With so many different utility add-ons out there, I was just wandering what is available to create a Commercial flight just like in real world. I know that airlines have a Dispatcher that is a key part but what can be used to create a commercial flight from start to finish?How does a pilot of lets say a 73 start the flight with filing a flight plan, loading the FMC, knowing how much fuel to have on board etc..?Is this all done by a Dispatcher? I get the idea the route is planned by the Dispatcher but who files it and when in relation to the flight time?Kilstorm

Hi,Since Realair doesn't have a support forum, I ask here.Can anyone explain how I can add a GPS (Apollo GL50 in my case) in the VC in the space just below the radio stack.Somehow I can't get it visible, most likely because of the (limited) size of the radio stack texture.Is there a work around? I like realair. I own all their stuff...and I would continue to buy their aircrafts. They are onto something in regards to VC.But I was disappointed after I got the upgrade for the SIA Marchetti... I didn't think it added that much. Maybe I expected a lot more from realair after reading all the WOW factor here.. I found the avionics/radio to be more polished.But since realair is a good company bring all these great aircrafts.. I can overlook this little disappointment.

The PMDG planes! I'm considering buying a PMDG Beech and was wandering which is better, the D or C series? Also I was thinking of buying S-combo and see there are some other alternatives to this kind of addon utility. What works best with a PMDG plane?I really like the simplicity of S-Combo and the Cabin announcements but not sure is theres something better out there.Any help would be appreciated!Kilstorm

Hi all. I was wondering if someone can offer a solution to Kittyhawks 737-800 aircraft flight dynamics. My problem is that each time I complete my takeoff roll and become airborne the aircraft nosedives into the ground if i attempt to activate the autopilot below 4,000ft. Thanks for your advice in advance. Note this only happens with the Kittyhawk aircraft.

I have just started to play with MSFS 2004 and would like to be able to 'tweak' some of the aircraft liveries but I seem unable to open the bitmaps.Is there a trick to this or are encrypted because I can open a few bitmaps but not many at all?Thanks for any suggestions.

hello folks out there im wondering about somthing i may be doing wrong when moving windows to another monitor , when i load a plane that i want ot fly i move all of my extra windows over to my extra monitor, pedestal, gps etc. it semms to be a hit and miss , what i first do is put my main monitor into windows mode , and then undock all of the extra windows and move them over, what will happen if say there are five windows to move over and i then go back to full screen, they will not all stay over, four of them will go and one will stay behind, somtimes i will get them to all go and sometimes they wont, that is even if im using three windows , is there a full proff way of …

Hi,When I am flying in Flightsim everything seems ok, then the flightsim collapses down into the taskbar and stops. I have noticed that when this happens a small white box appears on the taskbar for about 2 seconds then disappears.This happens every 15 minutes. I have turned off all of the "update" programs I can find, and have stopped all the scheduled tasks. I have noticed this box appearing and disappearing while running other programs, but it doesn't completely stop them like it does with FS.I am running FS 2004, XP Professional w/ Norton Antivirus (which I turn off while running FS, and Norton Firewall.Hope someone can tell me what is happening, and how to stop th…

Today I completed a 7030nm flight from Seattle to Kuala Lumpur in a beautiful POSKY 747-400 in new ANA colors. Using FSNavigator to make a DIRECT TO flight, and with my new Flight Environment 2004, I flew the entire flight amidst massive CB clouds and had a great time with an a/c that performed close to BOEING book from an initial cruise at FL290 (weighing in at over 850K lbs) to a final cruise at FL410.Everything went famously using my GoFlight hardware and my PC set-up performed flawlessly...until I was at the 22DME into Kuala Lumpur when I disconnected the AP and the SPD button remained illuminated and AT was still on despite turning it off on the GF panels! (Note: I did search but didn't see anything comparable with my CTDs). Since I've upgraded to WinXP-Home I've experienced random CTDs that are really strange. They're fairly random and only FS9.1 crashes (read: goes away, gone, not there). Only Radar Contact, ActiveSky2004.5, and AISeperation remain. There's no warning, no "Send an Error Report to MS", no anything. This happened twice to me yesterday. First, on my way from CLE to BOS in a PMDG 737-800 it happened after I reached a cruise altitude of 33,000 ft somewhere over western New York State. lo ive just done a landing with my Spanair A320 at Palma only to have my friend who has a PPL critiscise what i thought was a perfectly good landing, so could I send someone a flight vid. my email is [email protected] so if u mail me i can send it to u back.the vids the final approach, i was going to start it from the point that i entered the approach but it went on for over 10 mins.

I've got the Nice airport the comes with the Eurowings package and it does it too, even with the new afcad. Are you using the default Nice scenery? I thought the afcad determmined where the ILS beam went.billg

Hi Guys,I have a scenery problem, but I can't locate it. Maybe one of you has a solution. I have installed a lot of sceneries but sudently one area was becoming a forbidden zone, FS9 is locking up when I nears this area. If I start a flight in that area the progress indicator goes to 48 - 54% and FS shuts down, I have the window that Microsoft will receive an error report but thats all, Fs is locked. But now the weirest part, even if I disable ALL installed sceneries and empty the FSADDON scenery folder, the error still exists. Until now I can only solve it by reinstalling FS2004 and gradualy add the sceneries. Please help me!Hugo

Somthing is strange here, IF I reduce FS to desktop to use another program my 2D panel vanishes when I go back to FS. I've tried to retive it from the view option buy did'nt fix the problem, also use different aircraft. This just started after installing a new CPU and RAM. I have just downloaded an AFCAD file for my local airfield. There are buildings in the way of the parking stands. How do I remove the buildings from FS or the AFCAD file so I can park on the stands.

I can not change the trim on any plane i fly. The trim is stuck in the nose up position and i can not change it from the key board or the joy stick.Any help appreciated...............Figured it out...........:-dohSorry...........driver conflict............:-doh
