hey there does anyone know if there is a merge file or can somone tell me how to merge the dreamfleet panel and fmc with the project freeware 737/735 i would greatly apreciate any help thanks in advance.

It was mentioned in another thread that the GA AI will now fly to nontowered airports. What do they do when in IFR conditions? Do they fly the non precision approaches (VOR, GPS, NDB)?If they do fly the approaches, will ATC make you hold if another aircraft is on the approach?

Hi all!I'm just wondering if someone could help me find a place to download coyote avionics bendix/king EFS40 gauge? This one is freeware isn't it? I downloaded the beautiful Aero Commander 560 by Milton Shupe, Scott Thomas, and Andre Folkers and Team Commander. It is a super flyer BUT the #1 VOR is the old "coffee grinder" type and does not have all the current frequencies available. Specifically, it can only tune to fractional freqs of .00, .05, .10, .15, .20, etc. Obviously lots of VORs and ILSs can't be tuned on this radio and I can't figure out how to use VOR#2 for an ILS approach in this particular plane.Can anyone give me any help. I emailed the authors but got a dud address for one and no response from the other yet.Many thanks for any help....this is a super plane.

u know, there is a captain/FO program out there, where u can connect with someone in a multiplayer game and one person does the actualy flying and one person, as the FO, does the flaps and gear and stuff, and u both see it from the panel perspective, so you are in the same plane connected through an ip, just like you are in the same cockpit. I havn't seen it for a long time and just thought about it, anyone know of where I can get it, or know of what im talking about?

Reading some of these posts reminds me of a soap opera. I have not been with out my drama here and there, but it seems that FS could be taking a turn for bad scripting and bad actors....Just my opinion. I must admit I get some good reading in at these and other FS forums...

I downloaded Leon Seale's CRJ panel for POSKYs CRJ planes. I loaded the panel into the planes, but the radio stack is not showing up on the panel. How do I get the radio stack on the panel? Am I missing a gauge? Or is there a button to press to get the radio to show?

The new Gmax DC6b by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson is a truly beautiful aircraft, but I'm having trouble slowing her down for descent and final. I've tried advancing the rpm levers all the way forward (blue lights come on) and bringing the throttle back as far as it will go without the warning beeps. Even so, she seems to keep accelerating and I have real trouble getting her down below about 200 kias. I can't extend gear or flaps to slow her down because the maximum extension speed is 170 kias. Can anybody help here with the correct technique for slowing these birds down during descent and approach?

The patch for the 767-300F fixed the gear doors.......but now the right alerion floats 8 feet out of place. And the black mark on the bottom of the fuselage is still there but thats probably just a texture problem.

Ok, maybe that title is a little extreme, but the resources that this effect consumes on my system are very noticeable.Enabling water reflections seems to tax the CPU rather than the GPU, as the framerate no longer scales with changes in resolution. It remains consistent as the CPU is now the bottleneck. CPU dependent sliders (i.e. mesh density, A.I) also influence the effect of water reflections.I can have every slider maxed out except reflections and can maintain a constant 40fps (locked) in most terrains. Switch it on though, then this number will drop to 25fps or less. The impact worsens in denser areas such as Heathrow or LAX etc. Once again this points to reflection…

I would love to see thw beacons beam/flash on the engines of the new 767-300 from ifdg group, but how can i do it. The Ariane Boeing 737 series have very nice flashing beacons on the wing and engine, but i do not know how to make the same effect on other planes, so please can someone help me with this?Best regards,

I am trying to learn how to correctly use STARS when landing at large airports. I have been flying commuter (Dash-8). I see sometimes a STAR isnt even set up from the direction I am traveling from. Often a partucular STAR from my direction of travel is for turbojets only. Is it normal then that ATC would vector a landing or would the aircraft fly around to join that STAR and land. I couldnt imagine an airline would like the extra fuel used for that extra time in the air. Can anyone shed some light on this confusing subject for me. Oh remember this is for props.Thanks in advanceAndrew

Anyone have any recommendations? Enroute, VFR/IFR, Approach plates, etc. I like to plan my flights with a VFR chart but it isn't necessary. Really miss those GNC charts I used in the USAF years ago.Any help appreciated

I just loaded Lavigne's Falcon 50 and followed the instructions to unzip the file into the FS2002 main dir. When I click on the plane in the Select Aircraft menu I get an error box saying "FS cannot load all 3rd. party software, FS will continue to run but not all software will be loaded" or something like this, plus "GaugesYL50_overhead.GAU". The plane then loads with no problem and when I click on the overhead button in the main cockpit I get the message again then the overhead opens. I looked in the gauges directory but couldn't seem to find this file yet other than the annoying error boxes the plane seems to load OK. Any ideas? Thanks.

Many people have this problem -- as shown in the attached picture.When operating the 2D panel in full screen mode with writing on the screen ( like FPS indication) , AA and 16 bit selected - the lower part of the panel corrupts. Sometimes it happens all the time and sometimes it occurs intermittantly. The only solution to the problem so far published is to not use AA or to run in 32 bit.Personally for my system, I like to use AA and 32 bits is very expensive on FPS.So -- can anybody please indicate if this problem remains in FS2004?Thanks Barry

HiFor the first time in FS2002 I've decided to learn flying the 'heavies' with the advent of PMDG's 737. So can anyone answer this:Is the only way to exit a gate for taxiing by using the very crude 'slew' control? Turning the craft seems ridiculous as this would not happen IRL and it's so easy to crash the building.If there is no better way then I hope FS2004 will address this problem.

I downloaded the Cold and Dark gauge. Supposedly, this gauge starts any aircraft. I followed directions and added to the gauge list in one of my panel configs and I found NO directions on how to use the gauge or what it looks like, or how to find it on the panel. I've looked and looked, and I certainly can't see any new gauge on the panel. What have I done wrong. Is there a trick to this? Stan
