Where are these switches, are they modeled on the panel? I always have a loaded cold and dark saved configuuration but cannot find the switches to turn on the battery and avionics! That would be great if this could be part of the panel.Thanks

I downloaded this scenery a while back. It was built using RWY12. When I finally flew there today I found the airport was on a plateau. Is there any way to remove/reduce the plateau or is this an artifact of the mesh? I believe I used some of the FSGenesis 38 mesh for this area.Thanks for any thoughts.Airbus

I'm just wondering if anyone who has used Flight Simulator Graphics Solutions' "system unification" service could comment on their impressions on the service they received, if it was worth the money they paid, and if they would recommend it. Is there anywhere where you can get basic ground charts for the default FS airfields? Showing taxiway assignments and gates, so you don't have to rely on the progressive taxy feature?Thanks-Phil

Hey everyone....besides having to fly with the sound off to get rid of a 10 FPS difference. I am pretty happy with the plane. I just can't seem to grasp the IAS/ALT concept of the AP. I was going to copy/paste what the manual says but Acrobat is being buggy about what it wants to let me copy/paste. Anyway...the manual is not making sense on how operate both parts of it to me. How do I select an airspeed? Get the aircraft to that speed and press the button? I am guessing you can only press the ALT button when you manually climb to your desired ALT. The plane won't climb/descend to a pre-selected ALT like newer craft? I am just lost on how the dang thing operates. Please he…

I was wondering if there are any payware programs that add aircraft to the skies and airports.I do not have the time to do all the installs/editing to get all the AI aircraft in my game like I see in the scerenshots forums. I would love to have a self installing program if theres one avialable.thanks

I am sure that users may discover some minor bugs in it, but nothing show-stopping. This is one unbelievable hobby. I've been using Microsoft Flight Simulator since 2000, using the basic default aircraft and not really wanting to get involved with downloading free planes and scenery. I thought it might be too complicated. I was wrong of course, and later became comfortable downloading and installing freeware, which in itself became a hobby in addition to the actual flying.Well, I thought a hobby within a hobby was pretty neat, but I wouldn't spend money to get payware with all of this great freeware around. I have found that sometimes I am able to perform and engine start with no problem, and sometimes using the exact same procude, I get nothing. What gives? As I understand, all that is necessary for an engine start is ground power connected, battery on, switch #76 and #77 on, fuel pumps all on (whether there is fuel in all the tanks or not), and then just used the start switches on the overhead, hold the switch for about20025 seconds, and then fuel switch to engine turned on, thats it! Sometimes this works for me, but other times it dosen't. Anyone have any clue what I'm doing wrong?Thanks.

I recently installed Ultimate Terrain and BEV Summer textures. I have a GeForce 7800 graphics card, driver version 81.85. Somewhere along the way, my landing/taxi lights stopped illuminating the runway and I lost my virtual cockpit night lighting. Also, when looking at the PMDG 737 from the outside, I can not see the logo lighting nor cockpit/cabin lights. (I can see the landing lights illuminating only the engine nacelles but nothing on the ground.)The aircraft light fixtures themselves appear as points of white light, but as stated, don't shine on anything. Can you adjust settings on the fly? Rather then going into options, settings, display etc. it would be nice to adjust the setting while flying to improve frame rates. Wasn't there a fyling program that did that many years ago? Back in the 286 days. Not an add on but a flight sim program.JimCYWG.

Hi all,I did wonder for a long time why the Fokker-100/70 v2 package from Project Fokker gets so many downloads. It is without doubt a very nice package and all, but looking at the download numbers of other very popular freeware releases, they don't even come near.There are much more "popular" or common aircraft which get much less traffic.The original package was released at the 15th December 2004, thats 10 months from now and still it counts 9559 downloads in the last 30 days.That makes me a little suspicious. Why so many downloads? Who is downloading it? And finaly: Are the download numbers real?looking for some insights...best regards,C.G.

Hello Gang!Are any of using the Intersky (Oleisky Frolov) Dash-8-300? I remember his Dash-8-300 freeware version for FS-2004 and it was magnificent; I don't doubt that the FS-2004 version is magnificent as well, but at $57.00, it's a little steep in price.
