Hi,1. Can somebody tell me if the carriers in the file navy2002.zip are landable or not ? Inside is an API, so you can place the carrier over all the world... I have done that, but I cannot land on it. Have I made a mistake ?How can I make this carrier landable ?2. I have also a sailable carrier. Can I transform it to a landable carrier ? or to scenery and landable ? How can I do that ?I run FS2002 and I use Airport for Windows 2.6 to move the carrier to another area.I am however searching a sollution (in FS2002 or FS9) to have an aircraft carrier who can be displaced and is landable.Hope someone can give some help.Thanks. Is it possible to record my own voice and make files which will work in fs2004? If so, what is a good program?

FS won't launch. I get a CTD after a few seconds on the splash screen. The only thing changed was the purchase and installation of the Reality XP Garmin 530 package. I uninstalled it but still have the problem. Any ideas?Thanks

Anyone have this problem in FS9? After taking off in a 737, got off the ground and after about 2000 feet, I noticed my airspeed indicators all went to 0. When I turned on the autothrottle, the engines went to full throttle. I could see the airspeed on the GPS screen. I think this happened to me once before, a while back. Another question, I was using the Winter Wonderland weather theme, when I started rolling down the runway I had to steer the plane back to the left. Is this due to the crosswind? Hey there:As around 10,000 of you know, an "Ultimate American Airlines A300-605R package" was uploaded to AVSIM recently. I was not notified in any way, shape or form that my paint was being bundled in it, I found out when I saw it. I decided not to mind it much, since it couldn't be any harm.Upon further inspection though, I noticed the author did not include my readme or the AA disclaimer I attached with the file, which concerned me since it said that the file could only be uploaded on AVSIM and Flightsim.Com. I tried contacting the author, but he never responded. Today the file showed up on FSPLANET, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. Considering the abuse, I ask…

I noticed on another site, that there are "detailed photgraphic runway/taxiway" textures available. I can not find them on Avsim or any other sites. They are by Cole G. Hiatt. HAs anyone tried these yet? are they any good?Rob

When I add the old modules section to the fs9.cfg file, I start FS9 and I lose the entry. I shut down FS9, and the entry is gone.Am I missing a key point.Also, does this relate to a problem I am having with my panel. I am using a panel that uses Marciano's A330 with the realcrt gauges.The main gauge has gauges within it. When I select one of the gauges, FS9 says it cannot be loaded when I start the panel.Any help?Brian

HelloMy spec: 2800+ 1Gb RAM 9800Pro FS9.1I suffer from blurries and have tried all the "tweaks" with no obvious success so far.I can't remember when it started but i am sure that it's never been like this since the beginning of FS9.I know my scenery.cfg has grown up with a lot of mod 76.4 meshes, coastlines, roads, streams, landclass, etc (freeware stuff + FSGENESIS) I was wondering whether these could be the reason for the blurries since the landscape becomes more complicated...I tend to notice that the blurs issue is less obvious in areas where I have not touched the default package (central america for instance)Has anyone any idea on this matter?And a solution to it?Th…

I am planning an online flight. I want to try and do a round the world flight in the tiger moth. I am planning to do this flight on a number of legs using real world wx and I am going to fly online. I won't be using the online atc like vatsim but if there is anyone who wants to join me then I will be on a teamspeak server so everyone flying can communicate.I am currently just planning this and I hope to setup a site with details of leg and display photos. I have stuttering issues when taxiing and turning on the ground. I tried everything from changing the latency,to updating the BIOS and audio drivers,and I even use fs autostart.I'm running out of ideas.If anyone has a solution or suggestion that would be greatly appreciated. I think some people working with AVSIM are EVIL and make posts disappear, and mess them up so some EVIL replies to posts never show because they are EVIL. It seems that I can only undock spot views to the secondary monitor. This restriction presents a dilemma in normal usage of my setup.At the moment, I have the secondary monitor onto the DVI port and primary monitor on the VGA port. That's good for FS. The DVI show outside view and the primary shows the cockpit in 2D. But in non-FS usage (like graphics work), I am not making full use of the DVI input. I'd like to have the DVI as the primary and use it all the time. But I have a problem undocking the spot view to primary. Is there a way to show spot view on primary?Thanks.M TanYSCB

Simmers,I just downloaded and installed ISD Rome LIRF. It's great. In one word "Superb". It's like real life anno 2005, in the full version hardly any FPS-hit, beautiful, I have no more words. Guys from ISD, thank you!! I think they have to get a reward for this kind of freeware sceneries they make. Evening gents.Like the title says, I'm looking for a serious, complex regional aircraft to add to my hangar. I've got Fanda's freeware Dash 8 and it's fantastic! But, I'm looking for more. I've got PMDG's B1900, not complex at all (but it wasn't meant to be, I know, I know), and FeelThere's CRJ. The CRJ is pretty good, just not very complex, feels a little unfinished.So, what I'm looking for is a good complex PMDG-level regional aircraft. I think I've got it narrowed down to the Flight 1 ATR (although I don't like the brown panel) and the FeelThere ERJ.So, any thoughts on either of these?

Hi,since a couple of days i experience a strange visual effect around some airports and river valleys: red colour instead of the natural green, brown etc.. the responsible texture-file is called "baddata" and situated in the main texture folder of fs9. obviously it indicates a problem - a missing file or whatever. does anyone know what to do ?ThanksSinzow

Further to my post of a few weeks ago, my future father in law is coming round for another go on FS. I am, however, struggling to pick the best aircraft for Tom to start on.I have CH Yoke and Throttle, a bunch of GoFlight stuff, and some makeshift rudder pedals.Does anyone have any suggestions for the best AC to start Tom on? I'd like him to learn on VC.I have a hangar full of payware and freeware stuff, and can't decide on the best one. Anyone done this, and if so how?Cheers,Gareth Evans
