After I have installed ABACUS trial stuf it created on my FS2002 a exclusive pull down (premiere aircraft....). Please anybody knows how to take off this pulldown from my FS2002 pulldown ? thanks in advance for this help.

Hi, I have downloaded the demo and the update. This can be great add-on but I am having a problem loading the default flight plan that comes with the demo. I keep getting the invalid flight plan message. I swapped and used a 172 Cessna and then flight plan loaded. So anybody know why this is? I followed the steps in their manual, but there are problems with this thing. Thank you, S.

One more attempt to get Jim to tell us when the new Meridian will become available. I was planning on re-installing everything and setting it up just for the Meridian but I don't want to do it too soon and end up messing it up by the time the Meridian is released. So, what do you think Jim? Is it too soon to start re-installing? Will I have to wait a week or more? Just wondering. :-waveAnd I will pay extra for the manual if this bird flies as good as she looks.Peace.

Hi All!I'm looking for a convient way to record videos of my flying so I may share my adventures with my non-sim friends.The Flight Video stuff in FS2002 doesn't seem very useful, even if I could convert it. .25 second per frame is not enough!!!Maybe there's a video capture and record device that might do it?I'm looking for the result to be in a common format, like MPEG of ASF.Any ideas? Anyone flying the Navajo in the General Aviation Pack from Abacus??Have a strange problem

I wasn't aware of this before now. This is unfortunate. Many of us prefer 98 on our simming system. I believe I now must pass on the Meridian.And for those who think 98SE is junk... I've been running the same install for 16 months without problems. I even placed it into a new computer system 2 weeks ago without a glitch. I spend all my OS maintenance time on my wife's XP Home system. So, please... no arguments about how one is better than the other.Regards,

I have windows XP Professional and my rudder pedals have been working fine for about a year now. But for some reason they are not working when they are connected for a while. They become inactive after about 20 or so minutes. Sometimes less. Even though in the game controller dialog box they say they are OK. But these is no motion in the calibration screen. The only way to get them to work is to un plug them and then re-plug them in and they are fine (at least for a little while). I tried the CH control manager but when I use it to make a map, my devices are gone from the device screen (Like they were removed).. The only thing I have been doing differently is using widevi…

With a newer invidia drivers and a Ti4600 card, I can only use NVHardpage and Riva Tuner to adjust graphics settings, other than the 4600 control panel. Is there any program that will allow me to set a -.8 to -.11 LOD level? The riva and hardpage only let you set to high and low detail settings, but the best that they can do is a 0.0 or 1.0. The best on my system is closer to -.1 Any ideas? Having recently discovered the joys of flying IFR in 2k2 I plotted a course from BOS to DTW. Great flight all the way through approach clearances in my 757. ATC vectors me for 21R and I'm at 1,500ft 2 miles out of touchdown when instructed to contact the tower. I do so and am told I have clearance for 3L??@#! Also, twice while on approach to other airports I've been instructed to turn around 180 degrees and climb to my filed altitude and resume own navigation as if I were departing back the other way. Anybody knows what gives??Also, does anyone have a fix for "popoising"? The above mentioned 757 does this on AP after achieving the dialed in FL. I think it must be so…

Hey fellow simmers, I had to reboot my computer and lost alot of files that I had for 777-200 pro. Does anyone know where I can get files that address 777-200 pro issues? Pheonix said they no longer have those files available. For example, the United windows issue.george

I posted this request to the wrong forum, so here we go again hopefully to the right group. After downloading and installing the subject aircraft {self executing file...even I shoudn't be able to screw up}everything appears correctly. However afterselecting aircraft and hitting fly in FS2002 the screen goes black {with a fewpixels on the left side and it kicks me out of FS2002 back to desktopI followed all simple instructions, including changing Config to OLDMODULES but to no avail. I currently have FSMeteo V5.1, but I have been following the release of ActiveSky WXRe and WeatherCenter, reading about them and they sound very exciting, all this active weather development and what not. But the thing I found was that neither of them provide aloft data for Europe, only simulated based on American winds. As I understand it, FsMeteo provides aloft data for ANYWHERE in the world? Is this correct is this too a simulated interpolation of US data?I am thinking of upgrading to either FSMeteo 5.2, ActiveSky or Weathercenter....I would appreciate anyone's comments!Tah!Cheers[br][/img]

Is it possible to disable overspeed monitoring on the planes through the .cfg file? I have some fighter jets that don't report when pushed to the limits, and some that do. I want to disable it on some of the new F15's that just came out..Scott

Hi,I upgrade my system with a new Radeon 9500 using the ATI driver 6.13.10.6218.If I start playing with the Smothvision II, changing the default setting (AA and AS) the FS2002 looks great (except the letters in red displaying, for example, the frames), but if I change from the FS2002 (minimizing) to another application and back to the FS2002 the system reboots. Like many of you my download directory is loaded with tons of zip files. I don't always have the time to unzip and install them in FS2K2, so I just leave them until later. Today I decided it would be nice to fly around Hawaii and I remembered that about 2 weeks ago I downloaded some Hawaii scenery. I did a search for "Hawaii" but nothing was found! Apparently it is not possible to search for files that are contained within zip files. Does anyone know of a utility that will search for a file within a zip file and tell you what zip file contains the file of interest? Thanks!Airbus

I am not able to install my FS2002 for no apparrent reason. It gets to 39% and stops, or get extemely slow. I have even replaced the FS2002 CD and the disk drive. Hey guys, anyone here tried FS Time Keeper by T. Molitor, the author of the great AITM utility?? I haven't installed it yet, but looks very promising in the features, especially for me since I fly for a VA and it might help me keep track of my flight hours better. I was just wounder if any one has downloaded the Opensky_CRJ-200 Northwest. It is a nice plane and panel. But I get this third party softy error and there is missing gauge on the panel. the gauge is "crj.gpws.gav" I checked the gauge file and it is in there. What can I do? Thanks if you can helpGerald
