Hi all hope someone out there can help me problem is when I start up flight sim now the picture of the aircraft shown in the little panel for viewing each aircraft has gone its just a black space, but if I change from 1024x768 to 800x600 the pictures are there, if I change back to 1024x768 they are gone again, its driving me nutty any one any ideas my system specs are AMD64 athalon 3500+ 2gig of ram 200mg hard drive and nvidea 6800gt winxp pro thats as much as I know as I am not a computer wizz kind regards to all Michael

Does it cause any problem moving individual aircraft (free or payware) files in and out of FS2004 for storage when not being used?

WOWI joined VATSIM two years ago, but as I was just getting into FS anyway, plus the software headaches, I gave up.Now, I've tried again. This is one of the BEST if not the best freeware panels out there, It really is of payware quality, released today on AVSIM:Mlarjv40.zip Mind you this panel is pretty complex, but fortunately the enclosed manual is great.

Hi,what is the usual way to load fuel in FS planes? I mean, how to allocate fuel among various tank? Do you have to fill the external/auxiliary first and then the central, or vice versa? Is fuel consumed in the auxiliary tank first or not?I would like some enlightment about it, thanksFrancesco

I downloaded Glenn Bakers repaints of the SR20 and followed the install directions (I think). The planes show up in FS but they don't have any paint on them - just blank. I've tried a couple of repaints several times with the same result. Anybody have any idea what I may be doing wrong? Thanks.Jim

On my LDS 767-300 and my IFDG/PSS A320series I have the following problem: whenever I "ignite" the engines, bleed air drops to zero and the engines don't start. I can see how N2 spools up, but N1 won't kick in. I haven't encountered this problem on other planes (for example PMDG 744, PSS Dash).I don't think I am doing anything wrong: the APU is running, and the EICAS shows that there is bleed air. It is only in the moment that I ignite that bleed air drops to zero. Also, I am not doing anything differently than over the past year(s).I really cannot explain why that happens. I'm looking to replace a beacon light in a few airplane packages. The becaon they come with just doesn't impress me. What package do you think has the best beacon light? This is mainly for a heavy jet.

Hi,I noticed that I can't have a clear, sunny day with no haze in my FS environment. Even with max visibility and clear weather I always have a sensible haze all around, and details are always a bit undefined. Is a matter of settings, or my video card (radeon 9600 pro) is the guilty ?ThanksFrancesco

Just curious as to anyone else having a problem downloading the BEV texture 1.02 from Flight1. It would go to about 80Megs before it is cut off with the message that it is unable to continue downloading because the server has been reset or to something to that effect. I've tried this twice already and it did the same thing on both occasions. I have Broadband as well.
