I have been a participant to MSFS' project of acquiring info and comments from users...After a windows failure, I've lost all my info!Is there anyone out there that have a mail I can send to MSFS for a re sending of the files and links?Also the name of the file, so I can search for it, if I got it on another HDD than the windows one...Boaz...

Hi, I've been out the loop for some time now mostly due to Hurricane Katrina. All is fine now. Anyway, does anybody know where the flight plans MRAI made/hosted went? Good evening, Recently, I have been importing airlines and flight plans into UT using their import airline feature. I have noticed,however, that if I create a weekly flight plan for a particular aircraft, that aircraft will be at the gate every day of the week, even if it is not scheduled to fly that day. Is there any way to force a particular aircraft to show up only on the day of travel?Thanks in advance for any assistance.J.C. (MYNN)PPL ASEL,AMEL

Hey everyone, I was thinking about getting flyby20.zip here but wanted to know how this module compares to active cam, which I did have at one time until I reformatted my HD. I use the F1 utility for My VC now, but I hate the default tower view in FS9, so this might give me what active cam did. Thanks for your help. Best regards, Jeff

Is it generally good practice to disengage A/T when disengaging the AP?I have had quite a few problems staying on the glideslope while maintaining safe airspeed with A/T turned on until I hit the DH and ultimately crashed, because A/T could not react quick enough to keep me from stalling.

Flight scenary is producing the best Airports and scenaries ever.I have their Rhode Islamd scenary and now they are onto Portland. Hiya,I am thinking of buying CS C-130 or 707 but I was wondering how you would navigate across sparse terrain were there are no VORs or NDBs. Being a navigator in the real world I'd jump for my sextant but obviously that may be a little beyond FS!!! I would quite like to fly around the Pacific but I don't quite know how to go about it short of sticking to a heading and waiting for a radio becon to come into range. I guess you could work out a great circle with some stear points at various intervals but how would you confirm your position? Anyone give me some tips?Cheers

Downloaded these yesetrday, to continue my VC revolution now I have my 24" Dell Widescreen which is simply awesome.I finally got all the gauges to display after much reading in the Opensky and this forum. Unfortunately, none of the principal autopiot functions such as heading, air speed, on/off seem to be clickable.Is this how they designed the VC, or are the opensky VC's supposed to be more functional than this.If they are not supposed to be clickable, is there a tutorial anywhere on how to add clickspots - it can be done as a guy posted a file on avsim which added some more functionality to the opensky 757 vc including some clickspots which is now pretty much fully "cli…

I was playing around with GoogleEarth and found it really amazing how sceneries like Lago's RomeVenice, Flight Scenery's Rhode Island, and Aerosoft's Manhattan really capture the area their trying to depict. I more than realize now just how advantageous FS can be to any real pilot with getting familiar with an area before actually flying there in the real world. Scenery designers have really done an amazing job giving us the feel of such places as Monaco or Nice France.I know I'm late but I had no idea Georender's Diamond Point wasn't a real airport... I mean not how to download and put them in an specific airframe i mean how to create the fireball. Or which program i need to do stuff like this. Hi All.The 0511 terminal procedures (SIDs, STARs and IAPs) are ready to download for the PMDG 737, the PMDG 747, the PSS A320 Pro, the PSS 747, the PSS 777, the PSS Dash 8, the Aviograsf A340, the Flight1 ATR 72-500, the Wilco CRJ 145 and the Wilco 767 PIC. All are at my new site at http://PlanePath.com as well as several other items for download. Additionally, because the AIRAC cycle is used in making the terminal procedures the LDS 767-300 and Feel There ERJ 145 will be delayed until the 0511 AIRAC cycles are posted on their sites.EnjoyTerryPlanePath

hello, well i got a new system today, and im wanting to put FS2004 on here right away. Just like most of us, i have lots and lots of 3rd party add on's on my current system. and was curious as to how i should go about gettin everything back up on this new system, should i do a fresh install, then try and go back and re-download everything i had to it, or should i try and copy the entire Fs2004 to this system? or just copy like my aircraft, gauges, and scenery folders to the new computer. Either way i think its gonna be a major pain to install everything and get it back.

Strange topic but I'm quite serious and this is fully legit. Infact, it was even CS' idea.About a year ago I mad a MiG-21 vid for them and was promised with a free product of my choice. I chose the C-130.About a month ago I sent an email to CS asking for some details about it but alas, no response so I just assumed it wasn't going to happen. Hi:I recdently reinstalled. I do not know if this was going on before, but I just a noticed a light microstutter when ATC chimes in. This only happens on the first message of any new responding frequency. I have full accel in dxdiag sound, and I have an Audigy2 installed. I defrag regularly. I have to say that I am absolutely impressed with all the recent improvents. I still remember the times of FS 5.1 where flight-simming was nothing more than a pixel simultation with deserted airports and no ambiance whatsoever.And look where we are today! Photorealistic scenery, living and vibrant airports, ultra-realistic models and cockpits, close to real AI traffic, excellent ATC (online with VATSIM/IVAO or offline with RCv4), detailed clouds, excellent realistic procedures (if I may hail the Virtual Pilots Association, best move I have made in a long time), situational awareness (TrackIR) and so much more.I flew today from CYYZ to KLGA this the morning and the sunrise…
