Is there anyone out there can figure out how to use the AEI 757 package with FS2002. It claim that it is FS2002 compatible but everytime I try to use it, FS crashes. I am dying to use it because I think it is a pretty good 757 (with a good FMC). I don't know if there is something with the panel that isn't correct, like a bug. If anyone can help that would be great.Thanks,

Hi folks,ASUS GeForce4 Ti4200 (Det's 30.82, but with other drivers nothing change) here on Win98SE.I have a problem: every time i open a DOS session or perhaps launch a file batch my DIGITAL VIBRANCE SETTINGS revert to default :-(So i have to enter RT settings and restore my preferred settings; any way to stick (a reg key maybe) digital vibrance?Thanks for any inputcheersLuigi ;-)

I am trying to set up the throttles to use with both engines. I know I have to do it though FSUIPC but I can't get it figured out. I don't understand the instructions from their web site.

I have Eddie Denney's Real Scene installed and have had for quite some time. At various places, the tarmac fades in and out in polygon shapes. The default concrete texture just disappears as you are taxiing about. However, a little slight elevation (as in spot view) and it re-appears. This phenomenon doesn't seem to exist in the default out of the box installation for FS2002 (at least that I've found).Anyone else with Real Scene had this problem? I checked the VMAX website for a patch but there's not one. What about the FSGenesis product? Anyone have this type problem with that scenery? Is the FSGenesis product worth replacing the Real Scene I have?BobL

Yesterday, when taxiing out from the Vancouver terminal, I saw a strange sight. Three AirCanada 737's were superimposed over each other on final approach (you could see 3 vertical stabs, 3 engines etc). The plane(s)landed and then separated and started to taxi to the terminal.I recently did a system restore, then re-installed the files. They didn't seem to take the first time, so I installed them again.Question: Does PAI overwrite earlier files, or will it install them again resulting in duplicate , or in this case triplicate, flightplans?Should I try to uninstall these files - two of them that is?Thanks, Adam

I downloaded Active Sky 2002 V. 1.5 freeware, because I was not satisfied with the inboard weather system of FS2002.Now, when I start Active Sky, it sometimes causes a drop of frame rate, some 7-8 pictures down!What could be the reason why, or: is that normal?

I have downloaded all avaible files, the panel is working very good, but the plane is flying like $%!! I do not have a thorough understanding of what files go where sometimes. I am new and dumb. I need some help. I recently added Emma Field. It may be coincidental, but since then I have this notice at the beginning of FS2002: MSFS has detected 3rd Party software that may not be compatible with..........File: FSSound.dllI have an FSSound.dll in FS2002 but it is in the Modules file and not the sound file.I also have an FSSound.dll in CFS2 and it also is in the Modules file and not in the sound file.I don't knpw if I should or if it is safe to move these FSSound.dll files into the sound Files. Would someone steer me right on this.

The radios on some (not quite sure if all) Aircraft don't allow me to tune anything under the 118.00 Freq? There are a lot of frequencies under that number. I have checked and those are realistic.Thanks!!

After numerous tests of drivers and settings, I have finally hit the magic combo that made my efforts totally worth it.First, I have had the best success with the 30.82 drivers (Detonator and Stereo). Plus, make your monitor refresh rate as close to 100 Mhz as you can.2nd, if your glasses tend to flash a lot, make sure to put a fresh set of CR1620 batteries in the glasses. I have a beautiful VC which i love very much.now i was wondering, can i use this vc cockpit with another aircraft model ????Kind regardsG.

I have unfinished pictures of the scenery while the framerate is something like 20. So, I use slew(Y) to prove the point: move the aircraft(8)with an good speed of says 200kts or above and then stop (5) It takes up to a minute before the view settles while the frame rate is about 20. What is the point of having a good framerate if the picture is not even complete. Or am I on the wrong track .... ?

I'm using Maam's dc-3 in fs2002. There is one thing borthering me that is the update rate of the vor gauge is prity much on the low side. This is bad because on low visibility condition it make me miss the approach. Is there anyway to solve this? I mean to increase the refresh rate of the gauges, IMO the reallife gauge on DC-3 should be more responsive than this isn't it?
