Hello friends!As good as the Airport Environment Upgrade V6 (AEU V6) is I am having problems with it. The taxiways & tarmac join-lines flicker a lot giving the impression of guitar-strings stretched out and vibrating all the time (even when the plane is stationary). I hasten to add that the textures are wonderful but I guess my video card is being silly and does not agree with them :(Would anyone know an alternative to AEU V6 that you could point me too? I am having problems getting my Go Flight LGT to work with the trim on the Feel There ERJ.What irritates me is that my CH Products trim rocker works just fine, but the LGT has problems.Any ideas?Barry

I have been trying to fly a GPS flight plan using Eric Marciano's A320 panel and I have been unable to figure out how to make the aircraft follow the flightplan.I can see that it is loaded in the FMC, but I am unable to make the aircraft follow the GPS flightplan.Another problem I am having is that the aircraft violently pitches up when I have an altitude hold. I set the vertical speed setting at 1200 feet per minute and want to climb to 34000, but periodically it just sporadically points upward and of course the aircraft stalls.Has anyone had these problems before?I am using the IFDG A320.Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.Regards

This is driving me nuts!Since the ATR release I've been flying the Aurigny livery on its routes around the channel Isles and mainland UK. So imagine my surprise when I found the coastline to be seriously square edged ('orrible!). Tried all sorts of solutions without any change. It's the only place in my FS with this problem.I have UK2000 airports, VFR photo/terrain mesh for UK. That's about all. Anyone shed a light on this?Thanks,Alan

The instructions for install are pretty brief. I can't see anything that I missed doing that was mentioned. Put 9 wav files in the sound directory. Put the gauge file in the gauges folder. Modify each Panel.cfg file that I want callouts to work with. I have been searching for an answer on Google and on here but with no luck. Hope someone can help me with this small issue.I've been using an iFDG A320 with a specific A320 panel that works great. One thing that's annoying is that I cannot get rid of the Cockpit tool tips/help popup. For example, applying full throttle with Park brake ON, or when I shut down the engines it comes up with a window trying to assist.I unchecked the box labeled "Show cockpit tool tips" in general settings but that hasn't helped.Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

Is there any way to change an aircrafts sound config that is alaised to an FS9 base aircraft? I downloaded and have been trying out a Hind-v helicopter. It is very nice with VC and all, but its sound is alaised to the FS9 205b. I tried changing the sound file to a heavyer chopper with no luck (no sound) Tried installing a whole new sound file and also alaising it to a different one with no luck. Any advise please.

Hi Folks,Just purchased the Realair SF.260 and as a result maxed out all my realism settings to try some spins etc.Tried to do a loop, slightly dropped the nose to increase the airspeed but got a stall warning and then the stall while pulling up the nose and airspeed was still reading 140 kts well above what I thought was the nornal (airspeed guage shows a green line from 70kts).Is this a microsoft thing or does work like that?Thanks Ron

hi allis there a utility out there which records the memory usage of your computer while playing FS, i am currently using the WinXP Task Manager which is quite good, however is there something which records say at 2 min intervals to a doc file or something memory usage.also currently flying the PMDG 737 800 No VC AC running SB Host and the FMC on the other monitor and squawkbox and currently its indicating avail memory is 382meg from 1gig, is this similiar to yours, the reason why im doing this test is because on few occasions ive taken off from point A nice and smooth only to approach and land at destination with horrible frame rates, so it could be a memory leak.

Returned home from a 5 week holiday recently and fired up FS9 only to find I had a bad case of the dreaded CTDs.FS9 had been working flawlessly on my slightly low end system until then.Now I get CTDs occurring on every flight I use live weather, either with AS2004 or FS9 weather generation.They occur erratically, sometimes 5, 10 or 30 minutes into a flight.I've checked various forums and see that many other users seem to be experiencing a similar problem.I've tried all the suggestions others have come up with such as a clean install of FS9, turning render texture on/off, updating display driver,etc etc but nothing works.The only explanation that I can come up with is that…

Hello,I am trying to download a NEW purchase of the Ariane 737. I got an email with a link and when I try to download the files on the link (it looks like 4 of them) I get files named the same "BOEING" which are not either zips or executables. After my attempt - the link has been "DISABLED" at the Ariane end. I emaoled them but so far have no response.I know I am doing something wrong here - can anyone who has this product please help?Thanks,Ron Sagel

I don't use VC's. What else can I use Active Camera for? Can I record my landing and view it later?Seems like a reasonably priced add-on.Just curious as to what people use it for.Barry

Hi, I found out on real 707 photos that the overhead panel looks different than the captain sim 707 overhaed panel. The real overhead panel looks much more complicated than the one from captain sim. So is the overhead panel from the CS 707 a true realistic copy or not?.I hope so otherwise i throw the CS 707 out!best regards, Martijn

It's not that old is it? If I think legendary jet aircraft, way older ones come to mind; dc8/9/10, b707/727/737-200 etc..mainly used as freighters today. What gives, Captain Sim?? I was hoping for the legendary dc9 next, which is more your style.
