My FS9 has developed this strange problem. Without me doing anything the view switches randomly sometimes to cockpit view sometimes in 2D but side view instead of front view etc. It happens randomly without me doing anything. In PMDG not only the view changes but even the AP disengages. This is very annoying, does anybody has solution to this?6600GT card, MS sidewinder and standard machine.Please help. Santanu

The most commom guestimate for the release of FS2006 is the spring-summer (northern hemisphere) of 2006. Maybe sooner, maybe later. Maybe PC-only, maybe an X-Box version of some sort also. MS isn't saying and none of us really know.DougEdited because I can't spel

I know this might seem unrealistic (and maybe even heresy!) but I would like to add an autothrottle to one or two of my turboprops (Cessna Caravan and the recent freeware Socata TBM 700) so that I don't always have to worry about obtaining the correct speed while I'm engaged on and learning other flying tasks, especially when landing. I've added the autopilot (with autothrottle switch) from the default 737 as a separate pop-up window, which works ok, and changed 'autothrottle_available=0' to =1 in aircraft.cfg, but it doesn't control the throttle when I switch the autothrottle on and dial in an airspeed while flying the plane. I am trying to download some scenery from fsnordic but it is extremly slow, and when I do get to the download it gets stuck at like 2%. I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble wit the fsnordic website?

I need some help. I have a Dell Dimension 8300 system, 1 Gig of Memory , 128mb ATI Radeon Pro and have been running FS2004 for some time with is stutters and such.I have virtually all of Simflyers, Fly Tampa and other sceneries including Georender, FS Addon and Lagos Emma installed. I also have Aerosofts Manhattan. I have just acquired the Georender, Lago and FS Addon Washington Sceneries.I

I have FS installed on its own hard drive, and when I re-booted to that HD today, and clicked on the FS shortcut, it could not find FS9.exe. I also can't find it in the FS9 directory in Windows Explorer. Where could it have gone?Tim

Well, when I add waypoints to the route I do it accordingly with the ATC instructions, correct?(VOR and airways, etc.). do I need to add the destination airport, and ILS, OM, MM and IM as well???Also, I've notice that you can select SID and STAR procedure in the DEPP/APP screen. But every time I add those I get a "ROUTE DISCONTINUITY" on the RTE screen, and the PFD shows this discontinuity as well... so I'm very confused... when approaching the airport, should I proceed directly to the fix marking the start of the STAR procedure and just leave the original route I lo…

Since this is only a hobby of mine and I am not a real pilot, I cannot comment on "reality" of flight or aircraft performance.I own both the IGFLY TU-154B and the SCDS YAK-40. For me, they are the most engrossing addons that I sim fly. I also have the MDMAX and believe that when I get around to it, it too will be engrossing. I own about every payware "high-end" sim and still find these the most challenging. Alright folks, I need some help.I was having the same (and similar) problems the last couple weeks and finally re-installed FS9 and reinstalled all my add-on planes, sceneries, utilities, etc.Worked fine....for a couple days, and today everything 'went haywire' again. Not sure if it is an add-on scenery, utility, aircraft...or what.Some shots of my problem are included, but at times it is much worse, and I get no textures at all; only pastel color polygons, or some my intruments missing, or, 'blank' planes, (and/or as seen here) only part of the objects within the sceneries and either nothing shown, or these 'white blocks'. Hello FolksI'm trying to download Eric MArciano panels for A320 and A330 but the download links on Eric's web site (http://emarciano.free.fr/) are broken for both the FS2002 base packages (A320_v22.zip and A330_v22.zip) and upgrades for FS2004 (A320_FS2004.zip, A330_FS2004.zip, A320v22_patch.zip, A330v22_patch.zip and Airbus Gauge Config.zip)I can find the base FS2002 packages on Flightsim or Avsim but not the FS upgrade patches.Could someone tell me where I can find it or if you can send by e-mail???Thank you very much!!!Regards

Hi all-Just wanted to say that I'm really impressed with this product. I've ran it for about 1 hour now, and all is well. I love the menu side bar feature. The cockpit training is neat too. Look forward to using it. Funny thing is, I've owned the ATR for a year now, but never learned it completely. This aircraft is going to be much easier to learn because it is built into the aircraft. Also really like how clicking the AI brings up the true pilot perspective. It drives me nuts when aircraft panels are lined up with the jump seater.The only thing I wish could be better is the gauges are too small on my screen. Hello, i was curious if anyone knows if Delta's 763s all get delivered to KATL? do any get delivered to KJFK? im asking this as i want to do a delivery flight with the LD 763 and my airline of choice is Delta, and i would prefer to deliver to JFK as my first revenue flight will be JFK-CDG. thanksadam

So I download softhr.zip. Doesn't matter what it does. The author says to run this batch file he has made up to backup files you are going to overwrite. What an excellent idea. I don't know if I have backed up all the files I should if I do it manually. Thanks for that file. Now he says this "There should be 110 files in the backup folder" Well, here we go. I know that if I run the program there will be 105 files backed up. If you run the program there will be 115 files backed up. It always happens. Well, this time there were 105 files backed up.
