How do you open the cargo door in Flight Simulator?

Just installed windws XP pro. I have the CH Flight Sim yoke (non usb).Is there a driver on the ch website to download so I can select this yoke from the controller window in XP?

Is there a tool available that would export the AFD(s) to a tab delimited or comma separated text file?I want to create an EXCEL based listing of every airport in the MSFS database with field headers that look like this:ICAO_ID Country State/Province City Name of Airport Is there a way to do this?Thank You in advanceBobL

Correct me if this has already been brought up, but this is news to me and really BIG news to me. I fly for several VAs, and it is not big iron type of stuff, mostly helis and GA. Well as most know the multiplayer aspect in FS2002 is kinda lame as far as props not turning, jerkyness, etc. Well I just found out from FS2004 owners that the new multiplayer capabilities in FS2004 fix these problems. I just watched a video of 2 jetrangers flying around each other and the motion was like the AI, fairly smooth, and the animations on all helis worked!!! Hello forumI was wondering if it is possible to create a freeware project a bit like the projectai. I'll explain how it would work:Projectai is airline traffic related. This proposal is a project that does the same thing, but it the developers of this project will not create boeing, airbuses and other big jets, but only small piper, cessna and other general aviation models specially designed for AI Traffic. I am trying to find a DC-3. I did not know how difficult this venture would be. The DC-3 by Jan Visser is a great model but was made for fs2000. Does anyone know of a site that explains in full detail what to download by file name, how to edit whats needs to be edited and in what sequence. I have downloaded so many files for the DC-3 and the RD$ stuff but none of it is making since. Hi all,My wife and I were lucky enough to have a great week last week. We went to San Diego on Saturday the 11th, for a meeting (I own a business and we have an annual meeting in CA.) and for some vacation. Flew Airbus A320 to San Diego, and it was a great "uneventful" flight. Decided to do 4 days in Vegas on the way back to Pa., and we boarded an Airbus 320 (America West)for my first flight ever to McCarren. I couldn't wait to see the Vegas Strip on the right side of the airplane as I have so many times in MSFS. I felt I knew it well, and predicted to my wife exactly how we'd approach the airport. Hi there:i have i serious problem with antialiasing in my machine, when i start FS2002 the 4x antialiasing works fine as seen in the picture 1when i go to the cockpit view and return to spot view i will loose all the antialiasing as seen in picture 2I am using a radeon 64 DDR with Directx9 and latest drivers, anyone please can help this desperate soul on this side.Jorge oppenheimer

Hi there,Can anyone tell me were I can:a) Find real world weather reports and predictions so that I have as much WX info that real airline pilots do for my longhaul flights and,:( Which flight planning software do you recomend? It must be able to show me airways, be able to create waypoints anyware I want them (for NAT PLOTS) and must be able to export this to Radar Contact. Fuel predictions would be great as well but they MUST be accurate!!!!!!Also, being easy to use would be a bonus, and if the printouts looked professional that would be great also!Thanks for your helpric

Hi.I found the comment below, and it got me thinking that I'm not doing something I should be.I have a very sad PC, (600mhz, 128Ram, probably bottom-end Graphics card), and I'm wondering if the point below would be relevant to me?Can anyone give me some hints on how to configure my machine to get the best out of what I have? Especially with 2004 coming out soon!!A new PC or an upgrade is not feasible currently.ThanksAllblackThose who know about the frame rate slider in FS2002 will understand what I mean here. Flight Simulator allows you to set the frame rate or "lock" it to a set number. This lets the CPU do other work rather than trying to pump out pure speed

Bit of a long shot, but was wondering if anyone has had seating problems with any GeForce FX cards. Mobo is an ASUS AN7D Deluxe.Experiencing small dots on windows startup and FS freezes also when the power is needed.

I know SSW is having "teething" problems and that there are some bugs that need fixed. Assuming the bugs are patched, does the panel measure up to the PIC767 panel? Does it come close? I would love to hear your initial impressions.

Have Richard Probst v4 panel, and would like to put up a second monitor for the overhead panel. However, I have tried to re-size and drag the overhead panel (on the main monitor)with no results. If I put up a second (overhead) monitor, will I be able to place his overhead panel on the second monitor? Thanks, lr.
