Hello fellow flightsimmers, I come to you today with this question...I am using the same panel for all of my 757's and 767's, i have the panel configured for my 767-200 for wing views. I was wondering if i could modify it and save it for each aircraft without having to waste hd space by copying the whole panel folder to each plane. Basically i want a panel.cfg for each plane but aliasing of one folder. I hope that i havent confused you too much. If you have any questions as to what i want to do please let me know. that is, if you would like to fly a sailplane, the Silent Wings demo package is quite stunning!I just flew around for about 30 mins and if it had not been for the airbrakes, I would likely still be up there!Amazing package... worked 100% right after the download. Project OPen Sky...What are these planes? There seem to be a million of them I went to their website to find photos of panels, or info...none that I could find.. didn't want to 'join' yet.. but the descriptions at Avsim files list VC so I assume they are not just AI planes..I'm sure there is a simple answer.. Can someone please do an up to date Delta livery for Lago's MadDog (VC model)??? This add-on is shaping up to be really good especially after the patch. At this point it's the best MD-80 package out there complete with a working FMC. Some are complaining about certain FMC features not working correctly but I find no issue. I actually like to fly the plane versus letting the computer autoland every chance I get. With that said if one uses the FMC for route following and hand flies the approach, you'll find no problems. The Lago MadDog is really a nice package...Only problem I seriously have is VC night lighting. There are a few minor issues that still need addressin…

Hi fellow sim pilots,I appologize if this is a topic that has been thoroughly pounded in the past. But, I can't seem to find an answer.The problem: I start FS9 and every time I change locations, even if I stay in the same time zone, the time changes back one hour. I am using system time. This started when I did a reinstall a few months ago. I suspect it is something I have done but I can't figure out what.Thanks in advance.Bill Worth

I installed simflyers CYYZ and was wondering why it is so bruatl on fps. I have a 3.2 P4 oc'ed to 3.8 with and X800 pro card and 1 gig of ram. You would think that my system would be on top of it all and give good fps? man this is getting frustrating. And i think I have had it with the PSS series of airbuses. They are 1.5 yrs old now and still are the hardest on my FPS. Even lds767 gets 10 fps better than those PSS's. And LDS just came out. you would thin IT would eb the hardest on my system. Come on PSS, that should have been looked into.

Today I tried to land at KSVC, shown as having an ILS system by the feather. Once having picked up the signal and identifier and gone to 'approach' the plane angled straight down into the ground and but for my accelerated responses I would have lost $45,000 worth of 2nd hand Baron in the New Mexico desert. I wondered if perhaps I had developed a radio problem within FS9, but the plane lands fine elsewhere. Any thoughts appreciated.

Whenever I try to access most UK airports FS9 stops loading at anyhtingbetween 9% and 13% and eventually gives a terrain.dll error. Having read a post in this Forum from a user with the same problem and the advice given to him by various members of this Forum I proceeded tocarry out the actions indicated below in sequential order.Scanned for bad bgls (none found)Checked for duplicate AFCAD files (none found) Removed temporarily all landclass files which I normally keep in theirown directory with no texture folder.Scanned the scenery.cfg file for duplicates. Hi, I noticed in the avsim files a FSpainter entire Airbus package but the package is for FS2002. Does anyone know where I can find an FS2004 update for Airbus package?Is there a website for FSpainter?Thanks,Bill

I have had a problem with getting, "FS2004 has encountered a problem and needs to close" crashes when I'm changing aircraft in mid-flight.The problem SEEMS to be related to changing to or between aircraft from one particular studio only. If I start a flight with these same aircraft and don't change airplanes, there is no issue.This happens with different drivers (ATI Catalyst 4.12 and 5.3, latest Omegas based on Catalyst 5.1).I have a fix (just don't do those particular aircraft changes) but wonder if I am missing another cause that reflects an underlying issue or weakness in my system. With the release of SB3 and FsInn I would appreciate comments from newbies on VatSim regarding how difficult/easy it was to get the software installed an get to flying.There have been so many posts in the past about a very lengthy learning curve and assorted frustrations that I have been reluctant to get involved.Any comments and tips will be appreciated.Regards,Jim

How do you fly a Holding Pattern when requested by ATC? On my PSS A321 a holding Pattern is built into the FMC; however my Fokker 70 does not have that feature. If I start 'wandering' about the sky at the Mayfield VOR someone is going to get very upset .
