Any news out there that I have missed. I am hoping to see that a 767/757/777 panel is being worked on. Seems all the Airbus aircraft are covered now, lets see some boeing panels! I miss my PIC 767!

When FS2004 came out, there was a lot of head scratching and worrying over the Flight Dynamics of the new program. As I remember, several of the variables that had been used in previous versions of FS had been tweaked or deleted in their entirety...Some prominent community figures such as Lou Betti basically said there was "nothing to worry about" followed by a long drought without any pay or freewarewere.But, with the release of the SF260 and the Decathalon, it seems like the flight models may actually be better than what was available for FS2002???For real pilots that have flown both FS2002, and FS2004, can you comment here? Also, there don't seem to be any "heavies" …

Hi all,Please see the picture. I have ATI RADEON 9800 pro. Never saw this before but it started after installing Aerosoft Canary Islands 3.1 for FS2004. Can be my own plane, AI aircraft and even the scenery that is corrupted like this. I use FS2004.Anyone the same problem, solutions?Thanks,Norbert

Hi,How can I save FS2002 video as an (AVI Video) file, or View saved FS 2002 video on RealOne Player or WMP.

Can someone explain the VOR/DME.....does it have a glideslope or localizer???I undestand it isn't "straight" on with the runway....and I know it isn't a ILS....where I recievee both glideslope and the localizer...also where do I put the radio frequencies??? I know the ILS radio frequencies go inthe NAV1......and 1 last question Where do I get the radio frequecnies for an airport like San Marteen with a VOR approach...will they be in the "mapview" in the flightsimulator???Thank youI use FS2002

I've been flying the freeware Antilles 2004 by the FS Antilles Group - I think its great. I'm wondering if any of the payware products for the region represent a huge improvement in mesh and airport accuracy? The two that I'm looking at are Flightsim Brazil's "Fly to Caribe" series and Flight1's "West Indies" series. The two represent a significant expendature to get full coverage of the area, so I'm looking for opinions...Thanks for any input!Best,sg

Hi Folks.I am building a full scale Twin Otter cockpit which is nearing completion. I have the excellent Lago version software (32 meg download!)The problem is - I have to use the mouse to click the various switches on the overhead to start engines. Having gone to the trouble and expense of building the cockpit, I don't think much of using a mouse to start up!! There are no hot keys that I can emulate using my Hagstrom (or are there?) Lago tell me that CTRL+E will not work either!! Are there any clever people out there that have overcome this problem so that start up can be from proper switches/buttons. A mouse should be a thing of the past (unless it's your kids pet!).He…

So the mighty Microsoft itself has reboxed FS9 with a rebate for half-price. It's only March here in the states. O.K. like others mentioned the new scenery for Manhattan is awesome but has anyone noticed the mesh problem along the Hudson river??? It also seems Manhattan cuts out some autogen along the Hudson River on the New Jersey side... I had to uninstall my Simflyers KEWR scenery until they come up with a fix for the autogen around the airport. KEWR flattens out all autogen from east of the airport to the Statue of Liberty all the way south past Staten Island, west to Rahway past the city of Linden etc... It has to be a good 30 or 40 miles total around the airport that's devoid of autogen, looks terrible next to Manhattan (makes KEWR look worse because it's the problem let alo…

I need to use Fltrec to record a flight path in FS2002. I have no idea how to use it. I need to see the actual flight path after a flight in FS2002. I have: FS2002 Pro, Fltrec82, Nav24, and Excel. I don't know how to set them up so that they work together. I have installed fltrec and in FS i can make it record (from the menu on top of the screen), but where does that data go? How do I get to it? I am told that the info can be put into an Excel spreadsheet, but how do you set this up? On the page where you download fltrec and nav there are no instructions. I just got the Ultimate Traffic add-on and I love it but if I go to Kansai i get the standard Building textures and as you know thats not the way Kansai actually looks.Im looking for very fram rate freindly Scenery that will make this airport look much better.This can either be a recomended download or a scenery program. I disappeared for awhile there (sorta lost interest in FS) but now I've decided to rejoin the FS world and start flying again!I haven't done any simming in at least 6 months so I'm not exactly up-to-date on how to tweak FS9 for my configuration (I tried searching, but nothing useful came up). So how do you land a Lear 45 when you cannot see the runway out the window and if the runway has no ILS it gets worse, so what pitchangel do you land at??? using Virtual Cockpit. It has a very high dash or the pilot is seating very low.

Hi, Anyone around Avsim have this program from Flight1? I have recently installed this into Flight sim.2002 and I am still learing all of the functions and so forth. So far I like the program except for the fact that I have lost all of my Air traffic control. I have asked for help, but have no responses. I don't know if when using the palm spotter, if this hinders atc. The manual does not say anything . Thanks for any help, S.
