Hiya I would like to practise my landings but am having a real issue with setting the plane up so I can do just landings. Is there an easy way to do this? I thought setting up a flight and saving it at he landing stage would work but it seems the settings don't save just mostly the direction and area of the plane. Then when it is is pause to setup, the settings i.e speed, heading etc do not show until you un pause and then all hell breaks lose Any tips please? Thanks Paul

This week I have just purchased the above and completed the activation process OK. When I first tried it out I was using the Perfect Flight British Airways 737-800 and it wortked perfectly-it is an excellent airport guidance system. However, I then went to fly in Wilco 777 clicked the DBS in my addon menu selected route and the received the message'Airport GPS Installation to panel failed'. I checked my panel cfg for my 737 and there is a gauge entry in there for the DBS Airport GPS but not for the 777.I tried to copy the same text into the 777 panel cfg but it still does not work. I am therefore wondering if someone who possibly uses this software could …

I have fsx steam installed on m drive working perfect Decided to reinstall fsx box on D drive but after installation no airports show in select airport. Its empty. I tried repairing but no luck. Any ideas????

Hello there, I don't know if this is the right place on the forum for this, but I'm sure the mods will move it as they see fit. I originally started making these for my VA but would like anyone who would think they are useful to watch and enjoy. The sound is not good on them I'm afraid - I am far from being an editing wizz kid. I hope they are useful nevertheless. The initial videos cover the major systems on the aircraft, and I will move on to procedural and FMS training later. I'll also go into videos about the basics - ILS, NDB, VOR approaches and holds etc. using a 172 or something simple too, when I have time. In the meantime it'll be Q400 vids. I don't get…

Anyone else, who got the Pro upgrade from FSPilotshop, problems with installation? When I click next on the authentication page, I get a message: No Order Found. I also cant log in to the user area on the Majestic website, there I get a message: No Records Found. When I bought the Pilot version, I could install right away and didnt have any problems on the website, either. It has been several hours and I received the confirmation emails and on the order page at FSPilotshop it says the purchase is processed, so I'm not sure what's going on here...

I recently purchased the FeelThere Regional Jets package. I really like the ERJ, but (perhaps being a newbie to jets) I'm having some issues. I've already posted a few questions on the FeelThere forum, but I'm hoping there are more ERJ drivers who frequent AVSIM. I am having severe speed issues with the ERJ. I have yet to achieve a .53M climb or .74M cruise. If I can hit 250kts on the climb I'm doing great. The tutorial in the manual mentions getting to FL280 in 12 minutes. I flew from KMEM to KSDF yesterday and was never able to reach FL290 before hitting TOD. I've noticed that when using the FLC mode I get a 400fpm climb rate.. That may be just a bit t…

I had removed all of FSX in order to have plenty of room for FSX: SE. Could not make the latter run so I've returned to the vanilla FSX . Now my DVDs can't carry out the installation process. The Install Wizard offers me only the two choices of 'Repairing ' or 'Removing' neither of which do anything. When I try either of them a popup quoting' Error 1610' appears telling me that "The configuration data for this product is corrupt". Earlier installs have gone without any trouble. The disc surfaces look fine. Any ideas, Folks?

Just purchased the 'North American Airstrips volume 1' and got reminded how much I enjoy bush flying. Any suggestions on some aircraft I can add to my collection? Currently I have the SibWings bird dog, Aerosoft wilga, Aerosoft beaver, RealAir scout.

Right now, I am using version 6.0.5840.16386 and before I used 6.0.6001.18000 and this is really annoying me since doing any flight seems impossible! I am using windows 10 so I don't know if that changes something can someone give me a link to the other versions of the uiautomationcore?

