can.

Hi,Try this on:Ive got this annoying video stuttering anomoly goin on while in FS2K2. It stutters about every 4 to 10 seconds or so, especially noticeable when making turns or when ascending or descending. Visually, I guess I would say that it looks like it "pauses" for just a frame or twoand then - glass smooth again, ...until the next stutter a few seconds later.Incredibly, while taking off once, the sim actually went ..."backwards"!! for about a half a second. I have downloaded the An2 and installed it, but seem to be having a problem with seeing the 2d panel. I deleted it and tried a second install but still no luck with the panel. Everything else seems fine controlls work texture looks good but no panel. What am I doing wrong.Thanks Chuck
