Gents,I just purchased the DF 727 and I say WOW!A very excellent airliner add-on...As a dream!!Thanks for DF that developed it and thanks for the great repaints of it from various users.I have always liked the older jets and I have enjoyed the Captain Sim's 727 since Feb 2003. Back then i couldn't believe how it could be better, but seeing this 727 of today I am astounded. It is LIGHT YEARS better...Thanks DF

A couple of things folks....First, in the last 24 hours or so, there have been over 3,500 respondents to the survey.Secondly, we have asked MS to address some of the concerns expressed regarding the privacy of data submitted in the initial questionaire and the software that will be placed on selected user's systems, if they decide to participate. Microsoft issued the following response:

Does it help to install Gerrish Grays mstrees2 for added trees in FS9 or is this only duplicating what is already in FS9?Thanks Chuck

Hi all,I have just installed the AFG Pilatus PC-12. After carefully following the instructions regarding the panel installation I fired up to have a look. All was well (panels OK all gauges present etc) until I hit the alt key to change a setting, and instant "flightsim has encountered a problem....This happens every time I hit the alt key with this aircraft loaded.Any ideas ?Thanks, Mark

I figured it out. The reason i have been turned away from Capt Sim is because of their preview pics. It seems like to me that when they edit, they sharpen the pics to much. Compare their 767 to the C130. The C130 hasnt been sharpened as much has it?Anyways, i just figured out what it is with the previews. They are sharpened more than what im used to. What do you think?Ok, nuff said and ill shut up and quit rambling on. :-P:-wave*** BTW: Not bashing CS is anyway*** :)

Hope someone has the answer here. I recently recieved a message when booting up fs9..'the file gps_export.DLL is either damaged or missing. Please re-install fs 9 to replace or repair this file.Now, what is this file? and where can I find it on one of the 4 FS9 disks? Can I copy this file from disk, drop it into the modules folder and all probs are solved or Can I reinstall FS9 right over the existing fs9 installation, thus saving some data or What is the best procedure..GULP... If anyone knows where the file can be located, I would appreciate the info..otherwise fs9 does not open as is!!!!!!!!MBThanks.

there's alot of great addons aircraft out there and I own almost ever one of them But I got a feeling that the CS C-130 is going to be one of the greats and I been waiting along time for this release. After I bought DF 727 I said to my self I wouldn't buy another plane until the CS C-130 but I went ahead and got the Level D 767 and glad I did (I confess I'm FSA flight sim addict)

The Mooney Bravo is supposed to cruise at 220kts, yet the airspeed indicator on the panel has VNE at 200kts, and a cruise range around 140-160kts. I could swear that the first few times I ran it a different airspeed indicator was displayed, but I uninstalled and reinstalled MSFS and the airspeed indicator is still the wrong one.Any ideas?

Not sure what the status of this project is / was / will be but I noticed the website isn't fuctional anymore... for anyone unfamiliar with the project they claimed to be able to take actual aircraft positioning in real time and place the AI traffic there. There were many posts on their forums asking status etc and there was never a reply, there were also alot of posts saying it was a big hoax as well. Hello Altogether.I am running FS9.1/ XPSP2 and have the Great Realcrt gauges with correct Navdata installed. I just wonder why I am not able to chnage the Range on any of these Panels via the selector on the Mcp.It is always on the greatest value by default. When I load a route on the Fcd I see just a small dot with (I prosume) all route information on the Nd.Please Help.Uli ;(

Those of you who do hard core IFR flying in MSFS:For your enroute charts, DPs, STARs, airport diagrams, approach charts, etc., what do you use? Professionally I use Jeppesen charts, but I only need them for the state of Florida in "real life." To buy them for the whole country would cost me a year's pay. :(The NOS ones are a lot cheaper, but could still get expensive. Is there anyplace to get them for free or extremely cheap on the web?

not working on the ground :-eek!!!I dunno what is happening as of late. I just got the PMDG 1900C and installed it. The rudder works in the air, but hardly at all on the ground. It's like the tire does not want to turn at all.Any ideas?

In migrating to a new PC, I reinstalled flyby14.zip which had worked great on my older PC. But now, it doesn't work at all. I just have the standard MSFS TOWER view after installing it. No fly by. I checked MODULES and flyby is there along with the ini file, but no flyby view.Anybody know what happened?Thanks!JS
