I do like ultra-realism, but sometimes I like to sit back and fly the b**tard, without sacrificing sceneries or AI traffic.-Jeremy BurchThe Ozark Dogfighter http://forums.avsim.net/images/wedge.gifHappy Flying!Pilot-There is evidence of a leak on right main landing gear.Mechanic- Evidence removed.
October 27, 200520 yr A bit off topic here, but, Jeremy, I absolutely love reading your signature quotes of "Pilot and Mechanic". Those are awesome.Back on topic . . . Aye I notice a lot of folks tend to bash on developers for how they make their add-ons, when in reality you can look at the big picture and instead APPRECIATE the many styles and options being made available as a result. When I look at an aircraft, I look for bugs and things that crash simulator, as well as look for my overall "feel" in the cockpit (attention to detail in textures, etc.) To hark on an add-on that has no FMS when there is another developer that included the FMS, is illogical, and to compare the two is a bit unfair when you think about it.That narrows it down to a beautiful choice. If you want the FMS, but one AC, and if you dont, buy the other, and if you want both -- **smiles** -- work a few extra hours and reap the reward :-)If I can effectively fly the aircraft I am usually more than satisfied. If the AC, however, crashes FS or has other buggy effects and is a known issue to multiple users, then I start to wonder . . . And Customer Service. Wow can that ever make or break a company's reputation. I do not even have this add-on yet and witnessing their responses and their attention to issues has me beyond impressed. I look forward to seeing where this company goes in the future :-)

It's a result of being on dial-up I think; I see something cool so I save it so I won't have to download it again! :-lol I collected alot of aircraft humor a few years back into a Word document, but I failed to save who or where I got them from. I think I'll try to change it weekly.Customer service is a very big deal to me too, and these guys are Numbero Uno in my book. On their own forums, a customer reported to CLS about not receiving the key in email, and got the key in 16 minutes!SIXTEEN MINUTESGood lands thats fast. I do realize that at the moment there is only one bird in the hangar, but man oh man, they went from "Who are they?" to "I WILL support these people!" In about 12 hours!!-Jeremy BurchThe Ozark Dogfighter http://forums.avsim.net/images/wedge.gifHappy Flying!Pilot-There is evidence of a leak on right main landing gear.Mechanic- Evidence removed.
