i downloaded the cirrus aircraft from the german developer and is a great aircraft. does anyone know how to tune the radios? i'm thinking it may need to be tuned through the GPS but not sure. thanks, william

Hello whenever I head west bound on a transatlantic flight, usually fly into JFK or EWR from any European city, around the border of Boston ARTCC and Moncton ARTCC, my fs screen turns black and all you hear is the sound. For every aircraft I fly. Maybe its a scenery problem but I have tons of scenery, maybe you can help me narrow it down a bit or give me some solutions. Feel free to instant message me or e-mail. I am a long haul guy so I want to get rid of this problem.

Folks,I had to reinstall FS9 and after doing so I tried to reinstall the FS9 update. Problem is it keeps stopping the update saying it has already been updated. Kicker is when I checked the version of FS in the about tab it says it is still version 9.0.Any suggestions?Never mind.... I found the update uninstall in the FS folder. All is well.Thanks,Scott

I have been buying quite a bit of payware this year. Has Microsoft publicly stated that payware from FS9 will work with the next version? And is it common for third-party developers to make patches for their previous edition products so they will be compatible? I hope the answer to both is yes.

Is there a program or a fix to fix the fs clock? because after i flight in FS i see my FS clock lagging behind the actual time. i was doing a 9 hour flight and the fs clock lagged by close to 2 hours i believe. thanksadam

I am currently learning the Level-D 767-300ER FMC and downloaded the AIRAC from www.navdata.at as recommended from the tutorial that I downloaded from avsim.com. Can someone please tell me what this file (AIRAC) is and what it does?It also asks me to download the current version of FSUIPC module from www.schiratti.com/dowson.html. Can someone tell me what this file is and does?I know that this is probably a lot to ask, but I sure would like to know what these files are. I wonder what happens if I try the tutorial without them?Thanks,RH

I have been using 3 monitors with fs9, moving the radios etc,onto other monitors, for unknown resons I had to reinstall fs9 . now I cannot open the panel windows, I have reinstalled fs twice with the same results, can only close windows. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Hello all,Newish flight simmer, very limited add on selection in my local stores so I did manage to find a few in one particular outlet yesterday and I'm looking to see if they are any use before I buy them all!. Flight Environment add on and a VC-10 add on, I couldnt see who made the aircraft, also Concorde add on. Opinions would be very welcome.Also when I was starting out a friend of mine gave me a big speech on flight sim and informed me that add ons that you buy on CD are better than downloaded ones. Hi, this is new fs2006 logo .... this screen is REAL because what you see terrain and scenery is the same as other real fs2006 (or fs2007) screen. In opposite I have heard that there was a fs9.5 version of flight sim codenamed fs2006 that is not coming out this year(but it was finished and was ready to market place) . After combing the forums, do I conclude that the only T-37 available is the payware one from T37sim.com? For me, $30 is a lot for one plane if that remains the deal. No freeware versions or more reasonably priced birds out there? Hi im new but im having some bother, when first using MSFS2002 everything worked fine, but recently when i throttle to full power the engine noise increases the power increase, but the turbine blades stop spinning, ive recently wiped the hard drive and reinstalled MSFS2002 and ive still had no look, can anyone else help me

Hello,I am considering buying the PSS 777, but there is basically one thing which is stopping me. As I have read from the forums, it does not come with a load manager and I imagine it's quite a pain to load such a big aircraft in the FS payload tool by entering all the weights separately. Strange that they haven't included it as it's quite standard with new addons actually :) I'm planning to buy the cargo version, I guess and maybe it's a bit easier with that?Thanks!

Looking for some advice re following the BOOTH5 or STAVE4 STARs:I've been flying repeatedly into YVR trying to get my LDS767 skills up to snuff. One thing I'm finding is that if I follow these STARs I really need to airbrake and drop the 767 pretty steeply. Am I misreading them?For example: on BOOTH5 (attached) it says to cross VITEV at 21000B, LANNE at 16000B and BASRA at 230kts. Also says "Do NOT expect lower than 10,000 until West of BASRA INTXN". From those altitudes it's a really sttep descent to get down onto the GS for 08R/L. In RL BOTH5 uses vectors. Offline I'm using INTXN's BAJOL and DUTNO to simulate this and set up for the turn onto the localizer.Is this the w…

Hi , I can't seem to get the Air Atlantique AI texture by Leanne Boulton to work with the default DC3 to use as an AI A/C.The A/C and texture appear in FS9 menu ok, but nothing in the sim.I have checked the flight plan and AC# etc.I find the same with the CV580 by Carlos Marrero. Any Ideas,Derrick

I have been trying to get this program to work. I do not seem to be able to get the URL's showning. Are they down or am I doig it wrong? I followed the directions in the setup file and have the folders in GoogleEarth as described minus the aircraft, AI etc. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,I downloaded the last update from FS9 but there was a note that by using that update some add-onns could probably not work anymore! Has somebody experienced some probloms on that behalf? And what add-ons didn't work?Ricardo
