Help me please. I remember once having a nice set of all the ERJ cockpit views that were real photos. I think the right view even showed the copilot. Now I can't find them or remember where I got them, or I may be getting confused with another aircraft. Any help is appreciated. - Matt

Dear fellow Simmers,haven't posted in a while because everything seemed to be working fine.That was up to a few nights ago.Flying VFR online with the SF260 when suddenly and without warning this loud,two tone warning attacks my ears.Similar to a old style ambulance sound I did all I could in the cockpit to disable this sound.No Joy.To my horror this sound continued after exiting the flight and continued into the "select a flight" page.Only exiting FS9 shuts it off.For my part I've scanned FS9 with IS2005 and Spybot and Spy Doctor with no result.I have reviewed my addons for the past two months and apart from 2 sets of skins for the Machetti the rest is payware scenery.I d…

Hi all, just want to know which are the best of the best for freeware Airbus A320 CFM and IAE sounds to get...there are too many CFM and I think only 2 IAE soundsets out there. Can anyone recommend a top notch set?Thanks,Bill

I was landing at KPAN (in real life, that is) and noticed what I find really missing in FS: mountains and terrain causing turbulence here in the heat. Particularly in that area, the ride can get very bumpy as you approach the strip, and smooths out only when you cross the threshhold. Other area airports that have a similar ride are KSEZ and KFFZ.I noticed ActiveSky. Does it recreate this effect? How does it fare? I noticed they upped the price - are there any alternatives?Thx!

Sometimes it's the little things that bug me. The checklist says to check for a lit annunciator at a couple stages before takeoff. I can see no annunciator. Am I blind? If you know where they are hiding it, please let me know. Thanks.

I was fairly horrified to learn that of all the sales of MSFS which goes into millions of copies only a negligable amount are added to with third party addons.The vast majority stay in their green off the shelf state.This means that us MSFS enthusiasts who frequent these forums are only a small percentage of the total sales of the product.(I would love to know the actual figures)I really think that in the next version of MSFS that MS should encourage users into the world of addons and the flight simulator community by having direct links to the main FS sites and telling users of the potential for expanding their FS experience.I would go even further by having a page of li…

Hello.Is it possible to use Google earth satellite photos in sceneries or are we infringing copyrights?. I'd like to do a photoreal scenery based on the google images but don't dare to do anything until I have this point clear.Regards,Christian.

Hi there, I have posted this small bug on a few sites quite a few times now, and still can't fix it. When I turn right during taxi and press keypad 5 to center rudder, the nose wheel does not correctly straighten up but it does when I turn left. I have this problem on quite a few addon aircraft.Someone suggested calibrating my joystick which i'm sure I have done properly, but this has not made any difference. Even though it is a small bug, its does annoy me somewhat.Does anyone have a solution?Kind RegardsGavin Moss

Just went to Airliners.net today only to find a great picture of the A380 flight deck. Talk about nice features (camera on the tail, touch screen displays for the pilot and copilot, etc...). Seeing this shot only makes me frustrated some developers rushed to produce the A380 for FS2k4 without knowing and fully understanding the subject matter in question. That energy could have been spent on the A320 or something along that line...

Hi all:All of a sudden all of my AI Aircraft red beacons are gone. Their tail lights, nav lights still work and their strobes turn on when they take the active runway but the beacons are gone.I checked that the proper .fx files are there and even recopied them to the effects directory but still no beacons. I have enjoyoed FS Nav 4.7 but I have a problem with the PMDG 737 and LDL 767, when I try to use the FSNav. auto-pilot. After setting up flight plans with SDS/STARS, etc. I then acitivate the plan within FS Nav. Once airborne I try to execute the autopilot within FS Nav. but it will not acitvate for either aircraft. The proper aircraft,cruse speed/ altitude have been set and each auto route has been calculated by FSNav. I have no problems with other aircrafts (A-36, 777, etc.) using the autopilot in FS Nav. Is this a problem with FS Nav. or is it just pilot error not knowing what he is doing?? I have been able to export flight plans to FMC using the export tools, but som…

Hi,I live near KSFO and planes come and go from 28 L and R but also from 1L and R. Once i saw a 744 landing. So anyway, is there a way to make it in some airports such as KSFO, there are more than 2 active runways?See image.

How can i activate the night textures with a vfr scenery because when it's night the ground is dark instead of showing the night textures. Some of my vfr scenery's does acivate my default night textures but the others don't... who can help me?Paul

Yo!Has anyone experimented with changing the parameters FS displays when you cycle through shift-z? I would love to have a function that just displays airspeed and vertical speed so I can just look out the window on final approach and ignore the rest of the clutter in the cockpit. If you know which cfg file controls this that would be helpful. Thanks in advance.Misha
