Hello to all from the Developer of Flight Environment by Flight One.I'm considering developing a new improved weather engine;Yes I know there are some good Freeware and Paywear out there but none do it the way I would like to see.If anyone has some ideas or would like to join me on a venture to explore and expand what is available please contact me.I would really like to find something to bolt on to Flight Environment that really gives it something extra?Peter Wilding [email protected]

Hi,When I downloaded the P-3 orion I extracted the zip file to a folder on my desktop. I then tried to run the.exe file and got a small window with "preparing..." as the title. Then I got a message telling me to attach my mobile device. I was, to say the least, rather ######. My own feeling is that this is likely to be a problem with my own PC and not with the aircraft itself. Many thanks for any help you can provide

beautiful Aircraft! I can't seem to start her from a cold and dark. Well I can get the engines running and the lights on, but no radios or other electronics. Ive searched around for a battery button or something but no luck. Can someone help?? I really want to see how she flies! Thanks!

As I have been considering this purchase, I'm interested in hearing the opinions ONLY from owners of this plane who also prefer to fly from VC only (typical vc junkies).Question 1: what is your honest opinion regarding the vc lighting at times when you need it most (such as when sun is directly facing you causing the vc to get very dark and unreadable in shadows)...from my understanding, FT left out the floodlights as they lack the knowledge to be able to include it. I emailed them about it and their response was to say that NO addon planes exist with vc floodlights because its not technically possible (which is really sort of laugh-able if they truly believe this). I have to say after reading the replies to XBOX with FS that I feel most people just don't "GET IT". Call FS a "GAME" all you wish but the truth of the matter is we don't have successful addons to create more of a "GAME". They are purchased and created by most to increase learning of different aircraft etc... and realism and of course to be ENJOYABLE on top of it. If you think MS is going to put everything you need into a console the first time out and be able to "SIMULATE" with a game pad controller then frankly you're insulting my intelligence. Hi there, I've very new to Flight Sim and still working out the skills of flying...I'm in the default Boeing777 and currently have the Auto Pilot on and following the GPS flight plan and my ALT set to 28000. My problem is that I can never keep a stable altitude. Once it gets to 28000 the plane is always pointing upwards around 10degrees then gradually the nose points so high that I end up stalling. I increase the throttle and take the Alt hold off so I can gain altitude again. But then the same thing happens all over again once Im back up to 28000! I try to find the right air speed but I just cant seem to get it right.All I want to do is to leave the computer for a while …

I can't even find it on Airnav.... but it's there!If you go to maps.google.com and type in "new hope pa" and look northwest you'll see it..Anyone ever heard of this tiny strip, or know if it's been modeled?I tried typing in the name but nothing comes up in FS.thxAndrew

I've just downloaded and installed some scenery of Johannesburg and Cape Town, but both are causing CTDs, does anyone know of any fix? I can't find any, and can't see why the scenery isn't working :-(

It seems that some particular clouds that show more movement really chew up the FPS. My sliders are at very moderate settings.I have been flying around the clouds for about 45 minutes and I have attached a screen image of the culprit. Can anything be done via FSUIPC or any other utility?Flight One Flight Environemtn DXT3 vs 32 bit? Can anyone tell me if there is a Freeware FMC available anywhere.Im getting pretty bored flying VFR approaches etc, i would like to start inputing flight info so i can have descent departure/approach procedures instead of constantly checking charts. Can anyone help?????Thanks.

After seeing the good notices about this add-on, I went and bought a copy. Have to say I'm quite impressed with the result - in particular the water and reflections. Frame rates seem good too. However, I have a problem whereby when I go to an outside view I get a very brief flash of white rectangles before the clouds are established. I have quite a high end system, although I do use multiple monitors which affects performance.Anyone else had this - is there a solution.Bud

Hi,I have a problem with FS9 concerning the use of separate thrust levers. The keyboard assignment for throttle 1-2 toggle is "E": when I press E+1 I get the left lever working, but when I press E+2, I still can only use the left throttle. Then, even if I press E+1+2 quickly, in no way I can go back to both throttles. I tried many times, also very quickly, and I also assigned E+1 and E+2 to joystick buttons, but no way of having it work, only the left lever.Is there a way of getting it to work?Thanks!

Hello,I was just wondering if anyone has bought an of the airplanes from the Just Flight Flying Club that Avsim advertses on the front page. The pictures of the aircraft look pretty nice but I would like to hear what other people say about them since each plane is about $18. I tried the Tomahawk demo they offer and it is a pretty nice plane but I am interested to know about the others.Thanks,Dan

Can anybody assist me here, as folows:I fly the whole range and fully patched series of the PMDG NG (I have posted on their forum about this, but no assistance on this specific issue) and it works beautifully in every aspect. But the sim always fails to re-set after crashing the a/c through bad piloting or overstress. What happens is that the screen turns black and FS9 crashes. Just prior to crashing, it flashes several black undocked panels of the PMDG on the screen (for about a millisecond) including "Throttle". This scenario happens with no other aircraft in my huge fleet in FS9.I have examined the error message from Microsoft following the crash of FS9 and it seem…
