Hi,Love the new A330 and VC. However, experiencing problems with the VC: runway lights, bldg lights, A/C lights are not visible or blink when viewed thru the A330 VC window. If I shift view point forward thru the glass, everything is okay outside. I believe the VC window tint is causing this, if the VC texture is not loaded, it is also okay.The video card is a GF4 4400TI using the 30.82 or the newest 4xxx drivers.Is there a way to defeat the window tint?Thanks,Pat

In the standard Cessna 172 I have installed an add on panel that gives me a VOR indicatorin the heading indicator and also the exact course in the tooltip text. Without the latterwhich is the case in the RelAir Cessna it's very difficult to set the exact course: Iwouls like to know how it is in real Cessnas. Is it easy to set the OBS to the exact degree?Can I get this tooltips also in the RelAir?

Is there a key or some other way to neutralize trim adjustments, particularly rudder trim? Can't find it in the setup menus...Thanks,sg

Hi,I'm having a serious problem with my FS2004. When I try to do the Complete (2.5gig) installation everything seems just fine during installation - no error messages or anything indication of such. But when I start flying, all ground textures (except for airport textures) are missing!When installing the Compact version, where the scenery files are loaded form the 4th CD, everything works just fine, so It can't be my hardware or drivers either. When you add scenery to FS2002 and look in the scenery library there is a column that says scenery priority, what does that number mean?Like tonight I had to delete the Fly Tampa-Miami scenery, now before I deleted it the scenery had a scenery priority number of 3, but after I re-installed the scenery it had a scenery priority number of 1. What does that mean?

I am currently looking for a good freeware program (if available) to use in the loading of pax and cargo for my a/c. I am using FS2k2 at the moment. I know of ACLoader and am seriously considering purchasing it in the future. I just can't seem to find a freeware one. Any help you can send my way I'd appreciate. I bought a yoke and rudder pedals (yoke is CH Products and pedals are Pro Pedals) which connect using gameport. I have Windows XP and luckily they work, but I have problems configuring the throttle.The problem is that for some reason I cannot make the throttle work, since the configuration should be 6-buttom flight yoke w/two POVs and throttle, but when I choose this option the Status column shows not connected. If I choose the the same option without the throttle it works fine. These guys are wizards. Absolute wizards. The flight model is staggering when compared to the default planes, and even some of the best payware I've tried.Just give it a try. You'll see what I mean. I need to replace my current motherboard with a new one. I have narrowed it down to a choice of three. ASUS A7N8X deluxe, Abit NF7-S rev 2, and GA-7N400 pro. I will be installing a AMD 3000+. I will also be installing a new ATI video card. I am waiting to see some reviews on the new 9600 XT when it launches. Anyone having experence with these mobo's and FS9 can you provide any info as to choice. I have read the Abit is better if you over clock which I generaly do not do. Which one would make a better gamer I have know ideal.If anyone can suggest other mobos please do as this is not set in concreate nore is the choice of AMD or P4 cpu. ThanksCPKSPI

A while back Chris Willis posted excellent tip allowing for decrease in the runway lights intensity by inserting the RUNWAY_LIGHTS_VASI_SCALAR=0,7 VALUE INTO THE fs9.cfg.I find the problem of taxiway lights to be way too bright.I tried a dummy approach of inserting TAXIWAY_LIGHTS_SCALAR value there as well but it did not work.Could someone enlighten me how to do it the right way, please?ThanksDom

I found a series of BGL's that I absolutly love but the designer when a bit nuts on some of the objects. Its totaly killing the frame rate but it LOOKS AMAZING...What I want to do is go in and delete some of the objects for example one island has like 9 crusise ships and about 60 sailboats I figure cutting that in half would help some. But I have NO CLUE how to edit these files.Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have purchased the TCAS II gauge installer and I downloaded the update forFS9. The problem is when I run the gauge installer it asks me 2002 or 2004on the bottom but I can not slect 2004 because it is grayed out. Anysuggestions? Thanks

Please tell me how to change the Nav 1 needles.When flying an ILS, I change my nav 1 to the correct freq. and see the Glideslope indicator and localizer but, my localizer is never straight up and down and I can't figure out how to move or change it. It's tough to fly an approach when left and right look like they are up and down!! Also, what is the blue needle with the circle in the middle of it indicate. All help will be greatly appreciated!!!