I recently purchased an excellent Photo-realistic scenery of Israel. I'm very pleased with it but with one problem. I have the Aerosoft LLBG Ben Gurion airport. The airport continues to work fine but the surrounding scenery including the city has now vanished and all I have are some generic autogen buildings. The airport and immediate area around it are fine - so I find it strange that the rest of the Tel Aviv area has been replaced by the photoscenery. I've tried changing priorities in scenery.cfg and it didn't do anything. The scenery files in the photoscenery addon are numbered and have no titles so there's no way of knowing which of them covers the Tel Aviv a…

It's called FSiPanel. If you already know it, then fine, you don't need to read any further, but...... I know this software isn't new. I think its been available for about a year now, but having been away from my PC for six months over the summer, it managed to completely pass me by. I only dropped on it by accident while watching one of 'Froogle's' videos. I also know there's something similar from another developer, called Instant Approach. Hope someone can help .I'm flying the default Learjet 45. I set my altitude for example at 5000ft using the ASEL key I engage the autopilot pressing the AP key then I Press the ALT key? But after a while it just loses altitude and crashes? What am I doing wrong? Also if I was to use the GPS , I select the GPS button next to the NAV Button do i also need to switch the dial to FMS? The dial which has FMS, ADF1, NAV1 and off ? What does the BNK button do? Is it for bank limits?

Just purchased, scenery is nice during day time. Problem starts during night time - runway, taxi lights are so weak and illuminate nothing, that navigating is extremely tricky. Is there any remedy for those poor lights ? I would prefer to have even defaults one than those provided by T2G... I don't want to have OTHH as "only day time destination".

Normally FSX start time was very fast, just around 15-20s. Recently I installed some stuff from Captain Sim, FSLabs Concorde and FSDream team. All those things I got rid of, checked and manually cleaned redundant files. Done disk defrag and registry defrag. Problem is that now FSX need to start 75s. Is there any way to investigate what causes such long start timing ?

Hello! I've installed today FSX SE. I have a problem with the ground textures. They look really blurred, have big pixels and doesnt refresh. My FSX runs on high settings, my computer specs are: Lenovo Y50-70 Intel Core i7-4710HQ GeForce GTX 960m 16GB RAM I don't get it, because the airplane is razor-sharp... Please help me out

Maybe someone already came across an identical situation and can provide some help... I have already opened a thread at the REX site forum too... Yesterday I tried to re-install REX Soft Clouds in my rig. The installer gave no error, but when I start the application I get a black screen in my User Interface window and can't do nothing. Clicking on it I get the typical "your application has stopped working.... " error. I have uninstalled Rex Soft and the associated MS DB stuff it also installs, and repeated the install process with no success :-( Any ideas ?

Hello, I have just updated to version 1.17. When I tried to update the data using the Navigraph FMS Data Manager, the Q400 was not mapped. I am trying to do it manually, but I can't even find a Majestic entry. The plane is there, but where are the folders? Has anyone else had trouble updating data? With version 1.15, the data manager found the addon and updating was a breeze.

I know there are tons of threads on this topic and I've read a bunch of them, but I am looking for a flight planner that at minimum meets two requirements; 1) Makes use of Navigraph data and 2) produces a flight plan that can be imported in FSX. Plan-G does the latter, but has a lack of IFR data. It is afterall a VFR flight planner, so the fact that it allows me to plan as many IFR flights as it does amazes me. Some of the other high end planners seem to only produce data in their format. Other requirements are less important. Thanks, Ernie

Hi, my problem is that I get a lot of d3d9.dll crashes while flying with the ENB-Series Mod. I did a search for a solution in nearly al forums, but I didn't found one. I've tried already running FSX in WinXP-Compatibily Mode but Crashes are still there (always when open menus or switching to windowed mode). I'm running FSX on Windows 7 64Bit. So is there any working d3d9.dll? Or is there another Program which enhances Graphics like the ENB-Series? (I've tried already SweetFX, but same problem). Thanks in Advance

The Beech 200 from Flight One was great until I tried to reinstall it on a new computer. No luck. When I start the aircraft fsx crashes. Flight One customer service sent me a 2 word reply (a Ticket Number). Nothing since then. This is the last time that I buy from them.
